Claims (3)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Faserstoffbahn, insbesondere einer Papierbahn in einer Papierherstellungsmaschine, bei dem man die aus einer Faserstoff-Suspension geformte aber noch nasse Bahn - zwecks weiteren Wasserentzugs - durch mehrere individuell antreibbare Aggregate in Form einer Pressenpartie (P) und mehrerer Trockengruppen führt (21-25), wobei man die Antriebe der aufeinanderfolgenden Aggregate derart auf geringfügige Geschwindigkeits-Differenzen einstellt, daß die noch nasse oder feuchte Bahn bei jedem Übergang von einem Aggregat auf das nachfolgende Aggregat in Bahnlaufrichtung gespannt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
man die Anzahl der für das Erzielen eines mittleren Bahn-Trockengehaltes notwendigen - individuell antreibbaren Aggregate abhängig macht von der sogenannten Initialen Naßfestigkeit (INF), derart daß man bei einer geringeren INF eine größere Anzahl von individuell antreibbaren Aggregaten vorsieht als bei einer höheren INF. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
man die noch feuchte Bahn von jedem der Aggregate zum nachfolgenden Aggregat im wesentlichen ohne freien Bahnzug führt, das heißt, die Bahn wird stets, also auch beim Überwechseln von einem zum nachfolgenden Aggregat, mittels einer laufenden Oberfläche wie Walzenmantel, Zylindermantel, Filz oder Sieb geführt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
man die Bahn, unmittelbar auf eine Pressenpartie (P) folgend, derart durch die Trockenpartie (T) - zumindest durch deren Anfangsteil - führt, daß nur die Bahnunterseite mit den Trockenzylindern in Kontakt kommt.
