Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Behandeln von erneut bebilderbaren Druckformen oder Druckformzylindern in Druckmaschinen, wobei die Oberfläche der Druckform (12)/des Druckformzylinders (4) hydrophil ist, auf diese durch einen Strahldrucker (8) eine hydrophobe, bebilderbare Schicht aufgebracht wird und anschließend das Bebildern mittels einer Bebilderungseinrichtung (9) erfolgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Bereiche der Oberfläche der Druckform (12)/des Druckformzylinders (4), denen Motive (13, 14) zugeordnet sind, ermittelt werden und die bebilderbare Schicht so aufgetragen wird, dass nur diese Bereiche einschließlich eines über die Motive (13, 14) hinausgehenden minimalen Randbereichs (16) beschichtet werden. - Verfahren zum Behandeln von erneut bebilderbaren Druckformen oder Druckfomzylindern in Druckmaschinen, wobei die Oberfläche der Druckform (12)/des Druckformzylinders (4) hydrophob ist, auf diese mittels eines Strahldruckers (9) eine hydrophile, bebilderbare Schicht aufgebracht wird und anschließend mittels einer Bebilderungseinrichtung (9) das Bebildern erfolgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Bereiche der Oberfläche der Druckform (12)/des Druckformzylinders (4), denen keine Motive (13, 14) zugeordnet sind, ermittelt werden und die bebilderbare Schicht so aufgetragen wird, dass nur diese Bereiche einschließlich eines in die Motive (13, 14) hineingehenden minimalen Randbereichs (16) beschichtet werden. - Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Randbereich (16) so gewählt wird, dass dieser das entsprechende Motiv (13, 14) allseitig umschließt.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Größe des Randbereichs (16) so gewählt wird, dass bei der Bebilderung ausreichend ablatierbares Material zur Verfügung steht
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ermittlung der druckauftragsbezogenen, von den Motiven (13, 14) belegten Bereiche aus Vorstufendaten oder an Hand der gescannten Druckvorlage erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bebilderungseinrichtung (9) ein Belichter auf Laserbasis ist.
