Description
- Übertragen sämtlicher digitaler Bilddaten für alle Druckfarben auf einzelne Druckplatten außerhalb der Druckmaschine = Computer-to-plate,
- Übertragen sämtlicher digitaler Bilddaten für alle Druckfarben auf mehrere Druckplatten gleichzeitig in der Druckmaschine = Computer-to-press,
- Übertragen sämtlicher digitaler Bilddaten für alle Druckfarben auf immer wieder beschreibbare Druckformzylinder (Bildträgertrommeln) in der Druckmaschine = Computerto-print.
Nachteilig ist dabei, dass keines der drei Systeme eine wirtschaftliche Lösung insbesondere für den großformatigen Mehrfarbendruck bietet.
Die ausgedruckten Druckplatten werden nunmehr einer Einrichtung zur Neutralisierung zugeführt und neutralisiert. Unter Neutralisierung wird dabei verstanden, dass das Druckbild von den Druckplatten entfernt wird. Dies erfolgt auf chemischen, mechanischen oder thermischen Wege, vorzugsweise mit Lasertechnik. Mit der Neutralisierung wird eine nahezu gleiche Oberflächenspannung erreicht.
Danach wird die neutralisierte Druckplatte erneut bebildert/beschrieben. Dies erfolgt einmal direkt beispielsweise mittels Tintenstrahldrucker oder Transferband und zum anderen über eine vorgeschaltete Beschichtung der Druckplatte (Lack und Fotosensorik oder Thermoschicht). Dieses Bebildern/Beschreiben erfolgt auf digitalem Weg aus digitalen Datensätzen (CtP).
Um die Passfähigkeit der Druckplatten auf den Druckformzylinder zu gewährleisten muss die Druckplatte im Belichtungsaggregat mit dem druckplatteneigenen Passsystem oder mit einem in Referenz zum Druckplattenpasssystem stehenden zweiten Passsystem fixiert werden, wobei das Passsystem formstabil ausgebildet sein muss.
Nach dem Beschreiben/Bebildern einschließlich Entwickeln werden die Druckplatten wieder dem Druckformzylinder zugeführt, vorzugsweise mittels Plattenwechselautomat.
Die für dieses Verfahren verwendete Druckplatte ist vorzugsweise aus Edelstahl, formstabil und tellerfrei, die weitere für den Offset bekannte Oberflächenveredlungen haben kann (z.B. Chromschicht).
Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mehrfarbendruckes mittels digital bebilderter/beschriebener Druckplatten, mit den Merkmalen, dassdie in einer Druckmaschine ausgedruckten Druckplatten von Druckformzylindern entfernt, einer Einrichtung zum Neutralisieren zugeführt und neutralisiert,die neutralisierten Druckplatten beschichtet,die beschichteten Druckplatten in einem Belichtungs- und Entwicklungsaggregat passergerecht fixiert, belichtet und entwickelt unddie bebilderten Druckplatten erneut auf die Druckformzylinder aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mehrfarbendruckes mittels digital bebilderter/beschriebener Druckplatten, mit den Merkmalen, dassdie in einer Druckmaschine ausgedruckten Druckplatten von Druckformzylindern entfernt, einer Einrichtung zum Neutralisieren zugeführt und neutralisiert,die neutralisierten Druckplatten in einem Belichtungs- und Entwicklungsaggregat passergerecht fixiert, belichtet und entwickelt unddie bebilderten Druckplatten erneut auf die Druckformzylinder aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mehrfarbendruckes nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckplatte in dem Belichtungs- und Entwicklungsaggregat mit dem druckplatteneigenen Passsystem fixiert wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mehrfarbendruckes nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Entfernen und Aufbringen der Druckplatten von und auf dem Druckformzylinder mittels Plattenwechselautomaten durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mehrfarbendruckes nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Neutralisierung mittels Lasertechnik durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mehrfarbendruckes nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckplatte in dem Belichtungs- und Entwicklungsaggregat mit einem in Referenz zum Druckplattenpasssystem stehenden zweiten Passsystem fixiert wird.
