Claims (17)

  1. Schieneneinheit für den kombinierten Schienen-/ Straßentransport von straßentransportablen Lasten in Form von motorisierten oder nicht motorisierten Fahrzeugeinheiten oder Containern, wobei die Einheit (1) zwei Endeinheiten (11, 12) aufweist, welche von wenigstens einer Achse oder einem Fahrgestell (7, 8) getragen und mittels einer schwenkbaren Schienentragstruktur (10) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei letztere an wenigstens einem ihrer Enden mit einer Endeinheit mittels wenigstens einer lösbaren Verbindung derart verbunden ist, daß es der Schienentragstruktur (10) möglich ist, sich durch eine Schwenkbewegung der Endeinheiten an wenigstens einem ihrer Enden von den Endeinheiten zu lösen und durch das Verschwenken eine Neigungsposition zum Be- und Entladen einzunehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schwenkbare Schienentragstruktur (10) an wenigstens einem ihrer lösbaren Enden ein verriegelbares Tragmittel (16) aufweist, welches an der Schienentragstruktur angelenkt ist, wobei dieses Mittel zwischen einer unteren Zugangs- und Anhubposition für die straßentransportable Last und einer weiteren Position bewegbar ist, in welcher das Tragmittel (16) in einer angehobenen Stellung wenigstens eines der zu transportierenden Motorfahrzeugen trägt.
  2. Schieneneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragmittel (16) zugleich ein Standortkennungsmittel in der Rollebene der Zugmaschine ist, welche die straßentransportable Last während der Be- und Entladung verlagert.
  3. Schieneneinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragmittel (16) zugleich ein Hubmittel zwischen der unteren Position und der weiteren Position ist.
  4. Schieneneinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragmittel (16) zugleich ein Blockiermittel für die straßentransportable Last ist.
  5. Schieneneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragmittel (16) zugleich ein Blockier- und Befestigungsmittel für die straßentransportable Last ist.
  6. Schieneneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragmittel (16) an seinen unteren Seitenrändern mit Trag- und Blockierstrukturen für die Räder eines Motorfahrzeugs (3, 4) ausgestattet ist.
  7. Schieneneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragmittel (16) in seinem Zentralbereich mit einer Halteeinrichtung für den Drehzapfen eines Sattelaufliegers (2) ausgestattet ist.
  8. Schieneneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragmittel (16) ein Kippträger (17) zwischen einer unteren Zugangsposition und einer Transportposition ist.
  9. Schieneneinheit nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kippträger (17) zwei Schwenkarme (18, 19) aufweist, welche jeweils an einer lateralen Seite der Schienentragstruktur (10) angelenkt sind und an ihren freien Enden jeweils eine transversale Stützstruktur (22) tragen, welche bezüglich der Schwenkarme (18, 19) bewegbar ist, um die hinteren Fahrgestellräder des zweiten zu transportierenden Motorfahrzeugs (3, 4) zu unterstützen und zu blockieren.
  10. Schieneneinheit nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Unterstützungs- und Blockiermittel für die Räder des zweiten zu transportierenden Fahrzeugs (3, 4) von einem Paar transversaler Elemente gebildet ist, welche mit einem Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind, der kleiner ist als der Durchmesser der Hinterräder, welche zwischen denselben festgelegt sind.

Schieneneinheit nach den vorangehenden Ansprüchen 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den beiden Unterstützungs- und Blockiermitteln für die Hinterräder des Motorfahrzeugs (3, 4) ein Aufnahme-, Zentrier- und Stützmittel angeordnet ist; welches mit dem Zugsattelzapfen eines Sattelaufliegers (2) und der angrenzenden Ebene der Unterseite des Bugs des Chassis' des Sattelaufliegers (2) zusammenwirkt.
  12. Schieneneinheit nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die transversale Stützstruktur (22) unterbrochen ist und jeweils von zwei kurzen Rechteckträgern gebildet ist, welche mit einem Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind, der kleiner ist als der Durchmesser eines Hinterrades der zweiten zu transportierenden Zugmaschine (3, 4).
  13. Schieneneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die transversale Stützstruktur (22) von einer einfachen Widerlagerfläche gegen die vordere Unterseite des Sattelaufliegers (2) gebildet ist.
  14. Schieneneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Untergrund der schwenkbaren Schienentragstruktur (10) diesseits oder jenseits des Bereiches, in welchem die Stützfüße (37, 38) des Sattelaufliegers (2) in der Transportposition angeordnet sind, mit einer Auflagefläche oder einem Aufbockklotz (39) seines Bodens ausgestattet ist, auf deren bzw. dessen oberer Fläche sich der hintere Abschnitt der vorderen Unterseite der Sattelaufliegers (2) abstützen kann, um ein Herunterklappen der Stützfüße (37, 38) nach außen während der Be- und Entladung und gegebenenfalls während des Transportes entbehrlich zu machen.

Verfahren zum Be- und Entladen einer Schieneneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 14 mit einem Sattelauflieger, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schwenkbare Schienentragstruktur der Schieneneinheit gelöst wird, daß wenigstens ein Ende derselben auf dem Grund eines Bahnsteiges oder auf einer Basis oder einer Zugangsrampe abgestellt wird, daß die transversale Stützstruktur des Kippträgers bis auf den Grund oder bis auf die Basis oder die Zugangsrampe abgesenkt wird, daß dem Anhänger die Auffahrt auf die Schienentragstruktur rückwärts unter dem Schub seiner Zugmaschine ermöglicht wird, daß das Überschreiten des ersten transversalen Elementes der transversalen Stützstruktur durch die Hinterräder der Zugmaschine als Signal genutzt wird, um die Zugmaschine anzuhalten, wenn sich ihre beiden Hinterräder zwischen den beiden Querträgern der transversalen Stützstruktur befinden, daß die transversale Stützstruktur als visuelle Standortkennung für die Position des Sattelaufliegers genutzt wird, daß die Stützfüße ausgeklappt werden oder der Bug des Sattelaufliegers auf dem Aufbockklotz des Bodens abgestützt wird, daß die Zugmaschine entkoppelt wird, wenn nötig indem die Aufhängung der Zugmaschine abgelassen wird, daß der die Tragstruktur tragende Kippträger nach oben gekippt wird, daß die transversale Stützstruktur gegen die vordere Unterseite des Sattelaufliegers aufgesetzt wird, daß der Sattelauflieger an der transversalen Stützstruktur blockiert wird, daß die Stützfüße des Sattelaufliegers oder die Aufstützung auf die Auflagefläche oder auf den Aufbockklotz des Bodens entlastet werden bzw. wird, indem der Sattelauflieger nach einem leichten Anheben unterstützt wird, daß die Einheit verriegelt wird, und daß die Stützfüße gegebenenfalls eingezogen werden, und daß die Entladung in umgekehrter Weise geschieht.
  16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützfüße des Sattelaufliegers in der Stützposition belassen werden, um eine Unterstützung eines Großteils der vertikalen Belastung sicherzustellen.
  17. Verfahren zum Be- und Entladen einer Schieneneinheit für den kombinierten Schienen-/Straßentransport nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 14, welche für die Beladung gemäß einem Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 15, 16 mit einem Sattelauflieger vorgesehen ist und eine schwenkbare Schienentragstruktur aufweist, welche mit wenigstens einem freien Zugangsende für die straßentransportable Last ausgestattet ist, mit einem zweiten Motorfahrzeug, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem zweiten Fahrzeug die Auffahrt vorwärts ermöglicht wird, nachdem die Schienentragstruktur in eine geneigte Ladeposition verschwenkt worden ist und nachdem das erste Motorfahrzeug eingeführt worden ist, daß dessen Hinterräder zwischen den transversalen Elementen der transversalen Stützstruktur des Kippträgers zur Unterstützung positioniert werden, daß der Träger gekippt wird, um die transversale Stützstruktur anzuheben, so daß das Heck des Fahrzeugs auf ein gewisses Niveau nach oben geneigt wird, daß die Einheit verriegelt wird, daß die Schienentragstruktur in Richtung der Enden der Schieneneinheit verschwenkt wird, daß dieselbe an ihren Enden mit den Enden der Schieneneinheit verbunden wird, und daß die Entladung in umgekehrter Weise geschieht.
