Claims (14)

  1. Einfach- oder Doppelwaggon, welcher sich zwischen wenigstens zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Rolleinheiten (2) und (3) erstreckt, welche jeweils von einer endseitigen Plattform (7) bzw. (8) abgedeckt sind, umfassend eine obere (9) und eine untere Tragebene (10) für Straßenfahrzeuge, welche in ihrer Einheit oder nur teilweise vertikal verlagerbar sind und jeweils eine obere Etage und eine untere Etage zur Beladung, zum Transport und zur Entladung bilden, wobei die Tragebenen von der Karosseriestruktur des Waggons getragen oder beweglich hieran montiert sind und die Tragebenen die Unterstützung der Straßenfahrzeuge während deren Transportes sicherstellen sowie deren waggonübergreifende rollende Verlagerung während der Beladungs- und Entladungsvorgänge gewährleisten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - der Waggon zwei endseitige Plattformen (7) und (8) aufweist, welche jeweils direkt oder indirekt für ein Straßenfahrzeug anlässlich dessen Transportes tragend sowie jeweils von einer Rolleinheit (2) bzw. (3) getragen und mechanisch miteinander verbunden sind, um die Kräfte infolge der Traktion und der Rollbewegung des Waggons zu übertragen und den mechanischen Zusammenhalt des Waggons sicherzustellen,
    - eine Struktur vorgesehen ist, welche die obere (9) und die untere Tragebene (10) für die Straßenfahrzeuge der oberen und unteren Etage abstützt und in welche Mittel zum Führen und gleichzeitigen Verschieben der oberen Tragebene (9) und zumindest eines Teils der unteren Tragebene (10) integriert sind, wobei sich diese Struktur direkt oder indirekt auf den Enden des Waggons abstützt,
    und dass:
    - die obere Tragebene (9) zwischen einer unteren Transportposition und einer oberen Be- oder Entladungsposition oder umgekehrt in ihrer Einheit vertikal verlagerbar ist,
    - die untere Tragebene (9) von drei Abschnitten gebildet ist, welche einerseits zwei feste oder verlagerbare endseitige Plateaus (12) und (13) umfassen, welche jeweils ein Straßenfahrzeug tragen, welches jeweils auf der Oberseite einer endseitigen Plattform (7) bzw. (8) platziert ist, und welche andererseits einen in seiner Einheit mit der unteren Tragebene (9) zwischen einer unteren Transportposition und einer oberen Be- oder Entladungsposition vertikal verlagerbaren zentralen Abschnitt (11) umfassen, wobei der zentrale Abschnitt (11) in Flucht mit den beiden endseitigen Plateaus (12) und (13) angeordnet ist,
    so dass die obere (9) und die untere Tragebene (10) zweier aufeinanderfolgender Waggons in der oberen Beoder Entladungsposition in überrollbare Fortsetzung bringbar sind, um die Durchfahrt zum Transit der Straßenfahrzeuge von einem Waggon auf den anderen zu ermöglichen, ohne dass sich ein nennenswerter Unterschied des Niveaus bis zu ihrer Positionierung und Festsetzung während der Verladung und ihrer Räumung am Ende des Transportes ergibt, und so dass sich der zentrale Abschnitt (11) der unteren Ebene (10) in der Transportposition auf dem tiefstmöglichen Niveau für den Schienentransport befindet.
  2. Waggon nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Tragebenen (9) und (10) abstützende Struktur eine Tragstruktur (14) ist, welche die Enden der Waggons verbindet und die Kräfte infolge der Traktion und der Rollbewegung überträgt.
  3. Waggon nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eisenbahn-Tragstruktur (14) zwischen einer unteren Position für den Transport und einer oberen Position für die Durchfahrt zwischen den Waggons anlässlich der Be-/Entladungsvorgänge in ihrer Einheit vertikal verlagerbar ist, und dass die obere Tragebene (9) und der zentrale Abschnitt (11) der unteren Tragebene (10) für die rollende Verlagerung und den Transport beide vertikal verlagerbar sind.
  4. Waggon nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere (9) und die untere Tragebene (10) in Bezug auf die Tragstruktur (14), welche einzeln vertikal verlagerbar ist, stationär angeordnet sind.
  5. Waggon nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Tragebene (9) und der zentrale Abschnitt (11) der unteren Ebene (10) für die rollende Verlagerung und den Transport in der Transportanordnung mit der Eisenbahn-Tragstruktur (14) ihrer unteren Position zugeführt sind.
  6. Waggon nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Tragebene (9) und der zentrale Abschnitt (11) der unteren Tragebene (10) unabhängig von Bewegungen der Eisenbahn-Tragstruktur (14) verlagerbar sind.
  7. Waggon nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Tragebenen (9) und (10) abstützende Struktur einerseits von einer Einheit zweier Längsträger (32), deren Enden mit den Enden des Waggons verbunden sind und mit letzteren einen Rahmen bilden, und andererseits von einer Tragstruktur (31) gebildet ist, welche den Raum zwischen den beiden Längsträgern einnimmt und in der Transportposition auf diesen Längsträgern zur Auflage kommt.
  8. Waggon nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragstruktur stationär (17) ist und an ihren Stützen (15) und (16) Mittel zum Anheben und Absenken der oberen (9) und der unteren Tragebene (10) aufweist, und dass sie untere (18) und obere Längsträger (19) besitzt.
  9. Waggon nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Raum zwischen den Längsträgern (32) vertikal durch eine abnehmbare Eisenbahn-Tragstruktur (31) durchquert ist, welche in der Transportposition auf den Längsträgern zur Auflage kommt.
  10. Waggon nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine vereinfachte Eisenbahnstruktur (20) aufweist, welche von unteren Längsträgern (18) des Chassis und an jeder Seite von zwei Führungsstützen (21) und (22) gebildet ist, welche durch Führungspfosten (25) und (26) der oberen Tragebene (9) gedoppelt sind, wobei die vereinfachte Eisenbahnstruktur (20) in ihrer Einheit entlang mechanischer Profile (23) und (24) unabhängig von einem Anheben der Tragebenen (9) und (10) anhebbar ist.
  11. Waggon nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abnehmbare Tragstruktur (31) die Tragebenen (9) und (10) in stationärer Weise trägt.
  12. Waggon nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Ebenen zur Beladung an zumindest einem ihrer Enden mit einer schwenkbaren Rampe (38) oder (12) oder (13) ausgestattet ist, welche die Abstützung eines Fahrzeugs oder dessen Zufahrt auf die Tragebene ermöglicht.
  13. Waggon nach den vorangehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Tragebenen (9) und (10) zwischen einem Ende des Waggons und einer gemeinsamen Eisenbahn-Rolleinheit erstrecken.
  14. Waggon nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er von zwei Eisenbahn-Untereinheiten (36) und (37) gebildet ist, welche jeweils sämtliche Mittel der Basis zusammenfassen, wobei die Eisenbahn-Untereinheiten (36) und (37) durch eine gelenkige Verbindung miteinander verbunden und durch eine gemeinsame Rolleinheit (34) auf dem Niveau des inneren Endes zwischen denselben getragen sind.
