Claims (13)
- Spannvorrichtung zum Spannen von Bändern, insbesondere von Getriebebändern für den Antrieb der Schliessmechanik in Flügeltüren oder Flügelfenstern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannvorrichtung (1) eine Zugstange (2) und ein Klemmteil (3) aufweist, in das die Zugstange (2) einführbar ist und welches einen Arretierungsmechanismus aufweist, der die Zugstange (2) gegen ein Herausziehen aus dem Klemmteil (3) sichert.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Zugstange (2) und/oder an dem Klemmteil (3) die Enden eines zu spannenden Bandes (4), insbesondere eines Getriebebandes (4), befestigbar sind.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arretierungsmechanismus ein Klemmelement (5) umfasst, welches beim Zurückziehen der Zugstange (2) eine Klemmposition einnimmt, in der das Klemmelement (5) mit der Zugstange (2) eine Kraft- und/oder Formschlussverbindung eingeht, insbesondere mit der Zugstange (2) verkantet.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmelement (5) durch eine mit einer Bohrung versehene Platte (5) gebildet ist, durch die die Zugstange (2) hindurchdringt.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmposition der Platte (5) erreicht ist bei maximaler Verkippung der Platte (5) gegenüber der Zugstange (2).
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Herausziehen der Zugstange (2) aus dem Klemmteil (3) sich die Platte (5) gegen einen ersten Anschlag (6) des Klemmteils (3) legt, wodurch die Platte (5) maximal verkippt und die Zugstange (2) fixiert wird.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch eine Federbelastung (8) die Platte (5) in die Position maximaler Verkippung gedrückt wird.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmteil (3) einen zweiten Anschlag (7) aufweist, an den die Platte (5) beim Einschieben der Zugstange (2) in das Klemmteil (3) zur Anlage kommt, wodurch die Platte (5), insbesondere gegen die Federkraft (8), aus der Position maximaler Verkippung gedrückt wird.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugstange (2) auf ihrer Oberfläche eine Struktur aufweist, insbesondere eine Verzahnung oder ein Gewinde.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmteil (3) ein Verriegelungsbeschlagteil eines Fenster- oder eines Türflügels bildet, wobei an dem Klemmteil (3) das eine Ende und an der Zugstange (2) das andere Ende eines im Fenster- oder Türflügel umlaufenden Getriebebandes (4) befestigbar ist.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmteil (3) seitliche Führungsvorsprünge (9) aufweist, die mit den Hinterschneidungen einer Führungsnut in einem Fenster- oder Türflügel korrespondieren.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmteil (3) wenigstens ein Kupplungsmittel (10) umfasst, über welches das Klemmteil (3) mit einem Betätigungsgriff verbindbar ist und mittels des Betätigungsgriffs in einer Führungsnut verschiebbar ist.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmteil (3) wenigstens einen Schliesszapfen (11) umfasst.
