Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shelving system, preferably made of metal, for storage and archiving of objects, consisting essentially of at least one shelf, in particular a steel shelf, with a rectangular cross-section, are arranged at the vertices vertical longitudinal posts between which at least one support board is attached , and which is provided at each end face with spaced roof and / or floor and / or intermediate trusses, wherein recesses are provided in the longitudinal posts for receiving hook-like formations of Einitati Marie and trusses.
  • shelves or shelving systems There are a variety of shelves or shelving systems known, the individual parts, such as longitudinal posts, side ladders or trusses and support boards are connected by different types of fastening.
  • Such shelves usually have a plurality of longitudinal posts on the shelf vertices, where one or more horizontal support boards are mounted at certain vertical intervals, on which items and / or bulk material is stored.
  • a disadvantage of such shelves or shelving systems is that they can not be disassembled or adapted to the needs of the user depending on the type of connection, such as welding or gluing. As a result, these shelves or shelf systems, although a high degree of stability, but a variation of the size of the compartments of the support board is severely limited '. These shelves or shelving systems are also difficult to transport due to their space required by the fixed connection space.
  • roof truss as a strut, possibly with gusset plate, usually results in that the roof support board may not be charged.
  • the trusses are complex to manufacture, since the struts must be connected to the gusset plates.
  • a shelving system in which a continuous, open-topped, non-prestressed receiving pocket for a support board is provided on a traverse.
  • the support board is provided on all sides with a fold.
  • several additional projecting suspension lugs are formed on the end faces, which are hooked into the continuous receiving pocket on this.
  • the cantilevered hangers of the support board are biased to achieve a self-clamping by the support board.
  • DE 90 05 600 U discloses a profile piece for forming frame structures for a shelving system.
  • This profile piece corresponds to a vertical longitudinal post of a shelf and has a plurality of trained in vertical rows clip shots.
  • Clip brackets can be hooked into these. These each have an upwardly directed tongue formed spring into which a leg of an L-shaped support can be inserted. On this support turn a stage is secured by a screw.
  • To hold such a carrier always at least two clip consoles are necessary, which are each used on one side of the profile piece, wherein adjacent support boards are separated by the profile piece.
  • the bias of the receiving pockets of the trusses is created by bends or folds from the Traversenzu motherboard in conjunction with the material properties of which the blank consists, namely mostly of metal.
  • the voltage inherent in a steel sheet can be sufficient to receive in a receiving pocket a suitable counterpart, for example a support board or a suspension part, which is held in a self-clamping manner by the prestressing become.
  • the receiving pockets of the trusses are open at the top, so that support boards and other suspension parts can be easily inserted from above into the trusses.
  • the biased receiving pockets prevent slipping or wobbling of these parts on the shelf.
  • the trusses have downwardly directed extensions, which thus extend in the insertion direction of the plug-in parts.
  • the located at the extensions at least two vertically spaced, hook-like structure are inserted into corresponding recesses in the longitudinal posts, so that the hook-like structure of the extensions of the traverse engage behind the recesses in the longitudinal posts.
  • the trusses with the receiving pockets, the end-side extensions and the hook-like structures are integrally formed.
  • the trusses are designed as roof trusses, floor trusses and intermediate trusses.

  • the roof rail part can be plugged in as the same floor traverse at the bottom of the shelf, the extensions on the end sides of the floor crossmember at the same time ensures a certain ground clearance.
  • one or more spaced-apart intermediate beams are inserted between the longitudinal posts of the shelf to secure support boards thereon.
  • the shelf can also be closed by doors.
  • a door frame is required which must be secured to the shelf which has the necessary hinges or hinges.
  • hook-like structures are provided on the back of the door frame, which are hooked into corresponding recesses in the longitudinal posts of the shelf.
  • the door frame can be a simple hollow profile frame. In this context, then the hinged door is hung and the shelf can be closed.
  • the recesses in the longitudinal post are formed as vertical slots which are formed individually or in pairs spaced from each other on the longitudinal posts. And engage in the complementary hook-like structure of the door frame or certain Ein Wegner.
  • the slots may preferably be formed like a grid on the longitudinal posts to according to the modular principle, to ensure a great diversity of the equipment of the shelf with Ein fatigue sculpture and support boards and their replacement and easy transport of the shelf.
  • the receiving pockets on the trusses can be designed as a receiving pocket or as a plurality of receiving pockets, which are separated from each other by gaps. Sonach is in the receiving pockets of each mounted on a front side of the shelf trusses a one- or multi-part support board inserted. Multi-part support boards are produced for example by joining several sub-floors. This may be necessary in particular if the support boards within a shelf or shelving system should have different depths depending on the objects to be stored.
  • the shelf system are in the receiving pockets of each attached to a front side of the shelf trusses of Ein health kind inserted.
  • the mounting plates have a uniform size and are connected to the Ein monass.
  • the baffles have a uniform size, these are versatile according to the modular principle and can be plugged into the receiving pockets of the trusses.
