Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shelving system for storage and archiving of objects, consisting of at least one shelf with a rectangular layout, at its vertices vertical longitudinal posts T-shaped cross section are arranged, between each two frontal longitudinal posts horizontal pocket-like trusses for attachment of at least support boards attached which are pressed between the traverse and this supporting longitudinal posts of the shelf against lifting of the support board are clamped, and the longitudinal posts grid-like recesses arranged to receive downwardly directed pairs of hooks of the trusses and grid-like spaced slot-like recesses for receiving additional shelf parts.
  • shelves or shelving systems There are a variety of shelves or shelving systems known, the individual parts, such as longitudinal posts, side ladders or trusses and support boards are connected by different types of fastening.
  • Such shelves usually have a plurality of longitudinal posts on the shelf vertices, where one or more horizontal support boards are mounted at certain vertical intervals, on which items and / or bulk material is stored.
  • a disadvantage of such shelves or shelving systems is that they can not be disassembled or adapted to the needs of the user depending on the type of connection, such as welding or gluing. As a result, these shelves or shelf systems, although a high degree of stability, but is a variation of the size and number of support boards in the shelf or shelf system strongly limited. Furthermore, these shelves or shelving systems are difficult to transport due to their space required by the fixed connection space.
  • shelf parts such as support boards, longitudinal posts, trusses, etc. are connected, for example by tongue and groove connections.
  • the support boards are simply placed on webs or pins on the trusses.
  • often complicated designed connecting elements for connecting the support board are required, which are difficult to manufacture manufacture.
  • a shelving system consisting of at least one shelf, in which between each two end-side longitudinal posts pocket-like trusses are mounted for attachment of support boards.
  • the longitudinal posts have recesses for receiving vertically and horizontally spaced and downward pairs of hooks on the trusses.
  • a downwardly directed end side flap of the support board is firmly clamped between the traverse and the supporting this longitudinal columns of the shelf against lifting of the support board.
  • hooks used which are supported only by the receiving pocketssklemmend.
  • a shelving system is realized that completely manages without screw, welding or the like connections and is easy to build. Nevertheless, the shelving system is not stable enough for all applications. For example, at very high, very wide or very deep shelves or if the shelves are loaded with heavy items to be stored, especially in industrial applications, the shelf becomes increasingly unstable. Furthermore, there is a lack of means to store specific items such as vehicle tires, hangers and other large, heavy and / or bulky items that require special holding or supporting parts on the shelf. The storage variety of the items to be stored are therefore limited.
  • each longitudinal post grid-like arranged recesses for receiving downward hook pairs of U-shaped cross members are present.
  • the term base is understood to mean a floor, a wall or a ceiling of a room and possibly also a longitudinal post of the shelf.
  • the hooks of Einsteckknotens or stabilizer profile are simply hooked into the slot-like recesses of the longitudinal post and connected with other struts, eg cross struts or diagonal struts. These struts can serve on the one hand the stabilization of the shelf and on the other hand the storage of large, bulky objects, which bear against the struts and are supported by them. Depending on the structural design of the Einsteckknotens or stabilizer profile this can also be used to connect two adjacent shelves of the same type together and to stabilize them against each other.
  • the struts associated with the insertion knobs or stabilizer profiles also result in a variety of design options for storing objects, in particular also heavy, large and bulky items which are stored, for example, in large industrial warehouses, for example auto parts in the motor vehicle industry.
  • the end insertable in the longitudinal posts and attachable thereto angle plate serves as a stand for the longitudinal post of the shelf, but can also be used as overhead fastening at the upper end of the longitudinal post on a base, such as a ceiling.
  • the shelf is stabilized in the storage room stationary and secured against tipping.
  • Another means of stabilizing the shelf is that one of the distance angles on the longitudinal post of a shelf and the other distance angle with a longitudinal post of an adjacent shelf and these two distance angles are in turn connected to each other by screwing.
  • Another possibility results from the fact that the second distance angle is attached to a base, for example a wall of a room.
  • the distance angle pair can also be used to realize identical or, if desired, unequal distances between adjacent shelves or their distances from room walls.
  • the distance angle pair fulfills both a stabilization function and a location determination function for the rack (s) to be set up, which makes them extremely resilient.
  • the suspension for a pendulum rail especially for hangers, folders, bags, etc. for hanging files in the office and archive area, the storage variety and the intended use for the shelving system is considerably increased.
  • the suspension for the pendulum rail is simply plugged into the pocket-like traverse and held firmly in it.
  • the attachment and attachment of the Einsteckknotens, the stabilizer profile, the angle plate and the distance angle can be connected to provided with grid-like openings, recesses and slots or slot-like recesses longitudinal posts in conjunction with the grid-like attached to the longitudinal posts trusses results in a complex shelving system that stable, resilient and is usable in many ways.
  • all these parts are each formed in one piece and thus easy and inexpensive to produce, since they only need to be punched out and bent.
  • the insertion knot and the stabilizer profile are formed as a T-shaped left-handed or right-handed or cross-shaped sheet metal profile, wherein at least one pair of hooks formed on one leg and at least one perforation are introduced on the other leg.
  • the right- or left-aligned insertion nodes and stabilizer profiles are used for attaching additional struts on a shelf or to an adjacent shelf.
  • the provided with hooks, preferably with at least one hook pair legs of Einsteckknotens or stabilizer profile is simply hung in the corresponding slots on the longitudinal post. Of the other leg protrudes away from the longitudinal post and serves to receive and attach a strut.
  • the designed as a cross-shaped sheet metal profile component can also be used for connection to an adjacent shelf.
  • a continuous leg is, as described above, inserted into the longitudinal posts and on the two remaining leg portions of the crossing leg additional struts are attached. As a result, for example, a longitudinal post of the adjacent shelf can be saved since its additional struts are connected to the insertion node or stabilizer profile.
  • the hooks on the insertion knot and on the stabilizer profile are arranged in the manner of a grid in vertical and / or horizontal alignment with one another.
  • the grid-like orientation of the hooks or pairs of hooks corresponds to the grid-like slots arranged in the longitudinal posts, so that a vertical and / or horizontal arrangement of the hooks on the insertion and on the stabilizer profile is possible.
  • the longitudinal sides of the legs of the insertion and the stabilizer profile may each have a folded edge, so that the legs in cross section form a U-profile, which the strut and also clasping the longitudinal post.
  • the legs of the insertion node and the stabilizer profile have additional locking means for engagement in the longitudinal posts and / or the connecting struts.
  • Such additional locking means may be nubs, beads, beads, protrusions, depressions and the like, which in engage appropriate Jacobarretierstoff the longitudinal post and / or the connecting struts. These locking means ensure further stabilization of the shelving system.
  • the angle plate consists of a base plate and a vertically erected web which can be inserted and screwed into the hollow profile at the open end of the cross-sectionally T-shaped longitudinal post.
  • the upright web is inserted into the cavity, resulting from the crossbar of the T-profile.
  • This web which has at least one perforation is fastened by screwing in the longitudinal post, which also has grid-like aligned perforations on opposite longitudinal sides.

  • the spacer angles preferably have legs of different lengths, in each of which at least one perforation is introduced, wherein the perforation of one distance angle is congruent with that of the other distance angle.
  • the difference in the length of the legs of the pitch angles allows for variable spacing of the shelves with each other or with respect to a base, e.g. a room wall, since the distance angle can be screwed together by their congruent, grid-like perforations in a variety of ways, depending on the local conditions.
  • the perforations may preferably consist of bores and / or oblong holes.
  • a suspension for the pendulum rail is this from a metal plate having at least one projection for receiving one end of the pendulum rail.
  • the number of projections that protrude from the sheet metal plate depends on the type of pendulum rail.
  • the pendulum rail can be designed as one-lane or two-lane and have a cross-sectional shape, which determine the number and shape of the projections on the suspension. The free end of the pendulum notes is simply placed on the corresponding projections of the suspension until it rests against the metal plate.
  • laterally projecting tabs may be formed for abutment with the longitudinal posts at the lateral ends of the metal plate of the suspension, which bear against the respective longitudinal post.
  • the shelving system is preferably designed according to a specific grid, which defines the shelf width, height and depth but also the distances of the hook pairs, perforations and locking means of the trusses and other fasteners and the corresponding receiving openings, perforations and slot-like recesses in the longitudinal posts, so that results in a coherent shelf system concept.
