Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shelf for the storage of objects, which has at its vertices vertical longitudinal posts with grid-like recesses in which a suspension hook provided with Traverse is mounted, which has a prestressed, upwardly open receiving pocket, in which one or more shelves isklemmend are held.
  • shelves or shelving systems There are a variety of shelves or shelving systems known whose individual parts, such as longitudinal posts, side ladders or trusses and shelves are connected by different types of fastening. Such shelves usually have a plurality of longitudinal posts at the shelf vertices on which one or more horizontal shelves are fixed at certain vertical intervals, on which items and / or bulk material is stored.
  • a disadvantage of such shelves or shelving systems is that they can not be disassembled or adapted to the needs of the user depending on the type of connection, such as by welding or gluing.
  • shelf parts such as shelves, longitudinal posts, trusses, etc. are connected, for example by tongue and groove connections.
  • the shelves are simply placed on webs or pins on the trusses.
  • often complicated designed connecting elements for connecting the shelves are required, which are difficult to manufacture manufacturing.
  • a shelving system consisting of at least one shelf in which pocket-like traverses for attaching shelves are mounted between each two end-side longitudinal posts.
  • the longitudinal posts have recesses for receiving vertically and horizontally spaced and downward pairs of hooks on the trusses. It is a downward direction End side flap of the shelf pressed between the Traverse and this carrying longitudinal posts of the shelf against lifting of the shelf clamped.
  • a stabilizer shoe is formed as a separate one-piece component and substantially L-shaped, wherein the one leg is formed flat and inserted between the longitudinal post and the traverse, and the other leg at its opposite longitudinal sides each having a right-angled fold and thus forms a U-profile, in which the longitudinal outer side of a shelf is inserted and jammed.
  • the stabilizer shoe according to the invention is particularly suitable for a shelf or shelving system in which at least one traverse is used, e.g. Having pairs of hooks and has a prestressed, upwardly open receiving pocket, in which one or more shelves are held self-locking.
  • the shelves are pressed with the front side in the narrow gap of the receiving pocket of the traverse. In it, the shelves can also go back and forth, i. moved forward and backward relative to the shelf depth.
  • the shelves in the depth of the shelf can also consist of several narrow shelves.
  • the one-piece stabilizer shoe is a separate component, wherein the flat leg is simply jammed with the traverse on the longitudinal post by the contact pressure.
  • At least one pair of holes matching the recesses of the longitudinal post is formed on the flat leg.
  • the suspension hooks of the crossbar press the stabilizer shoe provided with the corresponding holes Longitudinal posts and traverse, wherein the flat leg formed with the at least one pair of grid-like matching to the recesses of the longitudinal post holes is adapted to the traverse.
  • the hooks of the traverse protrude through the congruent holes of the flattened leg. Accordingly, the leg is clamped with the at least one pair of grid-like manner to the recesses of the longitudinal post appropriately shaped holes between the traverse and the longitudinal post, wherein the hooks of the traverse protrude through the holes of the leg.
  • the other leg then forms the shoe for the associated shelf with the U-shaped fold.
  • the U-shaped fold serves to stabilize the shelf and also the shelf inserted therein.
  • the stabilizer shoe can be made larger, longer or thicker depending on the required load capacity of the shelves on the shelf.
  • the shelf is pushed in the direction of its respective outer side into the U-profile-shaped fold on the one leg.
  • at least three shelves are always required for this.
  • an outer shelf is inserted with the longitudinal outside in the stabilizer shoe and in between one or more shelves are then pressed from above into the receiving pocket of the traverse. The assembly takes place without screw connections and completely without tools. Nevertheless, a high stability of the shelf is achieved in that the Longitudinal outside of the shelf is at least partially supported over a certain portion in the U-shaped fold of the one leg of the stabilizer shoe.
  • the leg extends with the U-shaped fold over the entire shelf width or length of the shelf and at the other end in turn has a flat-shaped leg of another stabilizer shoe and this leg between the longitudinal post and the Traverse is used and in the U-shaped profile fold the longitudinal outside of a shelf is inserted.
  • the stabilizer shoe may extend over the entire shelf width, so that the shelf is completely covered on its longitudinal outside by the U-shaped fold of the legs.
  • this leg may extend only partially over the longitudinal outer side of the shelf. But over the entire shelf width extending stabilizer shoe can also serve as a carrier, eg for tires and vehicle wheels.
  • the other leg does not necessarily have to have a U-profile-shaped fold, but may have other possible shapes for such a purpose, for example a cross-sectionally round or square tube shape.
  • a stabilizer shoe has a leg which has at its opposite longitudinal sides in each case a right-angled fold and thus forms a U-profile, in which the longitudinal outer side of a shelf is inserted, and that the leg with the formed on its opposite longitudinal sides U-shaped folds part of the traverse or the longitudinal post, wherein the leg is formed at right angles and horizontally thereof wegragend.
  • the stabilizer shoe is part of eg the traverse. That is, in each case a stabilizer shoe with the respective leg with the perpendicular to the cross-member running U-shaped fold is formed on each side of the traverse. If the stabilizer shoe with the respective leg with the U-profile-shaped bevel extending at right angles to the longitudinal post forms part of a longitudinal post, two longitudinal posts opposite one end side of the shelf are each provided with such a leg as stabilizer shoe. The stabilizer shoe is integrated into the traverse or the longitudinal post. With regard to the leg with the U-profile-shaped fold, all the features and advantages that were previously described for the formation of the stabilizer shoe as a separate one-piece component also apply.
  • the leg may extend with the U-shaped fold over the entire shelf width or length of the shelf and merge at the other end in the traverse or the longitudinal posts, as with respect to the stabilizer shoe than separate one-piece component has been described.
  • the leg with the U-shaped fold and the associated Traverse example be connected by means of plug, screw or rivet.
  • Fig. 1 shows a shelf 1, which has a rectangular plan and preferably consists entirely of a metallic sheet material. At each of the vertices of the shelf 1 is a vertical longitudinal post 2. Furthermore, the respective front-side pairs of longitudinal posts 2 by three horizontally adjacent shelves 3 are connected to each other, on which not shown objects of all kinds are stored.
  • Fig. 2 shows a partial perspective view of the shelf 3.
  • a downwardly projecting longitudinal side wall 4 is articulated.
  • the lower free end of the longitudinal side wall 4 has a channel-shaped folded edge 5.
  • a downwardly projecting end side flap 6 articulated and is provided for the clamping attachment of its end faces between the longitudinal posts 2 of the shelf 1 and trusses.
  • the 3 and 4 show a longitudinal post 2 of the shelf 1. This has on its side surfaces grid-like mutually spaced recesses 7. Furthermore, as in Fig. 4 shown, the longitudinal posts 2 formed as a flat strip material rolled hollow profile and thus has a substantially T-shape in cross section.
  • the Fig. 5 shows a cross member 8 for a shelf 1, which is between two spaced longitudinal posts 2, which are arranged on the front side of the shelf 1, is used.
  • the cross member 8 has a base member 9 in the form of an upwardly open receiving pocket 10, as in Fig. 10 represented, with an upper horizontal support edge 11, on which rests in the inserted state, the lower surface of the shelf.
  • At the edge portions of the cross member 8 each have a pair of horizontally and vertically spaced hooks 12 is formed.
  • the suspension hooks 12 engage in the recesses 7 of the longitudinal posts 2 of the shelf 1.
  • the front side flap 6 of the shelf 3 is inserted into the upwardly open receiving pocket 10 of the cross member 8, so that the shelf 3 between the crossbar 8 and the longitudinal post 2 is securely clamped-is. Does the Traverse 8 no Receiving pocket, the front side flap 6 of the shelf 3 is clamped directly between the cross member 8 and the longitudinal posts 2.
  • Fig. 6 shows a designed as a separate one-piece component stabilizer shoe 13.
  • the bending edges of the settlement are shown in dash-and-dash lines. If the unwinding of the stabilizer shoe 13 is bent, this receives a substantially L-shape with a first leg 14 and a second leg 15 bent at right angles thereto.
  • On the leg 14 is a pair of holes 16 matching the recesses 7 of the longitudinal post 2 formed for the passage of the pairs of hooks 12 of the traverse 8.
  • the first leg 14 is thus inserted between the associated longitudinal post 2 and the associated cross member 8.
  • the second leg 15 has at its opposite longitudinal sides in each case a right-angled bend 17.
  • a U-profile 18 is formed, in which the longitudinal outer side 4 of the shelf 3 is inserted.
  • Fig. 10 shows first in the lower part of a longitudinal post 2 of the shelf 1, in which a cross member 8 is fixed such that their hooks 12 engage in the recesses 7 in the longitudinal post 2.
  • a front side flap 6 of a shelf 3 is inserted, which is shown in dash-dot-dot-dashed lines.
  • a stabilizer shoe 13 is shown, which is inserted into the receiving pocket 10 of the traverse, that the holes in the leg 14 of the stabilizer shoe 13 are congruent with the recesses 7 in the longitudinal post 2 and are penetrated by the hooks 12 of the crossbar 8.
  • U-shaped fold 17 of the leg 15 while the longitudinal outer side 4 of a shelf 3 is inserted, which is stabilized together with the entire shelf 1 by the U-profile 18 of the leg 15.
