Description

The invention relates to a shelf for the storage of objects, which has at its vertices vertical longitudinal posts with grid-like recesses in which a suspension hook provided with Traverse is mounted, which has a prestressed, upwardly open receiving pocket, in which one or more shelves selbstklemmend are held.

There are a variety of shelves or shelving systems known whose individual parts, such as longitudinal posts, side ladders or trusses and shelves are connected by different types of fastening. Such shelves usually have a plurality of longitudinal posts at the shelf vertices on which one or more horizontal shelves are fixed at certain vertical intervals, on which items and / or bulk material is stored.

A disadvantage of such shelves or shelving systems is that they can not be disassembled or adapted to the needs of the user depending on the type of connection, such as by welding or gluing.

It is an object of the invention to provide a shelf of the type mentioned, which makes it possible to dispense with other stabilizing elements, such as cross braces and the like, and yet ensures high stability of the shelf, without having to use screw and the like and tools.

According to the invention the object is achieved in that a stabilizer shoe is formed as a separate one-piece component and substantially L-shaped, wherein the one leg is formed flat and inserted between the longitudinal post and the traverse, and the other leg at its opposite longitudinal sides each having a right-angled fold and thus forms a U-profile, in which the longitudinal outer side of a shelf is inserted and jammed.

The stabilizer shoe according to the invention is particularly suitable for a shelf or shelving system in which at least one traverse is used, e.g. Having pairs of hooks and has a prestressed, upwardly open receiving pocket, in which one or more shelves are held self-locking. The shelves are pressed with the front side in the narrow gap of the receiving pocket of the traverse. Fig. 1 shows a shelf 1, which has a rectangular plan and preferably consists entirely of a metallic sheet material. At each of the vertices of the shelf 1 is a vertical longitudinal post 2. Claims (6)

1. A shelf (1) for storing objects, which has on its corner points vertical longitudinal posts (2) with lockable recesses (7), into which a strut (8) provided with mounting hooks (12) is suspended, which possesses a prestressed, open upward retaining pocket (10), in which one or several shelf bottoms (3) are held in a self-clamping manner, characterised in that a stabiliser shoe (13) is designed as a separate one-piece component and substantially in the form of an L, whereas one branch (14) is designed flat and is inserted between the longitudinal post (2) and the strut (8), and the other branch (15) has respectively a right-angled folded edge (17) at its opposed longitudinal sides and hence forms a U-shaped profile (18), into which the longitudinal external side (4) of a shelf bottom (3) is inserted and clamped.
2. Shelf according to claim 1, characterised in that at least one pair of holes (16) matching the recesses (7) of the longitudinal post (2) in a locking manner is formed on the flatly designed branch (14).
