Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shelving system for storage and archiving of objects, essentially consisting of at least one shelf with rectangular Cross-section, at whose vertices vertical Longitudinal posts are arranged, with between each two end-facing longitudinal posts horizontal traverses for fastening with one each downwards Attached front side tab provided support boards and the longitudinal posts are recesses for receiving vertically and horizontally spaced and downwards Having pairs of hooks on the trusses.
  • shelves or shelving systems known whose items, such as posts, side ladders or trusses and support boards by different Attached types of attachment are.
  • Such shelves usually have several longitudinal posts at the shelve points on which in certain vertical distances one or more horizontal Support boards are fixed on which objects and / or bulk material is stored.
  • the Pads will be glued, welded or screwed to the longitudinal posts, the type of attachment is mostly made of material depends on which the shelf is made.
  • the PCT / EP00 / 10857 shows a shelving system of the beginning said type, in which each crossbeam prestressed, upwards has open receiving pockets and each end a downward extension is formed, the at least two vertically spaced hook-like Has structure.
  • the receiving pockets of the Traverse are support boards or suspension parts different Can be used, the only through the receiving pockets are held in a self-clamping manner.
  • the support boards have this high vertical end tabs to these the receiving pockets to be able to put, with the Height of the front side tabs from the depth of the receiving pockets depends.
  • the traverse with the extensions and the receiving pockets is very expensive to produce, so that high production costs arise.
  • the high vertical Require front side flaps of the pad boards a large material requirement also by additional flap, around the front side flaps against bending to support.
  • FR 2 516 770 shows a shelving system for storage and Archiving of objects, consisting essentially from at least one shelf of rectangular cross section, at its vertices vertical longitudinal posts are arranged. Between each two frontal Long posts are horizontal traverses for attachment from each with a downward end tab provided support boards attachable. The long posts have recesses for receiving vertically and horizontally spaced and down-facing pairs of Hook on the trusses on.
  • GB 422,661 discloses a similar shelving system for storage and archiving of objects.
  • the downward front side tab of the Support boards between the traverse and the carrying them Longitudinal posts of the shelf clamped. It will the front side flap of the support board between the Traverse and this carrying longitudinal posts only hooked with game. This will create a gap between the outer surface of the front side flap of the support board and the outer surface of the longitudinal post formed.
  • the object is achieved in that the downward facing side flap of the support board Pressed between the crossbar and these carrying longitudinal pillar of the rack against lifting the Support boards can be clamped.
  • the front side flap is thus directly between the traverse and the longitudinal posts are pressed, so that Any kind of support boards can be jammed that have a front side flap.
  • Pickup bags the trusses and additional flap in the Corner areas of the support boards are no longer required. This will result in material and manufacturing costs saved.
  • the elimination of the receiving pockets allows also the insertion of support boards different Depth and number.
  • the connection of Traverse and Long posts with mutual clamping of the front side flap The support board ensures a high stability the shelf or shelf system, in particular for a firm lateral stability. The support board will be stable and held tight and is jammed against lifting, as result in shorter suspension travel of the holder.
  • the relatively low height of the front side flap of the support board can also increase the carrying capacity of the support board and thus the shelf or shelf system can be increased.
  • This type of connection of longitudinal posts, trusses and support boards also has an advantageous effect the reduction of the material thickness and thickness of the support boards out. This in turn allows for a larger one Usable height and a larger usable volume within the range of the shelving system.
  • the shelving system is preferably after a certain Raster formed the shelf width, height and Depth but also the distances of the hook pairs of the traverses and their corresponding receiving openings in the longitudinal posts.
  • the traverse a bearing edge extending above the upper hook for the underside of the pad on and the free edge of the front side flap of the support board runs above the suspension points of the upper hooks the crossbar in the longitudinal posts. This will be short Spring travel and close to the suspension points of the upper hook realized lying pressure points of the support board. Consequently the support board lies on the smooth support edge the traverse on.
  • a saving of material and manufacturing costs for the support board is achieved in particular by that the height of the front side flap of the support board about the distance between the support edge and the suspension points the upper hook of the crossbar corresponds.
  • the traverse can be an additional Support for the end portions of the longitudinal side walls of the Have support boards.
  • the long sides of the support board usually have folded edges or closed edges Channels for high loads on. Their end sections are based on a further stabilization of the additional edition.
  • the pad is preferably simply folded out of the basic component. It forms a smooth continuous bridge and can be arbitrary record wide Auflageboardumkantept. Thus form the support edge and the additional web-like support a double storage of the support board.
  • the additional support is in horizontal Alignment below the mount points of the upper Hook of the traverse is formed, so that in turn short Spring travel and close to the suspension points of the hook lying Pressure points of the support board result.
  • the shelving system according to the invention has the Traverse on the side directed to the longitudinal posts In addition, an upward, pocket-shaped fold on, whose upper edge in a plane with the Support edge for the support board is located. This will the front of the support board covered and to some extent closed optically. In the Installation of several support boards will also be their transition areas concealed, the otherwise always unsightly Column would be visible.
