Definitions
- the invention relates to a shelving system for storage and archiving of objects, essentially consisting of at least one shelf with rectangular Cross-section, at whose vertices vertical Longitudinal posts are arranged, with between each two end-facing longitudinal posts horizontal traverses for fastening with one each downwards Attached front side tab provided support boards and the longitudinal posts are recesses for receiving vertically and horizontally spaced and downwards Having pairs of hooks on the trusses.
- shelves or shelving systems known whose items, such as posts, side ladders or trusses and support boards by different Attached types of attachment are.
- Such shelves usually have several longitudinal posts at the shelve points on which in certain vertical distances one or more horizontal Support boards are fixed on which objects and / or bulk material is stored.
- the Pads will be glued, welded or screwed to the longitudinal posts, the type of attachment is mostly made of material depends on which the shelf is made.
- the PCT / EP00 / 10857 shows a shelving system of the beginning said type, in which each crossbeam prestressed, upwards has open receiving pockets and each end a downward extension is formed, the at least two vertically spaced hook-like Has structure.
- the receiving pockets of the Traverse are support boards or suspension parts different Can be used, the only through the receiving pockets are held in a self-clamping manner.
- the support boards have this high vertical end tabs to these the receiving pockets to be able to put, with the Height of the front side tabs from the depth of the receiving pockets depends.
- the traverse with the extensions and the receiving pockets is very expensive to produce, so that high production costs arise.
- the high vertical Require front side flaps of the pad boards a large material requirement also by additional flap, around the front side flaps against bending to support.
- FR 2 516 770 shows a shelving system for storage and Archiving of objects, consisting essentially from at least one shelf of rectangular cross section, at its vertices vertical longitudinal posts are arranged. Between each two frontal Long posts are horizontal traverses for attachment from each with a downward end tab provided support boards attachable. The long posts have recesses for receiving vertically and horizontally spaced and down-facing pairs of Hook on the trusses on.
- GB 422,661 discloses a similar shelving system for storage and archiving of objects.
- the downward front side tab of the Support boards between the traverse and the carrying them Longitudinal posts of the shelf clamped. It will the front side flap of the support board between the Traverse and this carrying longitudinal posts only hooked with game. This will create a gap between the outer surface of the front side flap of the support board and the outer surface of the longitudinal post formed.
- the object is achieved in that the downward facing side flap of the support board Pressed between the crossbar and these carrying longitudinal pillar of the rack against lifting the Support boards can be clamped.
- the front side flap is thus directly between the traverse and the longitudinal posts are pressed, so that Any kind of support boards can be jammed that have a front side flap.
- Pickup bags the trusses and additional flap in the Corner areas of the support boards are no longer required. This will result in material and manufacturing costs saved.
- the elimination of the receiving pockets allows also the insertion of support boards different Depth and number.
- the connection of Traverse and Long posts with mutual clamping of the front side flap The support board ensures a high stability the shelf or shelf system, in particular for a firm lateral stability. The support board will be stable and held tight and is jammed against lifting, as result in shorter suspension travel of the holder.
- the relatively low height of the front side flap of the support board can also increase the carrying capacity of the support board and thus the shelf or shelf system can be increased.
- This type of connection of longitudinal posts, trusses and support boards also has an advantageous effect the reduction of the material thickness and thickness of the support boards out. This in turn allows for a larger one Usable height and a larger usable volume within the range of the shelving system.
- the shelving system is preferably after a certain Raster formed the shelf width, height and Depth but also the distances of the hook pairs of the traverses and their corresponding receiving openings in the longitudinal posts.
- the traverse a bearing edge extending above the upper hook for the underside of the pad on and the free edge of the front side flap of the support board runs above the suspension points of the upper hooks the crossbar in the longitudinal posts. This will be short Spring travel and close to the suspension points of the upper hook realized lying pressure points of the support board. Consequently the support board lies on the smooth support edge the traverse on.
- a saving of material and manufacturing costs for the support board is achieved in particular by that the height of the front side flap of the support board about the distance between the support edge and the suspension points the upper hook of the crossbar corresponds.
- the traverse can be an additional Support for the end portions of the longitudinal side walls of the Have support boards.
- the long sides of the support board usually have folded edges or closed edges Channels for high loads on. Their end sections are based on a further stabilization of the additional edition.
- the pad is preferably simply folded out of the basic component. It forms a smooth continuous bridge and can be arbitrary record wide Auflageboardumkantept. Thus form the support edge and the additional web-like support a double storage of the support board.
- the additional support is in horizontal Alignment below the mount points of the upper Hook of the traverse is formed, so that in turn short Spring travel and close to the suspension points of the hook lying Pressure points of the support board result.
- the shelving system according to the invention has the Traverse on the side directed to the longitudinal posts In addition, an upward, pocket-shaped fold on, whose upper edge in a plane with the Support edge for the support board is located. This will the front of the support board covered and to some extent closed optically. In the Installation of several support boards will also be their transition areas concealed, the otherwise always unsightly Column would be visible.
- the additional fold on their upper end a horizontal jetty to the full or partial overlap of the upper face of the Have longitudinal posts.
- the horizontal bridge on the additional fold can also be designed such that this also the gap between longitudinal posts of two adjacent ones Shelves of the shelving system covered. Instead, you can but also adapted for this purpose Inserted parts are used.
- the support edge of the traverse material characteristics or additional plug-in elements for example button-like structures or strips, for covering the transition point of adjacent support boards to improve the aesthetic appearance and / or at the same time the stability of the shelving system to increase.
- plugging parts be used.
- the crossbar has a bead, formed in the at least the upper hook are.
- the crossbar between the Longitudinal posts have a reinforcing edge. Thereby the base part of the traverse becomes more stable.
- This truss is easier in the constructive training and manufacturing, with costs and material can be saved. She is not like that suitable for high loads, such as those described above Traverse, but for certain load requirements sufficiently suitable.
- the basic component and the it hinged and folded wall form a double wall the traverse, the bottom of the support board rests on the upper edge of the basic component and the Front side flap of the support board both between the Basic component and the hinged wall as well as the lateral longitudinal post of the shelf is jammed.
- a additional stiffening bead or the like not mandatory.
- the double walled allows also the omission of plug-in parts or similar elements, to cover the front of the support board and protect.
- this Traverse have the Basic component of the traverse upper and lower pairs of Hook and the wall applied to the base member a lower one Pair of hooks on. Last are congruent and in contact with the lower pair of hooks in the basic component.
- the lower pairs of hooks of the basic component and the hinged wall are close together and grab in corresponding receiving openings in the longitudinal posts of the shelf.
- the bottom pair of hooks of the Basic component passes through the hinged thereto Wall, allowing a jamming of the basic component and the wall is guaranteed at the longitudinal posts.
- the voltage applied to the base member wall of Traverse in the corner areas with notches above of the lower pair of hooks releasing the upper one Pair of hooks provided in the basic component can on the attachment of a bead or the training of Hooks with greater depth are dispensed with since the between the basic component and the wall hinged thereto used front side tab of the support board the formed by the hook pairs wall distance, the Material thickness of the traverse corresponds, compensates.
- the Enable notches in the corners of the wall the insertion of the upper pair of hooks in the lateral Long posts of the shelf.
- Traverse and longitudinal posts of the invention Shelving system points away from the longitudinal posts Side of traverse cantilevered elements for Support for end sections of the longitudinal side walls of the support board, e.g. the end portions of the longitudinal side Folds or channels, on. This will increase the carrying capacity the support boards increased.
- the projecting elements can also be separate Components, preferably support bracket, be, with the Traverse are connectable. These separate components will be bolted to the crossbar or just in For example, holes used by rows of holes of Traverse. This further stabilizes the traverse.
- Such support angle, about by means of it formed Hook can be hooked into the holes in the rows of holes in the crossbeam are used, especially if that is Regal possesses a great depth and / or a variety of support boards in a plane next to each other on the Traverse are stored.
- a horizontal Bridge to the complete or partial overlap of the upper face of the Longitudinal posts are used, so that additional plug-in parts can be omitted.
- further holding elements be provided, which the cantilevered elements, e.g. several support brackets on a crossbeam, with each other connect, so to the stability and viability of a deep shelves continue to increase and stabilize this.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the shelving system is that the basic part of the traverse is formed extended downwards. That stands out Basic component below the support board sideways in the compartment underneath. Thus, that can Basic component the function of a divider for dividing coherent compartments in the shelving system below take over the support board. On the other hand serves the downwardly extended basic component also has a holding function for example, for file folders and other areal Objects in the lower compartment against Falling over.
- a particular advantage of the shelving system according to the invention is further that the traverse from a single blank part is that with few manufacturing operations can be produced inexpensively.
- the shelving system exists the traverse of a basic component with a lower side hinged to it and adjacent to the basic component Wall, thus forming a storage bag for the Front side flap of the support board, with the downwards directed front side flap of the pad board between from the basic component and the adjacent wall consist receiving pocket of Traverse is clamped.
- the front side flap of the support board both between the base member and the hinged wall as also jammed the lateral longitudinal post of the shelf. Also possible is the jamming of the front side flap of the support board only between the basic component and the hinged wall.
