Description

The invention relates to a shelving system, preferably made of metal, for storage and archiving of objects, consisting essentially of at least one shelf, in particular a steel shelf, with a rectangular cross-section, are arranged at the vertices vertical longitudinal posts between which at least one support board is attached , and which is provided at each end face with spaced roof and / or floor and / or intermediate trusses, wherein recesses are provided in the longitudinal posts for receiving hook-like formations of Einhängeteilen and trusses.

There are a variety of shelves or shelving systems known, the individual parts, such as longitudinal posts, side ladders or trusses and support boards are connected by different types of fastening. Such shelves usually have a plurality of longitudinal posts on the shelf vertices, where one or more horizontal support boards are mounted at certain vertical intervals, on which items and / or bulk material is stored.

Furthermore, it is often necessary to subdivide support boards in part compartments to store the items and / or the bulk ordered on the shelf. For this purpose, grids, rods, separating plates and the like are glued to the longitudinal posts or the support board, welded or screwed, so that the separating elements are aligned obliquely or perpendicular to the support board. The type of attachment often depends on the material from which the shelf is made.

A disadvantage of such shelves or shelving systems is that they can not be disassembled or adapted to the needs of the user depending on the type of connection, such as welding or gluing. As a result, these shelves or shelf systems, although a high degree of stability, but a variation of the size of the compartments of the support board is severely limited '. These shelves or shelving systems are also difficult to transport due to their space required by the fixed connection space.

In addition, a variety of connector systems for shelves are known in which the shelf parts, such as support boards, longitudinal posts, trusses, etc. are connected, for example by tongue and groove connections. In some systems, the support boards are simply placed on webs or pins on the trusses. However, this leads to a high instability of the shelving system. Bolted or connected by special fasteners shelves or shelving systems, their support boards are to be divided into several compartments to store items are only with great effort assembled or disassembled, so that the people involved have up or degradation problems. Furthermore, often complicated designed connecting elements for connecting the support board with the compartments forming separating elements are required, which are difficult to manufacture manufacturing.

Almost purely by plug-mountable shelves or shelving systems are screwed usually only by crossing struts between diagonally opposite corner points on the back of the shelf. This gives a longitudinal stability of the shelf. A certain lateral or depth stability is achieved by insertable into the longitudinal posts traverses that form with the longitudinal posts side ladders. For this purpose, the roof traverse, the floor traverse and, if necessary, and the intermediate traverse different structural training, which is usually like a strut. In this case, so-called gusset plates are provided to stabilize the trusses with the longitudinal posts. For example, in the case of the floor crossbeam, in particular the floor clearance of the shelf must be taken into account. The formation of the roof truss as a strut, possibly with gusset plate, usually results in that the roof support board may not be charged. In addition, the trusses are complex to manufacture, since the struts must be connected to the gusset plates.

From FR 2 516 770 A, a shelving system is known in which a continuous, open-topped, non-prestressed receiving pocket for a support board is provided on a traverse. The support board is provided on all sides with a fold. To be able to hang a support board in the Traverse, several additional projecting suspension lugs are formed on the end faces, which are hooked into the continuous receiving pocket on this. Here, the cantilevered hangers of the support board are biased to achieve a self-clamping by the support board.

This profile piece corresponds to a vertical longitudinal post of a shelf and has a plurality of trained in vertical rows clip shots. Clip brackets can be hooked into these. These each have an upwardly directed tongue formed spring into which a leg of an L-shaped support can be inserted. On this support turn a stage is secured by a screw. To hold such a carrier, always at least two clip consoles are necessary, which are each used on one side of the profile piece, wherein adjacent support boards are separated by the profile piece.

It is an object of the invention to provide a shelving system of the type mentioned for storage and archiving of objects, the only by plugging the Components can be mounted and at the same time a high degree of stability and versatility of the usable parts in the shelving system is achieved.

According to the invention the object is achieved in that
  • each traverse has a plurality of prestressed, upwardly open receiving pockets and at the end a respective downwardly directed extension is formed, which has at least two vertically spaced hook-like formations,
  • in the plurality of receiving pockets of the traverse one or more parts support boards or hooking parts of different configuration are used, which are supported by the receiving pockets self-locking, and
  • optionally on the front longitudinal posts of the shelf a provided with hook-like structures door frame is attached, which preferably has hinges for a hinged door.

The bias of the receiving pockets of the trusses is created by bends or folds from the Traversenzuschnitt in conjunction with the material properties of which the blank consists, namely mostly of metal. Thus, the voltage inherent in a steel sheet can be sufficient to receive in a receiving pocket a suitable counterpart, for example a support board or a suspension part, which is held in a self-clamping manner by the prestressing become. The receiving pockets of the trusses are open at the top, so that support boards and other suspension parts can be easily inserted from above into the trusses. The biased receiving pockets prevent slipping or wobbling of these parts on the shelf.

A particular advantage of the solution according to the invention results from the fact that the trusses have downwardly directed extensions, which thus extend in the insertion direction of the plug-in parts. The located at the extensions at least two vertically spaced, hook-like structure are inserted into corresponding recesses in the longitudinal posts, so that the hook-like structure of the extensions of the traverse engage behind the recesses in the longitudinal posts. Conveniently, therefore, the trusses with the receiving pockets, the end-side extensions and the hook-like structures are integrally formed. Furthermore, the trusses are designed as roof trusses, floor trusses and intermediate trusses.

Due to the one-piece design a rigid traverse is achieved. If the roof truss is inserted at the upper end of the shelf with the hook-like structures in the corresponding recesses of the longitudinal posts of the shelf, stabilizes the substantially U-shaped cross member through the spaced hook-like structure the shelf considerably. The roof rail part can be plugged in as the same floor traverse at the bottom of the shelf, the extensions on the end sides of the floor crossmember at the same time ensures a certain ground clearance. Likewise, one or more spaced-apart intermediate beams are inserted between the longitudinal posts of the shelf to secure support boards thereon. By attaching several trusses a high lateral or depth stability of the shelf is achieved. Furthermore, the simple plug-in system by the provision of the receiving pockets on the trusses allows easy mounting and handling of the shelf. The suspension parts can be easily replaced in a simple manner.

If desired, the shelf can also be closed by doors. However, since the longitudinal posts do not have hinges or hinges, a door frame is required which must be secured to the shelf which has the necessary hinges or hinges. For this purpose hook-like structures are provided on the back of the door frame, which are hooked into corresponding recesses in the longitudinal posts of the shelf. The door frame can be a simple hollow profile frame. In this context, then the hinged door is hung and the shelf can be closed.

According to a development of the invention, the recesses in the longitudinal post are formed as vertical slots which are formed individually or in pairs spaced from each other on the longitudinal posts. And engage in the complementary hook-like structure of the door frame or certain Einhängeteile. In this case, the slots may preferably be formed like a grid on the longitudinal posts to according to the modular principle, to ensure a great diversity of the equipment of the shelf with Einhängeteilen and support boards and their replacement and easy transport of the shelf.

The receiving pockets on the trusses can be designed as a receiving pocket or as a plurality of receiving pockets, which are separated from each other by gaps. Sonach is in the receiving pockets of each mounted on a front side of the shelf trusses a one- or multi-part support board inserted. Multi-part support boards are produced for example by joining several sub-floors. This may be necessary in particular if the support boards within a shelf or shelving system should have different depths depending on the objects to be stored.

According to a further embodiment of the shelf system according to the invention are in the receiving pockets of each attached to a front side of the shelf trusses of Einhängeteilen inserted. Preferably, the mounting plates have a uniform size and are connected to the Einhängeteilen. If the baffles have a uniform size, these are versatile according to the modular principle and can be plugged into the receiving pockets of the trusses. The baffles are then connected to Einhängeteilen, which serve for the storage of objects. Thereby, a Einhängeteil certain type can be exchanged for another suspension part of another kind in an easy way.

In order to achieve a great possibility of variation of the equipment of the shelf or shelf system, the suspension parts are designed as support elements for objects to be stored of different types. Accordingly, the suspension parts can be, for example, support elements for film or data carrier rolls, hangers, file folders, bulk goods containers, bulk goods, vehicle tires, wallpaper rolls and much more. There are practically no limits to the items to be stored.

Furthermore, the suspension parts can be designed as telescopic extensions for drawers, pull-out floors and the like. Items are stored in the drawers and on the pull-out shelves, the access of which requires removal of the hook-in part. For example, index cards can be stored in the telescopic drawers, which are used if necessary. Telescopic drawers are also particularly suitable for recording about compact discs and other media, books, magazines and the like.

In an alternative embodiment of the shelf system, the hooking parts are designed as rigid support elements. Rigid support elements are e.g. Slide rail supports for hanging files, gratings, but also hanging plates for hanging doors, single and multi-track pendulum registration rails, bulk material trays, dividers, etc.

Finally, the invention provides that the door frame Has hinges for single or multi-leaf doors.

It is understood that the features mentioned above and those yet to be explained can be used not only in the particular combination given, but also in other combinations or in isolation, without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Fig. 1 shows a shelf 1 a Regalssstems, which has a rectangular floor plan. At each of the corner points of the shelf 1 is a vertical longitudinal post 2, at the lower end of which a foot 3 is located. The rear two longitudinal posts 2 connected by two intersecting, diagonal struts 4 together, so that the shelf 1 has a length stability.

Furthermore, the respective end-side pairs of longitudinal posts are connected to each other by a plurality of horizontally spaced support boards 5, on which objects of all kinds, not shown, are stored. The upper support board 5 forms a roofboard, while under the support board 5 while maintaining a certain Bodenfreiraumes forms the floorboard.

This has on its front side according to FIG. 2 mutually spaced pairs of recesses 6, which are formed as slots 7. Furthermore, spaced holes 8 are provided. At the back of the longitudinal post 2 according to FIG. 4, a further bore 9 is seen, which is aligned with the bore 8 at the front of the longitudinal post 2. These holes 8 and 9 can be provided for screw mounting of any parts and / or for attachment of the longitudinal post 2 to a wall.

Furthermore, the longitudinal post 2 on its side walls on a plurality of spaced-apart recesses 10, which substantially intended to reduce the weight of the longitudinal post 2 by reducing material and to record parts to be described. Furthermore, as can be seen from FIGS. 4 and 5, the longitudinal post 2 is designed as a hollow profile rolled from a flat strip material, so that the finished longitudinal post 2 forms a gap 11 on its rear side. The longitudinal post 2 thus has in cross section according to FIG. 5 a substantially T-shape.

Between two adjacent longitudinal posts 2 an end face 12 of the shelf 1 traverses 13 are inserted, one of which is shown in Fig. 6. This traverse can be inserted as a roof traverse on the upper edge of the front side 12, as a floor cross member in the lower region and as an intermediate cross member between the roof and floor cross member on the front side 12 of the shelf 1 in the respective end face 12 associated longitudinal posts 2. They serve for receiving and holding example, the support boards. 5

Such a cross member 13 is formed from a flat metal blank. By bends or receiving pockets 14 are formed, which are open at the top.

Between the middle and the outer receiving pockets 14 column 15 are provided in order to use multi-part support boards 5 in the shelf 1, if necessary. The side edges 16 of the support boards 5 engage in the column 15 a.

The respective areas laterally of the outer receiving pockets 14 are formed as extensions 17, so that the traverse 13 is substantially U-shaped. Each extension 17 comprises two mutually spaced hook-like structure 18. Fig. 7 shows a schematic side view of the cross member 13 of FIG. 6 in an enlarged view. In this case, the downward shape of the hook-like structure 18 can be seen.
