Description

Zerlegbarer Rahmen für ein Regal Demountable frame for a shelf
Darin zeigt:Modular shelving systems are used in shopfitting, in which individual shelf elements, such as shelf rails, shelves or wall elements, can be assembled individually in a manner suitable for the specific application. In particular, vertical columns or wall rails are known which have eyelets for hanging shelves or frames with shelves. The present invention relates to an improvement of such a frame for receiving a shelf, the frame preferably being made of metal. A frame usually consists of metal struts welded together in the form of a rectangle. Suspended in a suitable rail, the frame and shelf represent a functional shelf compartment that can be loaded just as strongly as a one-piece shelf and also has the advantage that the shelf is interchangeable, so the user can choose between wood, glass and metal shelves , The conventional frame construction with the permanently welded cross and longitudinal struts creates a sufficiently stable and permanent connection of the individual frame elements, but is disadvantageous in other respects: Firstly, unlike their individual elements, rigidly connected frames can no longer be stacked and stored as well. This is not only unfavorable for the storage of the manufacturer or middleman, but also for the user of the shelving system, who has to handle the bulky and heavy complete frames. Second, the welded frames are inflexible, because you cannot replace individual elements of the frame, but only the frame as a whole. For example, it is not possible to hang a permanently welded frame in a pair of shelf rails with a different axis spacing. For this purpose, a completely new frame must be procured again. The aim of the invention is to overcome the disadvantages mentioned above and to create a frame that can be stored well and used flexibly. The object is achieved by the dismountable frame specified in claim 1. Because the frame can be variably assembled from brackets and strips, it can be individually assembled by the user for the desired application. If, for example, the frame is to be hung in a vertically aligned pair of shelf rails with a different axis spacing, it is sufficient to detach the strips from the frame and replace them with correspondingly longer or shorter ones. The consoles can be kept. Furthermore, the storage and shipping of the individual frame elements is possible, which saves storage capacity and costs. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims. These exemplary embodiments can best be explained using the drawings. It shows:

Der Boden 60 ist an seinen Randbereichen abgekantet, so daß dieFIG. 4A shows a first side view of a middle bar of a dismantable frame for solid shelves; FIG. 4B shows a second side view of the middle bar; FIG. 5A shows a first side view of a middle bar of a dismountable frame for non-solid shelves; FIG. 5B shows a second side view of the middle bar; FIG. 6A shows a plan view of a non-solid shelf; Figure 6B is a side view of the shelf; FIG. 7A shows a plan view of a folding plate for a frame according to the invention; FIG. 7B shows a side view of the folding plate; Figure 8A is a side view of an assembled frame; and Figure 8B is a side view of another assembled frame. The console 10 shown in FIG. 1 has a plurality of hooks 11, 12, 13 at its rear end. The hooks 11 and 12 are used for hanging the console in corresponding recesses of a shelf rail or column in a substantially horizontal position. With the hooks 11 and 13, the console can be attached at an angle. The borehole shown at the very rear end, which can also be seen in the shelf elements shown in FIGS. 4A, 5A and 6B, is only used to hang up the respective objects during the powder coating and is of no significance for the present invention. Furthermore, the console has eyelets 14, 15, 16 at its rear and front ends and in the middle therebetween. These are mounted on opposite side walls of two brackets for hanging the strips. Each eyelet consists of a metal strip, the front and rear ends of which are welded to the console and whose central region is raised in relation to the console wall, so that it forms a pocket for hanging. This type of attachment of the eyelets 14, 15, 16 is particularly preferred because the eyelets are then invisible to an observer from the other side of the console, a later outside of the frame. However, there is no functional disadvantage if the eyelets are produced differently, for example by punching and shaping the console plate itself. FIG. 2A shows the rear strip 20, which is produced by multiple folding and punching out of a steel plate and is essentially Z-shaped Has profile. As can also be seen from the side view of FIG. 2B, the rear bar 20 comprises an upper leg 21, a central web 22 and a lower leg 23. The web 22 is suitable for placing a shelf that is to strike the leg 21. The leg 21 in turn abuts advantageously against a rear wall, so that no objects placed on the shelf can fall through to the rear. Furthermore, hooks 24 are formed on both ends of the bar and are suitable for hanging in the corresponding eyelets 14 of the brackets. The front bar 30 is shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B. This also has an essentially Z-shaped profile and has an upper leg 31, a central web 32 and a lower leg 33. The web 32 in turn serves to place the shelf that bears against the leg 31. As can be seen in FIG. 3B, an arcuate diaphragm 34 is also welded to the leg 31, which set frame forms a rounded front end. The shape of the panel 34 is adapted to the profile of the front end of the bracket 10 so that the assembled frame appears homogeneous and in one piece to the outside. At the ends of the front bar hooks 35 are in turn formed, which can be hung in corresponding eyelets 15 of the brackets 10. If both the rear bar and the front bar are connected to a pair of consoles via the corresponding plug-in connections 14, 24 and 15, 35, an essentially rectangular, separable frame with good stability is produced. The stability and security of the frame can be increased even further by installing a central bar. The shape of the middle rail can vary depending on the nature and material of the shelf. A central bar 40 of a frame for solid shelves is shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B. The bar 40 has an essentially U-shaped profile and has a first leg 41, a central web 42 for placing a shelf and a second leg 43. A middle bar of this shape is particularly well suited for laying massive shelves, for example made of wood or glass. The hooks 44 of the strip 40 are inserted into corresponding eyelets 16 of a pair of brackets 10. As a result, they create additional stabilization of the frame and relieve the front and rear strips 20, 30 of the weight of the shelf and the objects that may be located thereon. FIGS. 5A and 5B show a middle bar 50 of a frame for non-solid shelves. As can be seen in FIG. 5B, the middle bar 50 also has an essentially U-shaped profile and has a first leg 51, a central web 52 and a second leg 53. A bar shaped in this way is particularly well suited for placing one Shelf that is not solid, but is made of sheet steel, for example. The shelf then comes to rest on the ends of the legs 51 and 53. The hooks 54 in turn serve for hanging in corresponding eyelets 16 of a pair of consoles. For example, the shelf 60 made of aluminum shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B is suitable for resting on such a middle bar. Sheet steel. The thickness of the shelf 60 corresponds in the embodiment shown here to the length of the legs 21, 31, 51, 53, so that the top of the shelf is flush with the strips 20, 30 and the brackets 10. The bottom 60 is folded at its edge areas, so that the
Liste der BezugszeichenLegs 61, 62, 63 come to rest only with the lower ends on the webs 22 and 32 of the rear and front strips 20, 30. The contact surface and thus the load capacity can be increased by inserting the middle bar 50, because then the ends of the legs 51, 53 additionally support the central area of the shelf 60. Of course, the frame would be made even more stable by a possible installation of further strips. FIGS. 7A and 7B show a further additional element for the dismountable frame according to the invention. This is an L-shaped rail 70, which can be inserted with its first leg 71 upward between the front bar 30 and the shelf 60. The weight of the shelf 60 presses the first leg 71 of the rail 70 against the leg 31 of the front bar 30 and the second, preferably shorter leg 72 of the rail 70 against the central web 32 of the front bar 30, so that the rail 70 is stable with the Frame is connected without having to be attached. The L-shaped rail 70 thus forms a front bar, which, for example, prevents objects on the shelf from sliding down when the frame is suspended at an angle by means of the hooks 11 and 13. In order to avoid injuries on sharp edges and to produce an appealing overall visual impression, the corners of the first leg 71, like the cover 34 and the front end of the bracket 10, are rounded. FIGS. 8A and 8B each show side views of completely assembled frames, which are each suspended in a horizontal position in a shelf column or rail 80. The hooking takes place by engagement of the hooks 11, 12 in corresponding slots 81 of the shelf column. In FIG. 8A, the shelf 60 and the rail 70 are inserted into the frame with the brackets 10, the rear bar 20 and the front bar 30. FIG. 8B shows the alternative embodiment with an additional middle rail 40. List of reference numbers
