Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dachdämmplatte mit einer Oberseite für die Auflage von Dachpfannen und einer dachlattenseitigen Unterseite. - Derartige Dachdämmplatten bestehen in der Regel aus einem geschäumten Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus geschäumtem Polystyrol. Die Platten werden auf die Dachlatten aufgelegt und an den Dachlatten befestigt und bilden somit eine Zwischenlage zwischen Dachlatten und Dachpfannen. Solche Dachdämmplatten dienen insbesondere zur Wärmedämmung. An ihrer Oberseite weisen die Dachdämmplatten in der Regel Profilierungen auf, die dazu beitragen, dass die Dachpfannen funktionssicher aufgelegt und positioniert werden können.
- Das Dokument
DE 28 42 347A betrifft eine wasserführende Falz- und Überlappungskonstruktion an für vorzugsweise eine Dacheindeckung verwendbaren Wärmedämmelementen, Die Wärmedämmelemente bestehen aus auf Dachsparren verlegbaren Dämmplatten. Die Wärmedämmplatten sind längs dem vertikalen Stoß mit einer Seitenverfalzung versehen. Benachbarte Wärmedämmplatten greifen längs der Seitenverfalzung ineinander. Insbesondere derFig. 1 des DokumentesDE 28 42 347A ist entnehmbar, dass die Dämmplatten nachDE 28 42 347A ebenfalls seitlich einen Formschlusssteg bzw. an der gegenüberliegenden Seite eine Formschlussnut aufweisen. - Bei den aus der Praxis bekannten Dachdämmplatten der eingangs genannten Art ergibt sich häufig das Problem, dass im verlegten Zustand zwischen benachbarten Dachdämmplatten unerwünschte Öffnungen oder Spalte vorhanden sind. Diese Öffnungen bzw. Spalte beeinträchtigen die Wärmedämmung sowie die Luft- bzw. Winddichtigkeit der mit den Dachdämmplatten versehenen Dachfläche. Die unerwünschten Öffnungen und Spalte ergeben sich vor allem dadurch, dass die Dachdämmplatten vor ihrer Befestigung an den Dachlatten oft nicht ausreichend exakt verlegt bzw. ausgerichtet werden können. Eine unpräzise Befestigung der Dachdämmplatten kann dazu führen, dass die Dachpfannen nicht mehr ausreichend funktionssicher und exakt aufgebracht werden können.
- Demgegenüber liegt der Erfindung das technische Problem zugrunde, eine Dachdämmplatte der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, mit der ein präzises und funktionssicheres Verlegen möglich ist und mit der die oben dargelegten Nachteile effektiv vermieden werden.
- Zur Lösung dieses technischen Problems lehrt die Erfindung eine Dachdämmplatte mit einer Oberseite für die Auflage von Dachpfannen und einer dachlattenseitigen Unterseite,
- Demgegenüber liegt der Erfindung das technische Problem zugrunde, eine Dachdämmplatte der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, mit der ein präzises und funktionssicheres Verlegen möglich ist und mit der die oben dargelegten Nachteile effektiv vermieden werden.
- Zur Lösung dieses technischen Problems lehrt die Erfindung eine Dachdämmplatte mit einer Oberseite für die Auflage von Dachpfannen und einer dachlattenseitigen Unterseite gemäß Anspruch 1.
- Dass an der ersten Seite der Platte ein sich über den Großteil der Seitenlänge erstreckender erster Überlappungsabschnitt vorgesehen ist, meint im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass sich dieser erste Überlappungsabschnitt über mehr als 50% der Seitenlänge dieser ersten Seite erstreckt, vorzugsweise über mehr als 70% der Seitenlänge. Erfindungsgemäß erstreckt sich über den Großteil der Länge dieses ersten Überlappungsabschnittes die Formschlussnut. Die Formschlussnut erstreckt sich somit über mehr als 50% der Länge des ersten Überlappungsabschnittes, vorzugsweise über mehr als 70% des ersten Überlappungsabschnittes. Dass an der zweiten gegenüberliegenden Seite der Platte der sich über den Großteil der Seitenlänge erstreckende zweite Überlappungsabschnitt vorgesehen ist, meint erfindungsgemäß, dass sich dieser zweite Überlappungsabschnitt über mehr als 50% der Seitenlänge der zweiten Seite erstreckt. Erfindungsgemäß erstreckt sich über den Großteil der Länge dieses zweiten Überlappungsabschnittes der Formschlusssteg. Damit ist gemeint, dass sich dieser Formschlusssteg über mehr als 50% der Länge des zweiten Überlappungsabschnittes erstreckt, vorzugsweise über mehr als 70% der Länge dieses zweiten Überlappungsabschnittes.
- Die erfindüngsgemäßen Dachdämmplatten sind insbesondere für eine Steildachdämmung geeignet. Grundsätzlich ist der Einsatz der erfindungsgemäßen Dachdämmplatten aber nicht auf bestimmte Dachtypen beschränkt. Die erfindungsgemäßen Dachdämmplatten weisen an ihrer Oberseite zweckmäßigerweise Profilierungen für die Auflage bzw. für das Einhängen von Dachpfannen auf.
- Nach sehr bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung besteht die Dachdämmplatte aus Polystyrol, zweckmäßigerweise aus geschäumtem Polystyrol. Wenn die Dachdämmplatte aus geschäumtem Polystyrol besteht, bewirken beim Herstellen der Nut-Feder-Verbindung von Formschlusssteg und Formschlussnut elastische Rückstellkräfte in dem Kunststoff einen besonders effektiven Formschluss zwischen den genannten Elementen.
- Es liegt im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass der Überlappungsabschnitt mit der Formschlussnut und der Überlappungsabschnitt mit dem Formschlusssteg jeweils eine geringere Dicke aufweisen als die Gesamtdicke der Dachdämmplatte. Wenn zwei Überlappungsabschnitte zweier benachbarter Platten zur Überlappung gebracht werden und dabei die formschlüssige Verbindung von Formschlusssteg und Formschlussnut hergestellt wird, ergänzen sich beide Überlappungsabschnitte vorzugsweise zur Gesamtdicke der Dachdämmplatte. Zweckmäßigerweise hat ein Überlappungsabschnitt die halbe Dicke oder etwa die halbe Dicke der erfindungsgemäßen Dachdämmplatte. Die Überlappungsabschnitte sind Bestandteile der Dachdämmplatte und bestehen zweckmäßigerweise aus dem Material der Platte.
- Es liegt im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass sich die Formschlussnut bezüglich ihrer Breite b über ihre Länge verjüngt und es liegt fernerhin im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass sich der Formschlusssteg bezüglich seiner Breite b über seine Länge verjüngt. Zweckmäßigerweise findet eine kontinuierliche Verjüngung in der Breite statt.
- Nach der Erfindung verjüngt sich die Formschlussnut und verjüngt sich der Formschlusssteg zur Firstseite der Platte hin. Firstseite der Platte meint die Seite der Platte, die im verlegten Zustand zum Dachfirst hin orientiert ist. Zweckmäßigerweise verringert sich die Breite der Formschlussnut und die Breite des Formschlusssteges von der Traufseite zur Firstseite der erfindungsgemäßen Dachdämmplatte kontinuierlich.
- Nach sehr bevorzugter Ausführungsform, der im Rahmen der Erfindung ganz besondere Bedeutung zukommt, weist die Formschlussnut an beiden Seitenflanken sich über ihre Länge erstreckende Hinterschnitte als Formschlusselemente auf und weist der Formschlusssteg entsprechende Komplementärformschlusselemente auf. Die Komplementärformschlusselemente des Formschlusssteges fassen im aneinander gefügten Zustand der Dachdämmplatten formschlüssig in die Hinterschnitte ein. Diese bevorzugte Ausführungsform mit Hinterschnitten zeichnet sich durch eine besonders effektive und feste Verbindung zwischen den Dachdämmplatten aus.
- Es liegt im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass eine erfindungsgemäße Dachdämmplatte auch an ihrer Firstseite und an ihrer Traufseite jeweils einen Überlappungsabschnitt aufweist. Dabei kann die Dachdämmplatte so ausgelegt sein, dass sie mit ihrem traufseitigen Überlappungsabschnitt einen firstseitigen Überlappungsabschnitt einer angrenzenden Dachdämmplatte überlappt.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Erkenntnis zugrunde, dass aufgrund der erfindungsgemäßen Ausbildung der seitlichen Überlappungsabschnitte eine sehr effektive und feste Verbindung von Dachdämmplatten im verlegten Zustand realisierbar ist. Störende Öffnungen und Spalte zwischen den Dachdämmplatten können problemlos vermieden werden. Insoweit zeichnet sich eine mit den erfindungsgemäßen Dachdämmplatten versehene Dachfläche durch eine hervorragende Wärmedämmung sowie durch Luftdichtigkeit bzw. Winddichtigkeit aus. Aufgrund der erfindungsgemäßen Nut-Feder-Verbindung von Formschlussnut und Formschlusssteg ergibt sich auch eine optimale Anschlusstechnik für die Dachdämmplatten, die ein sehr funktionssicheres und präzises Verlegen der Dachdämmplatten möglich macht. Das gewährleistet aber auch, dass ein exaktes und funktionssicheres Aufbringen von Dachpfannen folgen kann. Mit den aneinander gefügten erfindungsgemäßen Dachdämmplatten wird eine feste durchgehende Fläche verwirklicht, bei der unerwünschte Verschiebungen der Dachdämmplatten aufgrund der festen Nut-Feder-Verbindung quasi ausgeschlossen sind. Im Übrigen zeichnet sich die Dachdämmplatte auch im Hinblick auf ihre Herstellung durch geringen Aufwand und Kostengünstigkeit aus.
- Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand einer lediglich ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellenden Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen in schematischer Darstellung:

- Die Figuren zeigen eine Dachdämmplatte mit einer Oberseite 1 für die Auflage von Dachpfannen und einer dachlattenseitigen Unterseite 2. Die Oberseite 1 weist Profilierungen 3 für die Auflage von nicht dargestellten Dachpfannen auf. An einer ersten Seite der Platte ist ein sich über den Großteil der Seitenlänge L1 erstreckender erster Überlappungsabschnitt 4 angeordnet. Über den Großteil der Länge l1 des ersten Überlappungsabschnittes 4 erstreckt sich eine Formschlussnut 5. Vorzugsweise und im Ausführungsbeispiel (
Figur 1 ) verjüngt sich die Breite b der Formschlussnut 5 über die Länge der Formschlussnut 5. Die Breite b verjüngt sich im Ausführungsbeispiel und nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung zur Firstseite 6 der Dachdämmplatte hin. - An der zweiten gegenüberliegenden Seite der Platte ist ein sich über den Großteil der Seitenlänge L2 erstreckender zweiter Überlappungsabschnitt 7 angeordnet. Über den Großteil der Länge l2 des zweiten Überlappungsabschnittes 7 erstreckt sich ein Formschlusssteg 8. Vorzugsweise und im Ausführungsbeispiel (
Figur 1 ) verjüngt sich die Breite b des Formschlusssteges 8 über die Länge des Formschlusssteges 8 und zweckmäßigerweise und im Ausführungsbeispiel von der Traufseite 9 zur Firstseite 6 der Platte hin. - Zum seitlichen Aneinanderfügen zweier erfindungsgemäßer Dachdämmplatten wird der Formschlusssteg 8 einer ersten Platte in die Formschlussnut 5 einer zweiten Platte eingeschoben oder es wird umgekehrt die Formschlussnut 5 einer ersten Platte auf den Formschlusssteg 8 einer zweiten Platte aufgeschoben. Durch die verjüngende Ausbildung von Formschlussnut 5 einerseits und von Formschlusssteg 8 andererseits wird eine sehr effektive und haltbare formschlüssige Verbindung bzw. Nut-Feder-Verbindung erhalten. Im verlegten Zustand der beiden Platten greift der sich verjüngende Formschlusssteg 8 formschlüssig in die sich ebenfalls verjüngende Formschlussnut 5 ein. Das ist im Schnitt in
Figur 5 dargestellt worden. InFigur 5 ist auch erkennbar, dass im Bereich der Überlappungsabschnitte 4, 7 der beiden dort verbundenen Platten eine vollständig formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen beiden Platten verwirklicht wird.Figur 5 zeigt weiterhin, dass sich die beiden Überlappungsabschnitte 4 und 7 im überlappten Zustand zur Gesamtdicke der Platte addieren. - Insbesondere in
Figur 3 ist erkennbar, dass nach sehr bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung und im Ausführungsbeispiel die Formschlussnut 5 an beiden Seitenflanken sich über die Länge der Formschlussnut 5 erstreckende Hinterschnitte 10 aufweist. Fernerhin ist inFigur 3 erkennbar, dass der Formschlusssteg 8 entsprechende Komplementärformschlusselemente 11 aufweist. Im verbundenen Zustand zweier benachbarter Platten fassen die Komplementärformschlusselemente 11 an dem Formschlusssteg 8 der ersten Platte formschlüssig in die Hinterschnitte 10 der Formschlussnut 5 der zweiten Platte ein. Mit den Hinterschnitten 10 bzw. mit den Komplementärformschlusselementen 11 wird eine ganz besonders effektive und feste Nut-Feder-Verbindung verwirklicht. DieFiguren 3, 4 und5 zeigen, dass vorzugsweise und im Ausführungsbeispiel oberhalb des Formschlusssteges 8 eine Stufe 12 vorgesehen ist. In der Stufe 12 ist nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform und im Ausführungsbeispiel ein Wasserabführungskanal 13 angeordnet. - Eine vergleichende Betrachtung der
Figuren 1 und2 zeigt, dass die erfindungsgemäße Dachdämmplatte auch an ihrer Firstseite 6 einen firstseitigen Überlappungsabschnitt 14 sowie an ihrer Traufseite 9 einen traufseitigen Überlappungsabschnitt 15 aufweist. Im verlegten Zustand der Platten überfasst der traufseitige Überlappungsabschnitt 15 den firstseitigen Überlappungsabschnitt 14 einer benachbarten Platte. - In
Figur 2 ist erkennbar, dass an der Unterseite 2 der Dachdämmplatte eine Montageausnehmung 16 vorgesehen ist, mit der die Dachdämmplatte an einer Dachlatte befestigbar ist bzw. in eine Dachlatte einhängbar ist. Die Montageausnehmung 16 weist einen spitzwinkligen Montagehinterschnitt 17 auf, mit dem die Dachdämmplatte an einer entsprechend geformten Dachlatte einhängbar ist. Aufgrund der Befestigung mit Hilfe der Montageausnehmung 16 sind grundsätzlich keine weiteren Befestigungsmittel, wie Nägel od. dgl. erforderlich. Deshalb können bei Befestigung der Dachdämmplatten störende Wärmebrücken effektiv vermieden werden.
Claims (5)
- Dachdämmplatte mit einer Oberseite (1) für die Auflage von Dachpfannen und einer dachlattenseitigen Unterseite (2),
wobei an einer ersten Seite der Platte ein sich über den Großteil der Seitenlänge (L1) erstreckender erster Überlappungsabschnitt (4) angeordnet ist und wobei sich über den Großteil der Länge (11) des ersten Überlappungsabschnittes (4) eine Formschlussnut (5) erstreckt, welche Formschlussnut (5) sich über ihre Länge verjüngt,
wobei an einer zweiten gegenüberliegenden Seite der Platte ein sich über den Großteil der Seitenlänge (L2) erstreckender zweiter Überlappungsabschnitt (7) angeordnet ist und wobei sich über den Großteil der Länge (12) des zweiten Überlappungsabschnittes (7) ein Formschlusssteg (8) erstreckt, welcher Formschlusssteg (8) sich über seine Länge verjüngt,
wobei zum seitlichen Aneinanderfügen zweier Platten der Formschlusssteg (8) einer ersten Platte in die Formschlussnut (5) einer zweiten Platte einschiebbar ist oder die Formschlussnut (5) einer ersten Platte auf den Formschlusssteg (8) der zweiten Platte aufschiebbar ist,
wobei im verlegten Zustand der benachbarten Platten der sich verjüngende Formschlusssteg (8) formschlüssig in die sich verjüngende Formschlussnut (5) eingreift
und wobei sich die Formschlussnut (5) und der Formschlusssteg (8) zur Firstseite (6) der Platte hin verjüngen. - Dachdämmplatte nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Dachdämmplatte aus Polystyrol besteht.
- Dachdämmplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei ein Überlappungsabschnitt (4, 7) eine geringere Dicke aufweist als die Gesamtdicke der Dachdämmplatte.
- Dachdämmplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei sich die Formschlussnut (5) und wobei sich der Formschlusssteg (8) bezüglich der Breite b über die Länge verjüngt.
- Dachdämmplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Formschlussnut (5) an beiden Seitenflanken sich über ihre Länge erstreckende Hinterschnitte (10) als Formschlusselemente aufweist und wobei der Formschlusssteg (8) entsprechende Komplementärformschlusselemente (11) aufweist.
