Definitions

  • the invention relates to a roof insulation board with an upper side for the support of roof tiles and a roof slat side underside.
  • roof insulation panels are usually made of a foamed plastic, preferably made of foamed polystyrene. The panels are placed on the battens and attached to the roof battens and thus form an intermediate layer between battens and roof tiles.
  • Such roof insulation panels are used in particular for thermal insulation.
  • the roof insulation panels usually profiling, which help ensure that the roof tiles can be placed and positioned functionally reliable.
  • the document DE 28 42 347A relates to a water-bearing seaming and overlapping construction to be used for preferably a roof covering heat insulation elements, the heat insulation elements consist of installable on rafters insulation boards.
  • the thermal insulation panels are provided along the vertical impact with a Thisverfalzung. Adjacent thermal insulation panels interlock with each other along the side fold.
  • the Fig. 1 of the document DE 28 42 347A is removable, that the insulation boards after DE 28 42 347A also have laterally a form-fitting web or on the opposite side a form-fitting groove.
  • roof insulation panels of the type mentioned often results in the problem that in the installed state between adjacent roof insulation unwanted openings or gaps are present. These openings or gaps affect the thermal insulation and the air or wind-tightness of the provided with the roof insulation panels roof surface.
  • the unwanted openings and gaps are mainly due to the fact that the roof insulation panels often can not be installed or aligned sufficiently accurately before being fastened to the roof battens. An inaccurate attachment of the roof insulation panels may mean that the roof tiles can not be sufficiently functionally reliable and accurately applied.
  • the invention teaches a roof insulation board with an upper side for the support of roof tiles and a roof slat-side underside,
  • the invention teaches a roof insulation board with an upper side for the support of roof tiles and a roof slat side underside according to claim 1.
  • first overlapping section extending over the majority of the side length
  • this first overlapping section extends over more than 50% of the side length of this first side, preferably over more than 70% of the first overlapping section a side.
  • the form-fitting groove extends over the majority of the length of this first overlapping section.
  • the interlocking groove thus extends over more than 50% of the length of the first overlapping section, preferably over more than 70% of the first overlapping section.
  • the form-fitting web extends over the major part of the length of this second overlapping section.
  • this form-fitting web over more than 50% of the length of the second overlap section extends, preferably over more than 70% of the length of this second overlap section.
  • the erfindüngsdorfen roof insulation panels are particularly suitable for a steep roof insulation.
  • the use of the roof insulation panels according to the invention is not limited to certain roof types.
  • the roof insulation panels according to the invention expediently have profiles for the support or for the attachment of roof tiles on their upper side.
  • the roof insulation panel made of polystyrene, expediently of foamed polystyrene. If the roof insulation panel is made of foamed polystyrene effect in the manufacture of the tongue and groove connection of form-fitting web and Form gleichnut elastic restoring forces in the plastic a particularly effective positive engagement between said elements.
  • the overlapping section with the form-locking groove and the overlapping section with the form-fitting web each have a smaller thickness than the total thickness of the roof insulation board. If two overlapping sections of two adjacent plates are brought to overlap and thereby the positive connection of form-fitting web and form-fitting groove is produced, the two overlapping sections preferably complement each other to the total thickness of the roof insulation board. Conveniently, an overlap portion has half the thickness or about half the thickness of the invention
  • the overlapping sections are components of the roof insulation board and are expediently made of the material of the plate.
  • the form-fitting groove tapers with respect to its width b over its length and it is further within the scope of the invention that the form-fitting web tapers with respect to its width b over its length. Conveniently, there is a continuous taper in width.
  • the form-fitting groove tapers and the form-fitting web tapers towards the ridge side of the plate.
  • First side of the plate means the side of the plate, which is oriented in the laid state to the ridge.
  • the width of the form-fitting groove and the width of the form-fitting web are reduced continuously from the eaves side to the ridge side of the roof insulation panel according to the invention.
  • the form-fitting groove has on both side flanks over its length extending undercuts as interlocking elements and has the form-fitting web corresponding complementary form-fitting elements.
  • the complementary form-locking elements of the form-fitting web in the assembled state of the roof insulation panels form-fit in the undercuts.
  • This preferred embodiment with undercuts is characterized by a particularly effective and firm connection between the roof insulation panels.
  • a roof insulation panel according to the invention also has an overlapping section on its ridge side and on its eaves side.
  • the roof insulation panel may be designed so that it overlaps with its eaves-side overlap portion a ridge-side overlap portion of an adjacent roof insulation panel.
  • the invention is based on the finding that due to the inventive design of the lateral overlap sections a very effective and firm connection of roof insulation panels in the installed state is feasible. Disturbing openings and gaps between the roof insulation panels can be easily avoided.
  • a provided with the roof insulation panels according to the invention roof surface is characterized by excellent thermal insulation and by airtightness and windproofness. Due to the tongue-and-groove connection according to the invention of form-fitting groove and form-fitting web, there is also an optimum connection technique for the roof insulation panels, which makes possible a very reliable and precise laying of the roof insulation panels. But this also ensures that an exact and reliable application of roof tiles can follow.
  • roof insulation panels With the mutually joined roof insulation panels according to the invention a solid continuous surface is realized, are virtually excluded in the unwanted displacements of the roof insulation panels due to the solid tongue and groove connection. Moreover, the roof insulation board is also characterized with regard to their production by low cost and cost-effectiveness.
  • the figures show a roof insulation board with a top 1 for the support of roof tiles and a roof slat side bottom 2.
  • the top 1 has profiles 3 for the support of roof tiles, not shown.
  • On a first side of the plate a first overlapping portion 4 extending over most of the side length L1 is arranged.
  • a form-fitting groove 5 extends.
  • the width b of the form-locking groove 5 tapers over the length of the form-fitting groove 5.
  • the width b tapers in the embodiment and according to a preferred embodiment of the invention to the ridge side 6 of the roof insulation board.
  • a second overlapping section 7 extending over the majority of the side length L2 is arranged. Over the majority of the length l 2 of the second overlapping section 7, a form-fitting web 8 extends.
  • the width b of the form-locking web 8 tapers over the length of the form-fitting web 8 and expediently and in the exemplary embodiment from the eaves side 9 to the first side 6 of the plate.
  • the form-fitting web 8 of a first board is inserted into the form-fitting groove 5 of a second board or vice versa the form-fitting groove 5 of a first board is pushed onto the form-fitting web 8 of a second board. Due to the tapered design of form-fitting groove 5 on the one hand and of form-fitting web 8 on the other hand, a very effective and durable positive connection or tongue and groove connection is obtained.
