Description

- einem Antrieb, welcher auf dem Aufsatzrahmen angeordnet ist und zum drehenden Antreiben des Gestänges ausgebildet ist, und
- einer Verbindungseinrichtung zum Herstellen einer drehfesten Verbindung zwischen dem Stützrohr und dem Aufsatzrahmen, wobei
- das Gestänge hohl ausgebildet ist und eine erste Spülleitung und eine zweite Spülleitung aufweist und
- im Bereich des oberen Endes des Gestänges ein erster Anschluss zur Zuführung eines Fluides in die erste Spülleitung und ein zweiter Anschluss vorgesehen sind, welcher zur Abführung des Bohrkleins über die zweite Spülleitung ausgebildet ist.

Claims (13)
- Bohrvorrichtung zum Erstellen einer Bohrung (40) mit einem Stützrohr (46), welches in einen Boden eingebracht wird, miteinem Bohrwerkzeug, welches an einem unteren Ende eines Gestänges (12) befestigbar ist,einer Kranaufhängung (14) zum Halten des Bohrwerkzeuges mit dem Gestänge (12) an einem Kranseil (5),einem Antrieb (16) zum drehenden Antreiben des Gestänges (12) undeiner Verbindungseinrichtung (22) zum Herstellen einer drehfesten Verbindung zwischen dem Stützrohr (46) und dem Antrieb (16),dass das Gestänge (12) hohl ausgebildet ist und mindestens eine Spülleitung (26, 28) aufweist,dass im Bereich des oberen Endes des Gestänges (12) mindestens ein Anschluss (27, 29) zur Zu- und/oder Abführung eines Fluides in die Spülleitung (26, 28) vorgesehen ist,dass ein Aufsatzrahmen (20) vorgesehen ist, in welchem das Gestänge (12) drehbar und axial verschiebbar gehalten ist und welcher zum Aufsetzen auf das Stützrohr (46) ausgebildet ist,dass der Antrieb (16) auf dem Aufsatzrahmen (20) angeordnet ist unddass durch die Verbindungseinrichtung (22) eine drehfeste Verbindung zwischen dem Stützrohr (46) und dem Aufsatzrahmen (20) herstellbar ist.
- Bohrvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtung (22) hydraulische Spannzangen (24) aufweist, mit welchen der Aufsatzrahmen (20) an einem oberen Rand des Stützrohres (46) festklemmbar ist. - Bohrvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Anschluss (27) und/oder der zweite Anschluss (29) ein Drehgelenk aufweisen. - Bohrvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bohrwerkzeug ein Vollschnitt-Bohrkopf (18) mit Bohrstrang (19) ist und
dass der Bohrstrang (19) hohl ausgebildet ist und zwei Leitungen aufweist, welche mit der ersten Spülleitung (20) und der zweiten Spülleitung (28) in dem Gestänge (12) verbindbar sind. - Bohrvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese über ein Seil (5) an einem Ausleger (6) eines Kranes (4) aufgehängt ist,
dass auf der dem Ausleger (6) zugewandten Seite ein erstes Zugseil (31) befestigt ist, welches sich zum Ausleger (6) erstreckt, und
dass auf der anderen Seite ein zweites Zugseil (32) angelenkt ist, welches sich zum oberen Ende des Auslegers (6) erstreckt. - Bohrvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestänge (12) als ein doppelwandiges Gestänge ausgebildet ist. - Bohrverfahren zum Erstellen einer Bohrung (40) mit einem Stützrohr (46), welches in einen Boden eingebracht wird, bei demein Bohrwerkzeug, welches an einem unteren Ende eines Gestänges (12) angebracht ist, mittels eines Kranseiles (5) in dem Stützrohr (46) gehalten wird undmittels einer Verbindungseinrichtung (22) das Stützrohr (46) mit einem Antrieb (16) drehfest verbunden wird, welcher das Gestänge (12) drehend antreibt,dass auf das Stützrohr (46) ein Aufsatzrahmen (20) aufgesetzt wird, in welchem das Gestänge (12) drehbar und axial verschiebbar gehalten ist und welcher den Antrieb (16) aufweist,dass durch die Verbindungseinrichtung (22) das Stützrohr (46) mit dem Aufsatzrahmen (20) drehfest verbunden wird unddass über mindestens eine Spülleitung (26, 28) in dem hohlen Gestänge (12) ein Fluid zu- und/oder abgeführt wird.
- Bohrverfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass eine erste Bohrung innerhalb des Stützrohres (46) erstellt wird,dass ein Bohrkopf (18) mit Bohrstrang (19) getrennt von der Bohrvorrichtung (10) in das Stützrohr (46) eingesetzt wird unddass anschließend die Bohrvorrichtung (10) über das Gestänge (12) mit dem Bohrstrang (19) fest verbunden wird. - Bohrverfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Bohrkopf (18) mit dem Bohrstrang (19) vor einem Befestigen an dem Gestänge (12) mittels einer Halteeinrichtung (42) in dem Stützrohr (46) in einer Verbindungsposition gehalten wird,dass nach dem Befestigen die Halteeinrichtung (42) gelöst wird, während die Bohrvorrichtung (10) weiter an dem Seil aufgehängt ist, unddass anschließend der Aufsatzrahmen (20) drehfest mit dem Stützrohr (46) verbunden wird. - Bohrverfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung (42) mindestens einen radial zum Stützrohr (46) verfahrbaren Schlitten mit einer Haltegabel aufweist, in welcher ein Flansch des Bohrstranges (19) in der Halteposition aufliegt. - Bohrverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrung (40) mit der Bohrvorrichtung (10) durch das Stützrohr (46) hindurch bis in eine darunterliegende Bodenschicht niedergebracht wird. - Bohrverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Bohren das Gestänge (12) in dem Aufsatzrahmen (20) axial frei verschiebbar geführt ist, so dass das Gewicht des Gestänges (12) auf das Bohrwerkzeug drückt. - Bohrverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Bohren über die erste Spülleitung (26) Spülluft zugeführt wird, während über die zweite Spülleitung (28) Bohrklein mit Flüssigkeit und der Spülluft abgeführt werden.
