Claims (6)
- Procédé de fabrication de bougies d'allumage avec des électrodes centrales et de masse qui sont renforcées par des inserts en métal précieux, caractérisé en ce que la pointe (9) de l'électrode centrale (1) est configurée en forme de pyramide avec un diamètre de base (d), en ce qu'une bille en métal précieux (2) avec un diamètre (d) est logée du côté frontal dans une électrode de soudure (3), en ce que, la pointe (9) de l'électrode centrale étant fluidifiée, celle-ci est appliquée sur la bille en métal précieux (2) avec une force de pression de soudure définie et avec des paramètres de soudures définis pour la fluidification de la pointe (9) de l'électrode centrale, alors que le matériau fluidifié de la pointe (9) de l'électrode centrale s'écoule partiellement autour de la bille en métal précieux (2), et en ce qu'après la solidification du matériau fluidifié de la pointe (9) de l'électrode centrale, l'électrode de soudure (3) est séparée de l'électrode centrale (1) dans laquelle est noyée la bille en métal précieux (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'électrode(les électrodes) de masse (8) est(sont) renforcée(s) de la même manière avec une bille en métal précieux (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'opération de soudure est réalisée comme soudure par résistance.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bille en métal précieux (2) se compose d'iridium ou d'un alliage d'iridium.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'aide de points de fusion au laser (5) on obtient une fixation supplémentaire de la bille en métal précieux (2) dans la surface frontale de l'électrode centrale (1) ou de l'électrode(des électrodes) de masse (8).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre (d) de la bille en métal précieux (2) est de 0,4 mm à 1,0 mm, de préférence de 0,6 mm à 0,8 mm.
