- Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a further fixing of the noble metal ball (2) in the end face of the central electrode (1) and/or of the earth electrode(s) is effected by means of laser fusion spots (5).
- Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the diameter (d) of the noble metal ball (2) is 0.4 to 1.0 mm, preferably 0.6 to 0.8 mm.
