Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Bürstenwaren, insbesondere Zahnbürsten, mit einem Borstenmagazin (8), das einen aus Führungswänden (9) begrenzten Zuführschacht (18) zur Aufnahme von dicht beieinander stehenden und parallel zu den Führungswänden (9) verlaufenden Filamenten (11) vorgeschnittener Länge aufweist, wobei der Zuführschacht (18) eine Abgabeöffnung (13) aufweist, die von einem die Abgabeöffnung (13) von außen verschließenden Borstengreifer (14) begrenzt ist und über die einem am Borstengreifer (14) ausgebildeten Aufnahmeraum (15) Filamente (11) zugeführt werden, wobei der Aufnahmeraum (15) nur eine bestimmte Menge an Filamenten (11) aufnimmt, zu Büscheln (19) zusammenfaßt, die dann zu ihrer Weiterverarbeitung weiteren Stationen zugeführt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungswände (9) des Zuführschachts (18) zur Abgabeöffnung (13) hin verjüngende, bogenförmige Verläufe (17) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bogenförmigen Verläufe (17) den Magazinboden des Zuführschachtes (18) bilden und im Längsquerschnitt im wesentlichen kreis- oder parabelförmig ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abgabeöffnung (13) mittig zum Zuführschacht (18) angeordnet ist und daß die bogenförmigen Verläufe (17) symmetrisch zur Längsachse (20) des Zuführschachts (18) verlaufen. - Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abgabeöffnung (13) einerseits entsprechend der vom Borstengreifer (14) zu greifenden Größe der Büschel (19) und andererseits an der untersten Stelle des Borstenmagazins (8) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abgabeöffnung (13) einen variablen Öffnungsquerschnitt aufweist.
