Zahnbürsten, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The present invention relates to a device for making brushware, in particular
Toothbrushes, according to the preamble of
Devices for producing brushed goods are already known from the prior art, especially known toothbrushes. For example, DE-1 028 969 A1 describes a Apparatus for feeding bristle bundles in brush making machines. The one in it Brushing device described has a bristle gripper to each a small bundle of bristles from a larger supply of bristles in a bristle magazine to divide and feed the stuffing tool, which together the bristle bundle anchored in the brush body with a fastening anchor or a staple. The compartmenting small brush bundle or tuft takes place in that the bristle gripper with a Recess is provided which brushes along the bristle reservoir along with the gap from the container is filled with bristles.
Furthermore, DE-1 938 937 A1 describes a device for producing brushes at least two bristle varieties in each bundle of bristles, each bristle variety being derived from the others are kept apart and wherein the bristles are removed during a feeding operation and a stuffing tool of a brush making machine. According to this document two bristle magazines are provided with rectangular cross-section, along the lower end corresponding bristle grippers move along and the desired Remove bristle bundles.
A similar solution, as described in DE-1 938 937 A1 for the bristle supply, is in DE-197 34 615 A1 discloses. Therein is a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a bristle carrier of a toothbrush having a plurality of bristle tufts described.
Finally, DE-1 632 367 A1 discloses a device for feeding bristles or filament tufts in a brush making machine, also called a bristle magazine referred to as. The bristle magazine has a substantially quadrangular cross-section. The smooth side walls have in the central region on one side a curvature, the the cross section is tapered to a rectangle with reduced footprint. This area with reduced cross-section comprises about one third of the total length of the bristle magazine on. To accomplish the bristle flow is at the top of the bristle magazine exerted by a hydraulic press on a pressure plate pressure. It also tries to the bristle stream through a arranged in the lower region parallel to the longitudinal axis To even out the conveyor chain. At the bottom is by a bristle gripper respectively the desired number of bristles gripped and fed to the brush holder.
A schematic representation of the filament flow in the known devices of
Prior art, is shown in Figure 2. Therein, the
Borstenmagazins 1 verschieblicher Borstengreifer 6 angeordnet.
At the lower end of the
From EP-0 972 465 A1 there is furthermore a device for producing bristle goods of the type mentioned above. Again, as with all other cited references, the bristle magazine has a cross section at its removal point the bristle magazine corresponding discharge opening, which is closed by the bristle gripper is. In the cited document, the bristle gripper consists of a sickle-shaped, about an axis rotatable slide, at the discharge opening opposite Closure surface one or more wells for receiving filaments is trained. Again, as already mentioned above, it comes at the corners of the bristle magazine in the region of the discharge opening to dead zones of the filaments, the Interrupt filament flow.
A disadvantage of the known Filamentzuführschächte is that here zones occur in which no continuous filament flow develops. This leads unsymmetrical picking out the filament tufts to dead zones and unevenness in the number of filaments per tuft. The filament flow is interrupted by so-called "bridging" or "arching". Here, as "Arching" or "Bridging" an apparent clumping of the bristle bundles denotes, by which the flow of the solid is stopped. This affects itself negative for process safety and product quality.
The object of the present invention is to provide an improved device for producing To provide toothbrushes, which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art. This device is intended in particular the cost-effective production of brush goods with high process reliability and product quality.
beschrieben. This object is achieved by a device for producing brushed goods,
in particular toothbrushes, with a feed unit for loose in a feed chute
standing bristle bundles precut length with the features of
The inventive design of the bristle magazine dead spaces are avoided in which no continuous filament flow takes place. By the normal to the arcuate trained spout acting, from the pushing force or the sliding pressure resulting forces, the splitting of inter-filament bridges is supported or effects, which are known as "arching" and "bridging" avoided. In addition, a faster ejection of disturbances in the filament bed and thus increased product quality ensures, i.e., areas in Filamentzuführschacht in which filaments the upright orientation lost due to external influences, are faster from the Filament shaft pushed out. This results in a reduced susceptibility and an increased process reliability. In addition, a symmetrical gripping of the filaments the shaft center possible. A higher consistency in the number of filaments at each Operation flow into the receiving spaces of the bristle gripper is also achieved.
As a further advantageous effect is a lower dependence on the filament finish level reached. This means that the supply of bristle bundles is independent of the filament production process and the type of filaments with consistently high process reliability takes place. As a result, hard-flowing filaments can be processed. This shows, for example for easy processing of particularly fine filaments, their diameter for example, less than 5 mils (1 mil = 1/6400 of the circumference). Thus, will by the device according to the invention an increased product quality, higher process reliability and ensures greater output. Furthermore, it is by the inventive Device possible, the required number of filaments per bristle gripper hub or to provide per picker hub.
Bei Verwendung von Filamenten vorgeschnittener Länge spricht man hier auch von "Cut-Tuft-Technlogie".It becomes an access tool under bristle gripper, picker segment or picker tooling in a tamping machine for gripping the tufts, which they subsequently transported to their desired place on the bristle carrier. Using Filaments of pre-cut length are also referred to here as "cut-tuft technology".
An advantageous development of the device for producing brushware, in particular
Toothbrushes, according to
A further advantageous embodiment of the device for producing brushed goods,
provides the features of
Finally, a development of the device according to the invention for the production of Filament strip before the features of claim 4. The discharge opening can thereby according to an advantageous development with the features of claim 5 adjustable be educated.
Due to the features of
Darin zeigen:

- eine schematische geschnittene Darstellung einer Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Zuführeinheit;
- Fig.2

Figure 1 shows a hereinafter referred to as a
At its lower end, the
The
aufnimmt (nicht dargestellt).Below the
Effekte,
