Dabei sind die Filamente zum Transport zwischen Flachriemen eingespannt und werden so auf einfache Weise, schubweise dem Arbeitsgang entsprechend, nach vorne bewegt.DE 38 06 160 A1 discloses a pre-processing or provisioning machine for bristles, the fibers being in the form of bonded or wrapped bundles of bristles be supplied. In this method, the wrapping of the bristle bundles becomes automatic open and the fibers are cleaned and sorted before entering the fiber channels of a Get brush making machine. The filaments are for transport between Flat belts are clamped and are thus in a simple way, batchwise the operation accordingly, moved forward.
A disadvantage of the known methods and the constructive embodiments of the known Filament feed chutes is that here zones occur in which no continuous Filament flow developed. These zones are also referred to as dead zones, themselves have a negative impact on process safety and product quality.
Finally, from US 3,367,719 a device for producing bristles of the initially described type, in which on one side of the Filamentpakets a Chain conveyor is formed. A safe and even promotion seems here problematic.
The object of the present invention is to provide an improved device for producing To provide toothbrushes, which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art. This device is intended in particular the cost-effective production of bristles with high process reliability and product quality.
This object is achieved according to the invention by a device for producing bristle articles, in particular toothbrushes, with a feed unit for loose in a feed chute standing bristle bundles precut length with the features of claim 1 solved. Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention are set forth in the subclaims described.
By the active promotion of bristle bundles or filament tufts by on both Side of the filament shaft formed conveyors are dead-spaces, in where no continuous Filamentfluß takes place, avoided. Effects listed under "Arching" or "Bridging", have no influence here, since the filaments are from both sides be actively encouraged. This is called "Arching" or "Bridging" an apparent clumping denotes the bundle of bristles, through which the flow of the solid is stopped. The Andrückflächen form a laterally delimiting bristle street, between the two Said sides of the filament package by means of contact pressure formed by the contact surfaces. In this way, a secure and uniform delivery of the filaments is achieved. Both contact surfaces run synchronously at the same speed.
In addition, the active filament delivery accelerates the ejection of disturbances in the filament bed and thus ensures increased product quality. That is, areas in the Filament feed chute, in which filaments the upright orientation by external influences lost, are faster pushed out of the filament shaft. Thereby results in a reduced susceptibility to interference and increased process reliability. Next to it is a Symmetrical gripping of the filaments from the middle of the shaft possible. This will be particular achieved in that the opposite conveying devices symmetrically on Shaft are arranged. A higher consistency in the number of filaments at each Process flow into the recesses of the picker segment is also achieved.
As a further advantageous effect is a lower dependence on the filament finish level reached. This means that the supply of bristle bundles is independent of the filament production process and the type of filaments with consistently high process reliability takes place. As a result, hard-flowing filaments can be processed. This shows, for example for easy processing of particularly fine filaments, their diameter for example, less than 0.12 mm, which corresponds to about 0.005 inches. Thus, will by the device according to the invention an increased product quality, higher process reliability and ensures greater output.
Furthermore, it is possible by the device according to the invention, the required number of To provide filaments per bundle swab or per picker stroke. The as active feeder designated use of a driven conveyor is directly in the Shaping the bundles of bristles (Tufting) included.
Under Bündelzupfer segment, Picker segment or Picker Tooling is an access tool to grasp the tufts, which these subsequently to their desired Carried space on the brush carrier.
A further advantageous device for producing bristle goods, sees the features of claim 2 before. The flat or toothed belt, for example, from fabricated with fabric reinforced elastomeric plastic. The surface can be roughened or be structured.
Due to the features of
