Claims (12)
- Türschließer (1) zum Schließen eines Türflügels,
mit einem Gehäuse (2), einem in dem Gehäuse (2) linear verschiebbar geführten Kolben (3) und einer hydraulischen Dämpfungseinrichtung,
wobei der Gehäuseinnenraum mit einem Dämpfungsmedium gefüllt ist und
wobei der Gehäuseinnenraum durch den Kolben (3) flüssigkeitsdicht in mindestens zwei Gehäusekammern (4, 6) unterteilt ist und
wobei im Kolben (3) für die Durchströmung durch das Dämpfungsmedium beim Öffnen des Türflügels ein Überströmventil (11) angeordnet ist und
wobei im Kolben (3) ein zusätzliches Überdruckventil (12) angeordnet ist, welches bei einem durch manuelles Überdrücken des Türflügels in Schließrichtung entstehenden Überdruck des Dämpfungsmediums in einer Gehäusekammer (4) wirksam wird, indem das Dämpfungsmedium zusätzlich zu der Dämpfungseinrichtung über das Überdruckventil (12) aus der Gehäusekammer (4) abfließt, und
wobei das Überdruckventil (12) und das Überströmventil (11) zusammengefasst in einem Ventilkörper (18) eines Ventils (15) in einer Kolbenbohrung (14) des Kolbens (3) angeordnet sind, und
wobei der Ventilkörper (18) in der Kolbenbohrung (14) verschiebbar geführt ist, und
wobei der Ventilkörper (18) eine Dichtung (19) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (19) des Ventilkörpers (18) direkt mit der Innenfläche der Kolbenbohrung (14) zusammenwirkt, indem die Dichtung (19) den Ventilkörper (18) in einer Endstellung seines Verschiebebereiches flüssigkeitsdicht gegenüber der Innenfläche der Kolbenbohrung (14) abdichtet. - Türschließer nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolbenbohrung (14) eine Einrichtung zur Begrenzung der Verschiebebewegung des Ventilkörpers (18) aufweist. - Türschließer nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolbenbohrung (14) eine Senkung (16) aufweist. - Türschließer nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolbenbohrung (14) einen Rücksprung (17) aufweist. - Türschließer nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ventilkörper (18) Rastzungen (20) aufweist, welche mit der Kolbenbohrung (14) verrastend zusammenwirken. - Türschließer nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ventilkörper (18) Abflachungen (29) aufweist, welche mit der Innenwandung des Kolbens (3) Kanäle mit einem Querschnitt (30) bilden, die den Durchfluss des Dämpfungsmediums von einer als Kolbeninnenraum (5) ausgebildeten Gehäusekammer zu einer anderen Gehäusekammer (4) ermöglichen. - Türschließer nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Ventilkörper (18) ein Ventileinsatz (25) angeordnet ist, wobei im Ventileinsatz (25) eine Feder (27) angeordnet ist, die sich im Ventileinsatz (25) abstützt und einen Ventilkegel (24) gegen eine Bohrung (23) des Ventilkörpers (18) beaufschlagt, und wobei der Ventileinsatz (25) eine zum Kolbeninnenraum (5) gerichtete Bohrung (28) aufweist. - Türschließer nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ventileinsatz (25) eine Befestigungseinrichtung zur kraftschlüssigen und flüssigkeitsdichten Befestigung des Ventileinsatzes (25) im Ventilkörper (18) aufweist. - Türschließer nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ventileinsatz (25) Rastnocken (26) aufweist, welche mit Aussparungen (21) des Ventilkörpers (18) zusammenwirken. - Türschließer nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (3) modular aufgebaut ist, indem verschiedene Ventileinsätze (25) und/oder verschiedene Federn (27) und/oder verschiedene Ventilkegel (24) in den einheitlich ausgebildeten Ventilkörper (18) einsetzbar sind. - Türschließer nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (3) durch Einschieben des Ventilkörpers (18) in die Kolbenbohrung (14) sowie durch Einschieben des Ventileinsatzes (25) in den Ventilkörper (18) montierbar ist,
wobei die Verbindung zwischen Ventilkörper (18) und Kolbenbohrung (14) sowie zwischen Ventileinsatze (25) und Ventilkörper (18) jeweils als Rastverbindung (16, 20, 21, 26) ausgebildet ist. - Türschließer nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ventilkörper (18) und der Ventileinsatz (25) jeweils aus elastischem Material ausgebildet sind.
