Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken von Stückgütern, wobei mindestens ein Stückgut einer ersten Art (A) und Stückgüter einer zweiten Art (B) in eine gemeinsame Verpackung einbringbar sind, wobei die Vorrichtung einen ersten Förderer (1) zur Zufuhr von Stückgütern der ersten Art (A), mindestens einen zweiten Förderer (3,3') zur Zufuhr von Stückgütern einer zweiten Art (B) und eine Packstation (7) zur Bildung eines Schlauches (72) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung mindestens eine Zufuhrstation (2) aufweist, von welcher die Stückgüter zweiter Art (B) mittels des mindestens einen zweiten Förderers (3,3') derart zugeführt werden, dass erste Gruppen von mindestens teilweise übereinander liegenden Stückgütern zweiter Art (B) gebildet werden dass die Vorrichtung Fördermittel (4,10) aufweist, um je eine erste Gruppe auf ein Stückgut erster Art (A) abzulegen und eine zweite Gruppe zu bilden, und
dass die zweite Gruppe in den Schlauch (72) einführbar ist, wobei Mittel zur Kraftbeaufschlagung (5,6,6') vorhanden sind, damit die zweite Gruppe bei der Einführung in den Schlauch (72) ihre Gestalt behält. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass genau ein zweiter Förderer (3) vorhanden ist, dass die Stückgüter zweiter Art (B) auf den zweiten Förderer (3) derart ablegbar sind, dass sie die erste Gruppe bilden, und dass die Fördermittel (4,10) die erste Gruppe vom zweiten Förderer (3) auf das Stückgut erster Art (A) ablegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Zufuhrstationen (2) vorhanden sind, wobei sie in Förderrichtung des zweiten Förderers (3) hintereinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Förderer (3) in einer horizontalen Ebene umlaufend ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fördermittel eine stationäre Fläche (4) und entlang dieser Fläche (4) in Förderrichtung des ersten Förderers (1) bewegbare erste Mitnehmer (10) umfasst, wobei die stationäre Fläche (4) oberhalb des ersten Förderers (1) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Mitnehmer (10) Teil des ersten Förderers (1) sind und als erste Mitnehmer (10) für die Stückgüter erster Art (A) dienen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zur Kraftbeaufschlagung einen umlaufenden Bandförderer (5) mit mindestens einem Band (52) umfasst, welcher über der zweiten Gruppe angeordnet ist und dessen Band (52) auf der zweiten Gruppe aufliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zur Kraftbeaufschlagung einen gefederten Niederhalter (6) aufweist, welcher in Förderrichtung nach dem Bandförderer (5) angeordnet ist und welcher auf der zweiten Gruppe aufliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Zufuhrstation (2) eine Zufuhrrichtung aufweist, welche in einem Winkel, insbesondere senkrecht, zu einer Förderebene des ersten Förderers (1) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Förderer (3) eine Förderrichtung aufweist, welche mindestens annähernd parallel zur Förderrichtung des ersten Förderers (1) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zufuhrstation (2) zur Zufuhr eines Bandes aus aneinanderhängenden Beuteln ausgebildet ist, wobei die Zufuhrstation Trennmittel (21) aufweist zur Trennung des Bandes in einzelne Beutel.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Packstation (7) den Schlauch (72) horizontal in der Förderrichtung des ersten Förderers (1) verlaufend erzeugt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb der mindestens einen Zufuhrstation (2) je einer der zweiten Förderer (3') angeordnet ist, wobei er eine nach unten gerichtete Anlagefläche (31) zur Förderung der Stückgüter zweiter Art (B) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlagefläche (31) des mindestens einen zweiten Förderers (3') vakuumbeaufschlagt ist und/oder adhäsive Eigenschaften aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zur Kraftbeaufschlagung (6') von aussen auf den Schlauch (72) wirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zur Kraftbeaufschlagung mindestens eine auf dem Schlauch (72) aufliegende Bürste (6') ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 6 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Förderer (1) zweite Mitnehmer (10') aufweist, welche in Förderrichtung des ersten Förderers (1) vor den zweiten Gruppen angeordnet sind und für diese als Gegenhalter dienen.
- Verfahren zum Verpacken von Stückgütern, wobei mindestens ein Stückgut einer ersten Art (A) und Stückgüter einer zweiten Art (B) in eine gemeinsame Verpackung eingebracht werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stückgüter der ersten Art (A) auf einem ersten Förderer (1) zugeführt werden,
dass die Stückgüter der zweiten Art (B) über mindestens eine Zufuhrstation (2) mittels mindestens eines zweiten Förderers (3) zugeführt werden, wobei sie mindestens teilweise aufeinander gelegt werden, wodurch erste Gruppen gebildet werden, dass je eine erste Gruppe auf ein Stückgut erster Art (A) abgelegt wird und eine zweite Gruppe bilden und
dass die zweite Gruppe in einen zu einem Schlauch (72) geformten Packstoff eingeführt wird, wobei kraftbeaufschlagt wird, damit die zweite Gruppe bei der Einführung in den Schlauch (72) ihre Gestalt beibehält. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stückgüter der zweiten Art (B) auf den zweiten Förderer (3) zugeführt werden und dass die zweite Gruppe kraftbeaufschlagt wird, um bei der Einführung in den Schlauch (72) ihre Gestalt zu behalten.
