Description

- andererseits in der geschobenen Eindecklage der Oberziegel mit seinem Fußfalz über den inneren Kopffalz des Unterziegels hinweggehoben ist und der mit seiner Endkante durchgehend dichtend auf der Oberfläche des Unterziegels aufliegende Fußrand zusammen mit dem inneren Fußfalz eine "Spalt-Kavernen-Dichtung" bildet (siehe hierzu Anspruch 1 der DE 299 17 643 U1).

Claims (10)
- Dachziegel, insbesondere großflächiger Zweimulden-Schiebeziegel für die Flächeneindeckung eines Daches, der im eingedeckten Zustand sowohl zwei beabstandet parallel verlaufende Längsmulden als auch zwei annähernd halbzylindrische Längswulste zeigt, mita) einer mehrrippigen Kopfverfalzung und in deren Bereich an der Dachziegel-Unterseite angeordneten Aufhängenasen,b) einer mehrrippigen Fußverfalzung, deren Randrippe als ein zur Dachziegel-Unterseite hin abgebogener Fußrand ausgebildet ist,c) zwei mehrrippigen Seitenverfalzungen, wovon die eine an der Unterseite eines Deckwulstes und die andere an der Oberseite eines mit Abstand oberhalb der Dachziegel-Nullinie verlaufenden, wasserrinnentragenden Randstreifens angeordnet ist,d) einem zentralen Längswulst und zwei diesen seitlich begrenzenden Längsmulden, wobei die muldenbildenden Wandungsbereiche mit ihrer Unterseite mit Abstand zur Dachziegel-Nullinie verlaufen, unde) jeweils 2-stufiger Kopf-Deckfalz-Ecke und einer dieser diagonal gegenüberliegender Fuß-Seitenfalz-Ecke,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßf) derselbe bei einem Gewicht von weniger als 7 kg einen Größenkennwert von weniger als 6,5 Dachziegel pro m2 Dachfläche hat und mit einer Scherbenwanddicke von 7 bis 9 mm ausgeführt ist,g) die Wulste, nämlich der Mittelfeld-Längswulst (4) und der seitlich längsverlaufende Deckwulst (5), im Dachziegel-Querschnitt eine Oberflächen-Peripherie aufweisen, die - bis auf die Übergänge zu den Längsmulden (2, 3) - eine konvexe Gestalt haben und im wesentlichen als ein Halbkreisbogen oder als ein von einem solchen überspanntes Polygon gestaltet sind, wobei die Längswulst-Höhe, d.h. der Höhenabstand zwischen der Dachziegel-Nullinie (0) und dem Wulstscheitel mehr als 40 mm beträgt, undh) die Aufhängenasen (7, 8) am äußeren Rand des Ziegelkopfes angebracht sind. - Dachziegel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß derselbe einen Größenkennwert von weniger als 6 Dachziegel pro m2 Dachfläche hat.
- Dachziegel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem querverlaufenden Kopffalz-Kanal (6a) mindestens ein Nagelloch (14) oder eine entsprechende Materialabschwächung zur Bildung eines Nagelloches vorgesehen ist.
- Dachziegel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß derselbe bei einem Gewicht von etwa 6,0-6,5 kg und einem Größenkennwert von < 6 (d.h. kleiner 6) Dachziegel pro m2 Dachfläche mit einer Scherbenwanddicke von etwa 8 mm ausgeführt ist.
- Dachziegel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß derselbe mit einem Größenkennwert von annähernd 5,4-5,6 Dachziegel pro m2 Dachfläche ausgeführt ist.
- Dachziegel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die maximale Decklänge über 50 cm beträgt.
- Dachziegel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß derselbe bei einer Ziegellänge von etwa 60 cm eine Decklänge bis etwa 54 cm zuläßt.
- Dachziegel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Längswulst-Oberflächenperipherie bestimmende Radius 42-60 mm beträgt.
- Dachziegel nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kreisbogen-Mittelpunkt der Wulst-Peripherie unterhalb der Dachziegel-Nullinie (0), insbesondere annähernd 3 mm unterhalb der Dachziegel-Nullinie (0), liegt.
- Dachziegel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenverfalzungen (10, 11) auch eine Querverschiebung im geringen Maße, nämlich bis max. 12 mm, zulassend ausgebildet ist.
