Definitions
- the invention relates to a package with a lower shell for receiving Shingle-shaped, disc-shaped food as Filling material and with an at least partially transparent lid that the Bottom shell and the filling completely or partially closes, with a stepped bottom of the lower shell.
- Food packaging comes in a variety of forms.
- spreadable sausage such as liver sausage
- natural or plastic casings bottled and sealed.
- the resulting sausages can be stored well, as long as they are closed, but mostly relatively large and after the It takes a relatively long time to break open until the entire amount of one Household of the usual size has been consumed. This is also what happens Problem that the portions of the spreadable required for the spread Sausage must be removed from the sausage casing, which is occasional leads to unsightly opened sausages and ultimately also to the fact that many residues are thrown away in a form that is harmful to resources.
- GB-PS 1 538 657 is a transport packaging for bale-shaped Known dough products that have an outer glaze and after transportation to be processed in a deep fryer. To avoid the Toast dough products during transport and the glazes damage or stick together, are in the bowl-shaped Transport packaging molded into the webs that the dough products do not can overcome more. For an attractive presentation of the dough products this transport packaging is neither intended nor suitable.
- JP 2001-019074 A describes a packaging container with several compartments proposed with inclined floors, its stability increased by a flat floor surface interrupting these inclined floors becomes.
- the packaging container rests on this flat floor surface.
- the usability of this container is limited and it leaves on store shelves place themselves in an unfavorably stacked position.
- DE 296 09 862 U1 proposed packaging with a presenter.
- asymmetrical floor with steps for individual Products should present several cells of a product at the same time.
- packaging can only be used individually on a presenter Sales shelf are placed and therefore also seems less practical.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a generic packaging for propose disc-shaped foods with which an attractive Presentation of spreadable foods is also possible.
- filled packaging is flat on the one hand Can be placed on the bottom of the lower shell and on the other hand upright or light
- the lower shell can be placed at an angle, in the direction of the shingle is staircase-shaped, with steps whose height is the thickness of the Food slice corresponds, and that when upright or slightly oblique Set up the stair step behind each is arranged next to the lower step.
- the lower shell contains differently than conventional, for example for the inclusion of fanned cheese slices, no flat or foil-like or corrugated base, but one with stairs. On each of the stairs a slice of the corresponding food can then be placed on top. Since the height of each step corresponds to the thickness of the food slice, there is also a separate room for each slice of food, who only picks up this slice of food. A smearing into each other or unsavory sticking of the individual food slices together thus excluded. When packaging the food slices can namely to ensure that these are without or with very little pressure be filled against each other.
- the lower shell has a sawtooth shape Has profile.
- the stairs can then be of a common level then increase, which the entire packaging together with the contents then again a well transportable and also easy to set up and handle packaging makes that is roughly cuboid.
- the thickness of the overall packaging is then slightly higher than the thickness of the individual slice of food, for example one and a half to three times as thick, depending on the desired intensity of the desired shingle of the individual slices of food.
- a step only has a partial area picks up or carries a slice of food.
- the individual food slices can then overlap each other, which is not only space and is space-saving, but also a particularly appetizing and end consumer preferred presentation that not only in Sales shelf, but also good in the refrigerator even for the end user can be accommodated.
- the bottom step is designed so that it is a complete slice of food picks up, the stairs above just have to carry a part, the rest of the food slice can then contact rest the lower food slices. Since little or no force was exerted no gluing or smearing can take place.
- the steps with the common level from which they rise preferably enclose an angle a between 10 ° and 40 °.
- An angle of 20 ° has proven to be particularly favorable.
- the common level will usually be an area that is parallel to the circumferential edge of the lower shell, i.e. to the area of the final film. Other concepts are of course conceivable in individual cases.
- At least one, but especially the two outer stairs one to the circumference of the food slices have partially adapted shape.
- This shape can be round, but also oval depending on the shape of the disc.
- the other steps can be straight or but can also be adjusted depending on the consistency and type of packaging Food.
- a support for the food slice resting on it can preferably be provided on its side facing away from the shingle.
- this uppermost pane in the case of a flat arrangement of the packaging can be the closest pane to the consumer, but the lowest pane for him.
- This lowermost pane would then rest on a stair step (namely the uppermost one), but would not be able to support itself downward (in this arrangement) on a next step, but would be here on the outer lower area, for example in the above-mentioned embodiment round area Packaging instructed.
- the rearmost or bottom (depending on the arrangement) step of the container with a Forming or a projection is provided on the outside. This will prevents that when a pressure is exerted on the lid or on the circumferential edge adjacent to this step the lower shell 10 this step of the stairs tilts, compared to the average floor seen inclined over all support surfaces.
- the projection is particularly preferably horseshoe-shaped, with which Vertex exactly on the central axis of the lower shell.
- the best stability and at the same time the best support against the food slice lying on it is achieved when the horseshoe shape is additionally designed so that it is less in the area of the legs is intensely directed outwards than in the area of the apex, with one small narrowing or withdrawal of the protrusion in the area in between has proven to be further advantageous.
- the number of steps will preferably be between three and six, in particular four steps lead to a visually appealing and also very practical solution.
- the lid is preferably transparent or partially transparent, to make the presentation stand out better.
- the lid can be a peelable, firmly welded film that is attached to the bottom shell along one peripheral edge is connected.
- the size of a slice of a food is for one each Bread roll sized and portioned so that the consumer can still take it existing quantity of the overall packaging can recognize whether and how long the contents of the pack last.
- the packaging can also be set up so that each of the servings is different Variety of a spreadable food is formed, for example by different types of liver sausage to give the consumer a change enable that he could not have so far.
- a consumer decided So far, to buy even a small liver sausage, he had at usual Amounts of consumption just a single variety that came into consideration. Now it is him possible to offer a common household sausage spread made from different Varieties exists.
- meat substitute products think, for example, of soybean or green seed patties or products of Confectionery industry, such as pralines or taler-shaped confectionery.
- FIG. 1 a first embodiment of a packaging according to the invention is partially shown, already with a filling shown schematically.
- a lower shell 10 for food can be seen.
- the lower shell 10 has a circumferential upper edge 11 which is approximately rectangular and is located in one plane. When the lower shell 10 is placed flat, this plane is parallel to the shelf. Within the circumferential edge 11 there is the filling opening for the food, and of course the opening for the removal of this food by the consumer.
- the lower shell 10 extends downward from the peripheral edge 11 a side wall 12.
- the side wall 12 is on the two long sides of the rectangular peripheral edge 11 each approximately perpendicular to the plane of the circumferential edge 11 and parallel to the long side itself, while at the both narrow sides is more complicated.
- each Stair step 15 has a bearing surface 16. Is on the support surface 16 one slice of food 30 each to be included in the packaging Food.
- Each food slice 30 (shown schematically in Figure 1) can also consist of several stacked slices.
- step 15 has not only one contact surface 16, but also a step surface that is essentially perpendicular to it 17th
- each food slice 30 abuts the stepped surface 17, which connects the support surface 16 to the next support surface 16. This limits the range of motion for the food slice 30.
- FIG. 2 shows a top view of the lower shell 10 which is empty in this case.
- the peripheral edge 11, which is flat and has a finite width, can again be seen in order to be able to seal the film of the cover 20 thereon.
- the stair step 15 that can be seen the topmost in the illustration is also the deepest in which a food slice 30 would first be arranged when filling. This food slice 30 would be received and held upwards by a curvature adapted to the circumference, while in the illustration downwards it would be prevented from moving by the step surface 17 of the first step 15.
- the bearing surface 16 is not in the image plane, but is inclined by an angle a . While the support surface 16 is closest to the viewer at the upper edge in the figure, it continuously goes downward away from the viewer.
- the graded surface 17 is not perpendicular to the image plane, but rather approaches the viewer from top to bottom. It is tilted from the vertical by the same angle a .
- the second contact surface 16 is not as large as the first contact surface 16, since just the top of the first food slice 30 as an additional Edition is available and the second food slice 30 when placing the first food slice 30 can overlap.
- This second food slice 30 then again comes up against the second Stepping surface 17, which is parallel to the first stepping surface 17.
- the intersection lines of the bearing surfaces 16 and 17 stepped surfaces each Lines farthest from the viewer, seen in Figure 2.
- FIG. 3 This is further illustrated in the sectional view along the line AA in FIG. 2, which is shown in FIG. 3. It can be seen that in FIG. 3 on the right side the deepest points are formed by the intersection lines of the contact surfaces 16 and the stepped surfaces 17. In addition, these are also all in a line for the further support surfaces 16 and stepped surfaces 17 (seen in FIG. 3) and are also parallel to the plane spanned by the peripheral edge 11 (see FIG. 2).
- FIG. 3 also shows the angle ⁇ that each of the bearing surfaces 16 has with the common level that is formed by the lowest points.
- This angle a is 20 ° in the illustrated embodiment. It is also spanned by the stepped surfaces 17 with a plane perpendicular to the plane of the peripheral edge 11.
- FIG. 4 the lower shell 10 according to the invention can be seen from the transverse side, specifically from the side shown in FIG. 2 below. As a result, a detail that is explained in more detail below is better.
- the peripheral edge 11 can be seen at the top in FIG the lower floor protrudes laterally. At the same time, it can also be seen that this peripheral edge is relatively thin.
- the lowest area is formed by the support lines, which are also the Lines of intersection of the stepped surfaces 17 with the contact surfaces 16 are.
- FIG. 4 To be recognized by dashed lines in FIG. 4 is the one furthest away from the viewer Support surface 16 of the bottom step 15 on the opposite End or in the area of the opposite narrow side.
- FIG. 5 shows five packagings according to the invention with lower shells 10 lying side by side. This shows that these five lower shells 10 can be filled and packaged simultaneously and together by cutting the suitable and intended food slices 30 there and feeding them at the same time. A common covering with a film for the cover 20 is then also possible.
- FIG. 6 Another embodiment of a packaging according to the invention is partially shown in FIG. 6 , specifically in the form of the illustration already chosen in FIG. 1 with a schematically indicated filling. All elements of the first embodiment can be found again, that is to say a lower shell 10 with an edge 11 and a side wall 12 and a cover 20 which closes the lower shell 10 at the top.
- the steps 15 with the respective contact surfaces 16 for receiving a food slice 30 are in turn present, also the graduated areas 17.
- Projection 40 which extends from the bearing surface to the outside (seen from the direction of the pack).
- the horseshoe-shaped projection 40 has an apex 41 which is located adjacent to the end of the package so that it is facing opposite two leg end points 42 of the horseshoe-shaped Projection 40 still on the same support surface 16 in the direction of Extend the middle of the packaging.
- the horseshoe-shaped projection 40 Shortly before the leg end points 42, the horseshoe-shaped projection 40 still a narrowing or depression 43 of the horseshoe-shaped projection 40.
- FIG. 7 shows a top view of this second embodiment in a representation similar to FIG. 2.
- the orientation of the horseshoe-shaped projection 40 can be seen particularly well here. This is separated from the outside by a non-distinctive, therefore unchanged, annular region of the support surface 16 from the edge of the support surface 16. This area is approximately constant in width.
- FIG. 8 shows the constriction or depression 43 particularly well and also reveals that the horseshoe-shaped projection projects much further in the area of the apex 41 than in the area of the apex end points 42.
- the illustration also shows the advantage of the provision of the horseshoe-shaped projection 40 arises: If the lower shell 10 is flat and rests on the boundary edges of the support surfaces 16 and the stepped surfaces 17, accidental pressure on the cover 20 or the peripheral edge 11 above the horseshoe-shaped projection 40 could cause the end user to cause the entire lower shell 10 is pressed down here and thereby the food lying on the opposite side of the lower shell 10 on the top step 15 is snapped up.
- the horseshoe-shaped projection 40 reliably prevents this without having to take special additional devices or other costly measures.
- Figure 9 shows no change compared to Figure 4, since the second embodiment in the area of the support surface 18 is unchanged.
- FIG. 10 shows in a representation similar to FIG. 5 that all the lower shells arranged next to one another are equipped with such horseshoe-shaped projections 40.
