Claims (7)
- Schiebernadel (1), insbesondere für maschenbildende Textilmaschinen,
mit einem Nadelkörper (2), dessen Schaft an einem Ende einen Haken (3) mit einer Spitze (5) trägt,
mit zwei an dem Schaft vorgesehenen, zueinander parallele Schlitzwänden (6, 7), die zwischen einander einen Schieberschlitz (4) begrenzen,
mit einem Schieber (8), der in dem Schieberschlitz (4) verschiebbar angeordnet ist und der wenigstens zwei Schieberfedern (11, 12) aufweist,a. die mit ihren freien, auf den Haken (3) zu weisenden Schenkeln (21, 22) voneinander weg gebogen sind, so dass sich ihre Enden (23, 24) nicht berühren, um ausgehend von einer Kontaktstelle (25) einen auf den Haken (3) hin geöffneten Trichter (30) zu bilden, undb. deren auf den Haken (3) zu weisende Schenkel (21, 22) in einem Verjüngungsbereich (29) sich auf das jeweilige Ende (23, 24) hin verjüngen. - Schiebernadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schieberfedern (11, 12) wenigstens in einem vorderen Funktionsbereich zueinander symmetrisch ausgebildet sind, der der Maschenübergabe dient.
- Schiebernadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verjüngung der Schenkel (21, 22) die in Querrichtung (Q) gemessene Dicke der Schenkel (21, 22) zu den Enden (23, 24) hin abnimmt.
- Schiebernadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verjüngungsbereich (29) in Längsrichtung (L) des Schiebers (8) gemessen kürzer kleiner ist als der Trichter (30).
- Schiebernadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schieberfedern (1) an jeder Stelle ihres Verjüngungsbereichs (29) über ihre gesamte Höhe geradlinig begrenzt sind.
- Schiebernadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schieberfedern (11, 12) an in dem Verjüngungsbereich (29) zumindest an ihrer Innenseite eine längs angeordnete Mulde (31) aufweisen.
- Schiebernadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schieberfedern (11, 12) an ihren Enden (23, 24) eine Kante (32) aufweisen, deren Rundungsradius kleiner ist als die Hälfte der Dicke (D) der Schieberfeder (11, 12).
