Claims (8)
- Wagenheber mit einem auf dem Untergrund (4) stehenden Standkörper, bestehend aus Standsäule (1) und Fuß (2) und einem an der Standsäule (1) um eine festgelegte horizontale Schwenkachse beweglich befestigten Tragarm (5), der direkt oder indirekt von einer Bewegungsspindel (7) gegenüber dem Untergrund (4) angehoben oder abgesenkt wird, an seinem freien Ende (6) ein festes oder schwenkbewegliches Tragteil trägt und am in die Standsäule (1) eingreifenden Ende eine Verzahnung aufweist, welche in eine Gegenverzahnung eines Steuerschiebers (10) eingreift und den Steuerschieber (10) parallel zur Längserstreckung der Standsäule (1) verschiebt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerschieber (1) wenigstens aus zwei getrennten Teilen ausgebildet ist bestehend aus einem die Gegenverzahnung aufweisenden Führungsteil (16) und einem Schubteil (17), wobei beide getrennten Teile miteinander verbunden wurden.
- Wagenheber nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schubteil (17) als Stange ausgebildet ist und fußseitig an der Standsäule (1) geführt wird.
- Wagenheber nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Führungsteil (16) und Schubteil (17) mittels Schweißen, Klipsen oder Verstemmen miteinander verbunden sind.
- Wagenheber nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsteil (16) als Blechteil ausgebildet ist und mit einer oder mehreren Anlageflächen am Mittelschenkel (14) einer mit einem U-förmigen Querschnitt ausgebildeten Standsäule (1) anliegt.
- Wagenheber nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragarm (5) einen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist und jeweils eine Verzahnung an jedem Ende der beiden Seitenschenkel (11) angeordnet ist.
- Wagenheber nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsteil (16) einen W-förmigen Querschnitt mit zwei Längsrillen (21) aufweist und die Verzahnungen des Tragarms (5) durch die Seitenflächen der Längsrillen (21) seitlich geführt werden.
- Wagenheber nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenverzahnung als Lochung (18) im Führungsteil (16) ausgebildet ist.
- Wagenheber nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsteil (16) als Guss- oder Pressteil aus Metall oder Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
