Claims (16)
- Appareil de remise en forme en matériau élastique, destiné en particulier à être activé par des vibrations, sensiblement constitué d'une structure (1) en forme de barre et/ou de tige,
des dispositifs de protection (3), conçus sous forme de poids, étant disposés sur la structure (1) en forme de barre et/ou de tige au niveau de ses extrémités vues dans la direction longitudinale,
un matériau enveloppant la structure (1) étant disposé au milieu de la structure (1), lequel est conçu sous forme de poignée (2),
la section transversale de la structure (1) étant de forme circulaire,
une pluralité de poids (4) étant prévus en plus des dispositifs de protection (3) caractérisé en ce que
les poids (4) sont conçus de telle sorte que, d'une part, un réglage ou un déplacement sur la structure (1) en forme de barre et/ou de tige soit possible, et que, d'autre part, le matériau formant les poids (4) possède une force de serrage suffisante pour fixer les poids (4) dans le sens axial. - Appareil de remise en forme selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de protection (3) sont remplaçables.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de protection (3) présentent des poids différents.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les poids (4) peuvent être élevés et fixés.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des éléments d'amortissement (5) sont agencés entre les poids (4).
- Appareil de remise en forme selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de protection (3) et/ou les éléments d'amortissement (5) sont réalisés de préférence en un matériau élastique, de préférence élastomère.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau élastique de la structure (1) en forme de barre ou de tige et/ou du dispositif de protection (3), le cas échéant de l'élément d'amortissement (5) est réalisé au moins en partie en matière synthétique ou en composite de fibres en matière synthétique ou comme un composite de fibres de carbone ou comme un composite d'élastomère de silicone ou de fibres d'élastomère de silicone ou est réalisé en caoutchouc ou matériau élastomère ou en bois ou en acier à ressort et/ou le matériau élastique est réalisé en matériau composite, formé par plusieurs des matériaux précédemment cités ou le matériau élastique est un matériau stratifié à structure en sandwich, formé par un ou plusieurs des matériaux précédemment cités.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la section de la structure (1) présente un diamètre de 0,5 à 6,0 cm, de préférence 2,5 cm et une longueur de 80,00 cm à 200,00 cm environ, de préférence 150,00 cm.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dimensions de la structure (1) sont susceptibles d'être modifiées de telle sorte qu'il soit possible d'obtenir des vibrations différentes pour des exercices d'intensité différente.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le poids de l'appareil est au maximum de l'ordre de 1,0 kg, de préférence de l'ordre de 300 g à 600 g environ.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau enveloppant la structure (1) est un matériau caoutchouteux, tissé, de préférence un tissu textile.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de la structure (1) est entouré par une enveloppe de protection.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de remise en forme est susceptible d'être utilisé en tant qu'appareil de remise en forme, de sport de loisir ou d'aérobic.
- Utilisation d'un appareil de remise en forme selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, en tant qu'appareil de sport, en particulier dans le domaine de la musculation, de la remise en forme, du sport de loisir.
- Utilisation d'u n appareil de remise en forme selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que la structure (1) est positionnée dans le sens vertical ou horizontal, est mise en vibration et, compte tenu du mouvement périodique, autorise une sollicitation de la musculature à exploiter à des fins thérapeutiques.
- Application d'un appareil de remise en forme selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisée en ce que, en plus de la sollicitation de la musculature pour maintenir la structure (1), des exercices sont prévus pour d'autres zones de la musculature du corps, en particulier des exercices de marche et/ou d'aérobic.
