Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wellnessgerät aus elastischem Material, im Wesentlichen bestehend aus einem stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmigen Gebilde.
- Kinetische Therapiegeräte aus elastischem Material, im Wesentlichen bestehend aus einem stabförmigen Gebilde, sind bekannt. Derartige Geräte sind, wie schon die Bezeichnung ausdrückt, zur therapeutischen Behandlung von Verspannungen und zur Auflockerung von verspannten Muskelpartien vorgesehen.
- Die bekannten Therapiegeräte werden dazu benutzt, neuromuskuläre Schäden beziehungsweise Beeinträchtigungen zu behandeln. Es handelt sich dabei um die Behandlung des gestörten Zusammenspiels von Nerven und Muskeln. Dies können sowohl Blockaden als auch partielle oder totale Unterbrechungen der normalen Erregungsübertragung an der motorischen Endplatte sein.
- Dabei müssen mit diesen bekannten Therapiegeräten die Bewegungsabläufe unter Anleitung eines Therapeuten zunächst erlernt werden, bevor der Patient mit eigenen Übungen beginnen kann.
- Ein als Therapiegerät bezeichnetes Gerät ist beispielsweise aus der DE 199 56 957 bekannt. Bei den hier beschriebenen Therapiegeräten handelt es sich um Geräte, deren stabförmige Gebilde aus hochwertigem Federstahl gefertigt sind. Der Querschnitt dieser bekannten Therapiegeräte ist kreisförmig und von geringer Querschnittsfläche. Eine Vielzahl von Gewichten läßt sich in unterschiedlichen Abständen auf dem stabförmigen Gebilde mit Klemmschrauben anordnen. Um die Schwingungsfrequenz zu verändern, können zusätzliche Dämpfungselemente auf dem Gebilde angeordnet werden.
- Sowohl durch die Ausführung in Federstahl als auch durch die Art der Ausführung der Gewichte und der zusätzlichen Anordnung der Dämpfungselemente besitzen diese bekannten Therapiegeräte ein hohes Eigengewicht, welches dazu führt, daß Übungen lediglich über eine zeitlich begrenzte Dauer durchführbar sind. Die Handhabung des Gerätes über einen längeren Zeitraum wird durch das hohe Eigengewicht erheblich beeinträchtigt. Ob mit diesem Gerät insbesondere eine Einflußnahme auf das neuronale Zusammenspiel der Nerven und Muskeln gelingt, erscheint aufgrund des Gewichtes fraglich. Eher riskiert der Übende bei dem hohen Gewicht ein verkrampfen der Muskulatur und andere Verletzungen, weswegen sich dieses Gerät nicht im nichttherapeutischen Gebiet eignet. Die in Schwingung gesetzten Gewichte können darüber hinaus auch eine Verletzungsgefahr darstellen. Die Herstellung derartiger Therapiegeräte ist aufgrund der hohen Genauigkeitsanforderungen, des hochwertigen Materials sowie der insgesamt an therapeutische Geräte gestellten hohen Qualitätsanforderungen sehr kostenaufwendig.
- Aus der DE 200 01 973 Ul ist eine aus Fiberglas bestehende Aerobicstange bekannt. An den Enden der Stange sind ungeschützte Köpfe mit einem Gewicht von ungefähr 100 - 150 Gramm mit einer entsprechenden Dicke angeordnet. Die Stange besitzt auch seitliche Handgriffe, die eine Verwendung der Stange als Expander erlaubt. Die Stange soll einen besseren Trainigseffekt für die Muskulatur ergeben.
- Bringt man diese Stange zum Schwingen, ergeben sich derart große Schwingungen, daß eine neuromuskuläre Behandlung durch diese Art der Ausführung nicht möglich ist. Die großen Schwingungen ergeben sich aus der großen Elastizität aufgrund der gleichzeitigen Verwendung als Expander. Diese Aerobicstange ermöglicht daher lediglich Übungen zur körperlichen Ertüchtigung ohne Beeinflussung des neuromuskulären Systems. Dabei ist das Verletzungsrisiko der endseitig vorgesehenen Gewichte enorm.
- Ausgehend von den zuvor beschriebenen Therapiegeräten ist es Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein sicheres Gerät zur Verfügung zu stellen, und das die Möglichkeit bietet, im wellness-, Sport- und Freizeitbereich und in der Aerobic einsetzbar zu sein. Insbesondere soll die Benutzung von jedermann für die Durchführung von Übungen zur Kräftigung der Muskulatur im neuromuskulären Bereich ohne Anleitung eines Therapeuten möglich sein.
- Die Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe ist in den unabhängigen Patentansprüchen durch ein Wellness-Gerät selbst sowie durch die Verwendung eines stab- bzw. stangenförmigen Gebildes als Sportgerät, insbesondere im Fitness-, Wellness-, Freizeitsport- oder Aerobicbereich, angegeben. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
- Ausgehend von dem oben dargestellten Stand der Technik schlägt die Erfindung ein Wellnessgerät aus elastischem, insbesondere zu Schwingungen anregbarem Material, im Wesentlichen bestehend aus einem stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmigen Gebilde vor, welches sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß an dem stab- bzw. stangenförmigen Gebilde an seinen in Längsrichtung gesehenen Enden als Gewicht ausgebildete Schutzvorrichtungen angeordnet sind.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung erreicht zum einem einen Schutz des pendelnden Gewichtes und auch gegebenfalls einen Schutz vor dem spitzen Ende der Stange. Die Schutzvorrichtung besteht zum Beispiel aus einem elastischen und / oder plastischen Kunststoffmaterial (zum Beispiel Polyurethan oder Polystyrol). Dies können zum Beispiel Schutzkappen sein, die derart ausgebildet sind, daß Verletzungen beim Transport und bei der Durchführung von Übungen vermieden werden. Insbesondere sollten diese Schutzkappen abgerundete Kanten aufweisen. Eine im Umfang über das Gebilde vorstehende Schutzvorrichtung erleichtert auch das Ergreifen eines am Boden liegenden erfindungsgemäßen Wellnessgerätes.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Ausführung des Wellnessgerätes gestattet es, daß ein solches Gerät von jedermann ohne Anleitung eines Therapeuten benutzt werden kann. Zur Durchführung einer Übung oder eines Trainings wird das Gerät mit einer Hand oder mit beiden Händen erfaßt und vor den Körper gehalten. Durch die Bewegung des Körpers beziehungsweise leichte Bewegungen der Hände oder Arme oder des Oberkörpers wird das Gerät gezielt in Schwingungen versetzt. Diese Schwingungen müssen von der Muskulatur ausbalanciert werden. Durch die Schutzvorrichtung bzw. den Schutzkappen ist der Übende optimal vor den vor seinem Körper pendelnden Gewichten geschützt.
- Es ist sowohl ein niederintensives als auch ein hochintensives Kraft-Ausdauer-Training im Bereich des Muskel-Skelettsystems möglich. Insbesondere läßt sich eine Kräftigung der Rumpfmuskulatur erreichen. Die Schwingungen des einmal in Schwingung versetzten Gerätes werden auf die Muskulatur übertragen und müssen ausbalanciert werden. Somit wird gleichzeitig ein Koordinationstraining der beanspruchten Muskelpartien erreicht.
- Muskuläre Disbalancen/Verspannungen können ausgeglichen werden. Die Summe der aus den Oszillationen resultierenden Belastungsreizen führt zu Anpassungsreaktionen des neuromuskulären Systems. Somit ist auch ein rehabilitatives Training mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Wellnessgerät möglich. Einfache Übungen bis hin zu koordinativ komplexen Übungen sind mit dem Wellnessgerät durchführbar. Dabei kann sowohl eine isometrische als auch dynamische Arbeitsweise in dreidimensionalen Bewegungen durchgeführt werden.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß die Schutzvorrichtungen austauschbar sind, wobei die Schutzvorrichtungen vorzugsweise unterschiedliche Gewichte aufweisen. Durch die Veränderungen am Gewicht der Schutzvorrichtungen läßt sich das Schwingungsverhalten des erfindungsgemäßen Wellnessgerätes verändern. Somit kann eine Erhöhung der Intensität der Übung beziehungsweise bei zu hoher Belastung eine Verringerung der Intensität der Beanspruchung durch die Übungen erreicht werden.
- Vorzugsweise ist es vorgesehen, daß die Schutzvorrichtung in drei Gewichtsklassen, leicht, mittel, schwer, ausgeführt wird.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung sieht vor, daß eine Vielzahl von Gewichten zusätzlich zu den Schutzvorrichtungen vorgesehen sind. Vorzugsweise sind die Gewichte auf das stabförmige Gebilde aufziehbar und fixierbar. Je nach Art der durchzuführenden Übungen läßt sich damit wiederum eine Veränderung des Schwingungsverhaltens und damit wiederum eine Veränderung der Belastungen der Muskelpartien beziehungsweise der zu beeinflussenden Bewegungskoordinationen erreichen. Diese zusätzlichen Gewichte wirken insbesondere auch als Dämpfungsgewichte. Es ist weiterhin bevorzugt, wenn die Schutzvorrichtungen und die Dämpfungsgewichte aus elastischem, vorzugsweise gummiartigem Material gebildet sind.
- Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung ist es vorgesehen, daß zwischen den Gewichten Dämpfungselemente angeordnet sind. Diese Dämpfungselemente können schlauchförmig, beispielsweise aus gummiartigen Material, ausgebildet sein. Diese schlauchartig ausgebildeten Dämpfungselemente werden ebenfalls über das stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmige Gebilde gezogen.
- Die erfindungemäße Lösung sieht vor, daß die Gewichte derart ausgeführt sind, daß zum einen eine Verstellung beziehungsweise Verschiebung auf dem stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmigen Gebilde möglich ist, zum anderen, daß das die Gewichte bildende Material ausreichende Spannkraft besitzt, um die Dämpfungsgewichte axial zu fixieren.
- Diese Art der Ausbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Wellnessgerätes gestattet eine kostengünstige Ausführung eines solchen Wellnessgerätes.
- Eine Weiterbildung der Erfindung sieht vor, daß das elastische Material des stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmigen Gebildes zumindest teilweise aus Kunststoff ausgebildet ist.
- Das elastische Material des stab- bzw. stangenförmigen Gebildes kann vollständig oder zumindest teilweise aus einer Glasfiberkunstoff-Verbindung erhalten sein.
- Weiterhin ist es möglich, daß das elastische Material des stab- bzw. stangenförmigen Gebildes vollständig oder teilweise aus einer Kohlefaser-Verbindung hergestellt ist.
- Erfindungsgemäß wurde auch gefunden, daß es von Vorteil ist, wenn das elastische Material des stab- bzw. stangenförmigen Gebildes als Glasfiber-Faser ausgebildet ist.
- Weiterhin ist es möglich, eine Kunststoff-Faser-Verbindung als elastisches Material des stab- bzw. stangenförmigen Gebildes zu verwenden.
- Ein Vorteil des Einsatzes von Kunststoff (oder auch von Kunststoffverbund oder Kunststofffasermaterialien) liegt darin, daß diese Materialien eine geringe spezifische Dichte besitzen, und daher die Erfindung insgesamt nicht zu schwer wird. Natürlich kann das Schwingungsverhalten des Gebildes durch die Zusammensetzung des Materials, zum Beispiel die Beimischung von entsprechenden Fasermaterial, wie angegeben, beliebig eingestellt werden. Gleichzeitig erhöht sich dabei auch die Bruch- und Verschleißfestigkeit des erfindungsgemäßen Wellnessgerätes. Gleiches wird auch durch die noch angeführten Verbund- oder Sandwichbauweisen erreicht.
- Die Art der gewählten Materialien beziehungsweise Materialverbindungen gestattet weiterhin eine sehr leichte Ausführung. Es ist dadurch möglich, daß das Gewicht des Gerätes geringer als 1,0 kg ist, bevorzugt je nach Größe des Wellnessgerätes zwischen 300 g und 600 g beträgt. Auch gelingt hierduch ein kostengünstiges Wellnessgerät, da die Materialien günstig beschaffbar sind, und auch eine Serienfertigung leicht realisierbar ist
- Durch das geringe Gewicht und durch die geringe Gelenkbelastung ist ein Training aller Altersstufen möglich.
- Ein weiterer Aspekt der Verbindung eines elastischen Materials ist dadurch angegeben, daß eine Kautschuk-Silikon-Verbindung als Material für das stab- bzw. stangenförmige Gebilde dient.
- Es wurde weiter gefunden, daß es von Vorteil ist, wenn eine Kautschuk-Silikon-Faser-Verbindung als elastisches Material für das stab- bzw. stangenförmige Gebilde dient.
- Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung sieht vor, daß als elastisches Material Gummi oder gummiartige Materialien eingesetzt werden.
- In einer weiteren Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung ist es vorgesehen, daß als elastisches Material des stab- bzw. stangenförmigen Gebildes Holz dient.
- Insbesondere kann auch Federstahl oder dergleichen als Material für das stangenförmige Gebilde eingesetzt werden.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird auch vorgeschlagen, daß das elastische Material aus einem Verbundmaterial, bestehend aus den zuvor genannten Materialien, gebildet ist. Somit ist es möglich, Geräte mit unterschiedlichen Schwingungsverhalten für die unterschiedlichsten Übungsvariationen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Gerade der Einsatz von verhätnissmäßig "steifen" Materialien erlaubt es in eleganter Weise das Schwingungsverhalten, und gegebenfalls auch gleichzeitig das optische Erscheinungsbild zu variieren. Gleiches gilt auch für eine Sandwichbauweise.
- In einer Weiterbildung der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung ist es vorgesehen, daß das elastische Material ein Schichtmaterial in Sandwich-Bauweise ist, welches aus einem oder mehreren der im Hauptanspruch genannten Materialien besteht.
- Der Querschnitt des Wellnessgerätes ist kreisförmig. Dabei ist der Querschnitt des stabförmigen Gebildes derart variierbar, daß im Durchmesser von 0,5 bis 6,0 cm, bevorzugt 2,5 cm und in der Länge ca. 80,0 cm bis 200,0 cm, bevorzugt 150,0 cm aufgewiesen werden. Dabei sind die Abmessungen des stabförmigen Gebildes derart variierbar, daß unterschiedliche Schwingungen für unterschiedliche Übungsintensitäten erreichbar sind.
- Durch die zuvor dargestellte Ausführung der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung ist es möglich, daß das Gewicht des Gerätes geringer als 1,0 kg, bevorzugt ca. 300 g bis 600 g beträgt.
- Ein weiterer Aspekt der Erfindung ist, daß in der Mitte des stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmigen Gebildes ein das Gebilde umhüllendes Material angeordnet ist, welches vorzugsweise als Griff ausgebildet ist.
- Das stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmige Gebilde umhüllende Material kann dabei gummiartig, gewebeartig, vorzugsweise aus textilen Gewebe ausgebildet sein.
- Insbesondere ist es möglich, daß das gesamte stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmige Gebilde gemäß einer der zuvor beschriebenen Ausführungsformen von einer Schutzhülle umgeben ist. Dies führt zum einen zu einem gewissen Schutz des gesamten Wellnessgerätes, zum anderen ist damit eine unterschiedlichen Ansprüchen Rechnung tragende Gestaltung des Gerätes möglich. Weiterhin kann auch von dieser Schutzhülle das Schwingungsverhalten des gesamten Gerätes beeinflußt werden.
- Wie aus den vorstehenden Merkmalen deutlich wird, ist das Wellnessgerät als Fitness-, Freizeitsport- oder Aerobic-Gerät einsetzbar. Es ist leicht in der Handhabung, seine Übungen sind durch jedermann leicht und ohne zusätzliche Anleitung zu erlernen.
- Ein weiterer Aspekt ist, daß aufgrund des geringen Eigengewichtes und aufgrund der geringen Abmessungen dieses Wellnessgerät leicht transportierbar ist, so daß es auch an unterschiedlichen Orten ohne Beeinträchtigung einsetzbar ist.
- Eine weitere Lösung der erfindungsgemäß gestellten Aufgabe wird durch die Verwendung eines stab- oder stangenförmigen Gebildes aus elastischem, insbesondere zu Schwingungen anregbaren Material als Sportgerät, insbesondere im Fitness-, wellness-, Freizeitsport- oder Aerobicbereich zur Verfügung gestellt.
- Insbesondere richtet sich die Verwendung darauf, daß ein stabbeziehungsweise stangenförmiges Gebilde verwendet wird, dessen Material zumindest teilweise aus Federstahl oder Kunststoff oder aus einer Glasfiber-Kunststoff-Verbindung oder Kohle-Faser-Verbindung oder Glasfiber-Faser-Verbindung oder Kunststoff-Faser-Verbindung oder Kautschuk-Silikon-Verbindung oder Kautschuk-Silikon-Faser-Verbindung oder aus Gummi oder gummiartigem Material oder aus Holz ausgebildet ist.
- Die zuvor beschriebenen Verwendungen von stab- bzw. stangenförmigen Gebilden richtet sich sowohl auf eine Ausführung, bei der das Material des stab- bzw. stangenförmigen Gebildes aus einer der zuvor dargestellten Materialkomponenten gebildet ist.
- Es ist jedoch auch möglich, eine Kombination der verschiedenen Materialarten untereinander als Schichtwerkstoffverbindung zu erhalten.
- Es ist weiterhin vorgesehen, eine Verwendung eines stab- bzw. stangenförmigen Gebildes vorzusehen, dessen Material aus einem Verbundmaterial, aus einem bzw. mehreren der zuvor beschriebenen Materialarten bzw. Verbindungen besteht.
- Ein weiterer Aspekt der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung betrifft die Verwendung eines Gebildes gemäß den zuvor geschilderten Verwendungen, welches sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß das Gebilde als Wellness-Gerät nach einem oder mehreren der zuvor dargestellten Lösungsmöglichkeiten ausgebildet ist.
- Ein weiterer Aspekt der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung bildet die Verwendung eines Gebildes nach einem oder mehreren der zuvor dargestellten Lösungsmöglichkeiten, welches sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß das Gebilde vertikal oder horizontal gehalten wird, in Schwingungen versetzt ist und aufgrund der periodischen Bewegung eine für Therapiezwecke auszuweisende Beanspruchung der Muskulatur erlaubt.
- Gemäß einer Weiterbildung der erfindungemäßen Lösung ist es vorgesehen, daß zusätzlich zu der Beanspruchung der Muskulatur zum Halten des Gebildes Übungen für weitere Muskulaturbereiche des Körpers, zum Beispiel durch gleichzeitige Lauf- und/oder Aerobicübungen, vorgesehen sind.
- Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen beziehungsweise Zeichnungen schematisch dargestellt. Es zeigen:

- eine einfache Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Wellnessgerätes,
- Fig. 2
- ein speziell ausgebildetes Wellnessgerät mit zusätzlichen Gewichten und Dämpfungselementen und
- Fig. 3
- verschiedene Ausführungen der Schutzkappen beziehungsweise Gewichte als Schnittdarstellung.
- Fig. 1 zeigt eine einfache Form des Wellnessgerätes. Mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 ist das stabbeziehungsweise stangenförmige Gebilde (Grundkörper) dargestellt. Dieses stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmige Gebilde ist aus elastischen, insbesondere zu Schwingungen anregbaren Materialien ausgebildet. Der Querschnitt des stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmigen Gebildes kann kreisförmig, oval, rechteckig oder quadratisch sein. Für die zeichnerische Darstellung hat dies jedoch keine Bedeutung. In der Mitte des stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmigen Gebildes 1 befindet sich, zur besseren Handhabung des Gerätes, der Griff 2. Der Griff 2 ist als ein das Gebilde umhüllendes Material ausgeführt, das heißt, es ist in der Mitte mit einer Bohrung versehen worden und dann über das stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmige Gebilde derart gezogen worden, bis es sich in der Mitte dieses Gebildes befindet. Dort wird es dann mit geeigneten Befestigungsmitteln fixiert. Dies kann beispielsweise durch Kleben geschehen. Es kann aber auch möglich sein, daß das Material eigene Spannkräfte besitzt, die ausreichen, um das als Griff ausgebildete Material dauerhaft in seiner einmal gewählten Position zu halten. An seinen in Längsrichtung gesehenen Enden des stabförmigen Gebildes 1 befinden sich Schutzvorrichtungen 3. Diese Schutzvorrichtungen 3 sind im dargestellten Beispiel als Schutzkappen ausgebildet. An ihren nach außen weisenden Seiten können jeweils Abrundungen vorgesehen sein, so daß Verletzungen beim Transport und bei der Durchführung von Übungen vermieden werden. Der einfachen Darstellung wegen ist auf eine Zeichnung der Rundungen verzichtet worden. Die Schutzvorrichtungen 3 sind so ausgebildet, daß sie austauschbar sind. Besonders bevorzugt ist es dann, wenn diese Schutzvorrichtungen 3 unterschiedliche Gewichte aufweisen, womit unterschiedliche Belastbarkeiten der Muskulatur beziehungsweise unterschiedliche Anforderungen an das Koordinationsvermögen gestellt werden können.
- In Fig. 2 ist ein erfindungsgemäßes Wellnessgerät dargestellt, bei dem zusätzlich zu den bereits beschriebenen Merkmalen Gewichte 4 auf dem stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmigen Gebilde 1 angeordnet sind. Diese Gewichte 4 sind als Zusatzgewichte zu dem Eigengewicht der Schutzvorrichtung 3 auf dem Gebilde 1 angeordnet. Die Gewichte 4 sind dabei in ihrem Abstand zueinander und in ihrem Abstand vom Zentrum des stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmigen Gebildes 1 variierbar. Zwischen zwei Gewichten 4 ist ein Dämpfungselement 5 angeordnet. Dieses Dämpfungselement 5 kann beispielsweise als schlauchförmiges Gebilde, ähnlich einem Schutzschlauch für einen Stoßdämpfer, ausgebildet sein. Auch hier wurde der einfachen Darstellung wegen lediglich eine parallele Ausführung gewählt. Dabei ist es von Vorteil, wenn dieses Dämpfungselement selbst elastische Eigenschaften aufweist. Wie bereits in der Beschreibung erklärt, kann mittels dieses Dämpfungselementes eine weitere Anpassung an ein gewünschtes Schwingungsverhalten des gesamten Wellnessgerätes erreicht werden.
- In Fig. 3 sind verschiedene Ausführungsmöglichkeiten der Schutzkappen 3 beziehungsweise der Gewichte 4 als Schnittdarstellung dargestellt. Der Unterschied besteht lediglich darin, daß bei der Ausführung als Gewicht 4 eine durchgehende Bohrung vorgesehen ist, während bei der Ausführung als Schutzkappe die Bohrung bevorzugt nicht als Durchgangsbohrung ausgebildet ist. Wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich, ist im Kern der Schutzkappe 3 beziehungsweise des Gewichtes 4 eine Bohrung beziehungsweise Öffnung vorgesehen, die der Form des stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmigen Gebildes 1 entspricht.
Claims (16)
- Wellnessgerät aus elastischem, insbesondere zu Schwingungen anregbarem Material, im Wesentlichen bestehend aus einem stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmigen Gebilde (1),
wobei an dem stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmigen Gebilde (1) an seinen in Längsrichtung gesehenen Enden als Gewicht ausgebildete Schutzvorrichtungen (3) angeordnet sind,
in der Mitte des Gebildes (1) ein das Gebilde (1) umhüllendes Material angeordnet ist, welches als Griff (2) ausgebildet ist,
der Querschnitt des Gebildes (1) kreisförmig ist, und
zusätzlich zu den Schutzvorrichtungen (3) eine Vielzahl von Gewichten (4) vorgesehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Gewichte (4) derart ausgeführt sind, dass zum einen eine Verstellung beziehungsweise Verschiebung auf dem stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmigen Gebilde (1) möglich ist, zum anderen das die Gewichte (4) bildende Material ausreichende Spannkraft besitzt, um die Gewichte (4) axial zu fixieren. - Wellnessgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzvorrichtungen (3) austauschbar sind.
- Wellnessgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzvorrichtungen (3) unterschiedliche Gewichte aufweisen.
- Wellnessgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewichte (4) aufziehbar und fixierbar sind.
- Wellnessgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Gewichten (4) Dämpfungselemente (5) angeordnet sind.
- Wellnessgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzvorrichtungen (3) und/oder die Dämpfungselemente (5) bevorzugt aus elastischen, vorzugsweise gummiartigen Material gebildet sind.
- Wellnessgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Material des stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmigen Gebildes (1) und/oder der Schutzvorrichtung (3) beziehungsweise des Dämpfungselementes (5) zumindest teilweise aus Kunststoff oder Kunststoffaser-Verbindung oder als Kohlefaser-Verbindung oder als Kautschuk-Silikon- beziehungsweise Kautschuk-Silikon-Faserverbindung ausgebildet ist oder aus Gummi oder gummiartigem Material oder aus Holz oder Federstahl besteht und/oder das elastische Material aus einem Verbundmaterial, bestehend aus mehreren der vorgenannten Materialien gebildet ist oder das elastische Material ein Schichtmaterial in Sandwich-Bauweise, bestehend aus einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Materialien ist.
- Wellnessgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt des Gebildes (1) einen Durchmesser von 0,5 bis 6,0 cm, bevorzugt 2,5 cm, und eine Länge von ca. 80,00 cm bis 200,00 cm, bevorzugt 150,00 cm aufweist.
- Wellnessgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abmessungen des Gebildes (1) derart variierbar sind, dass unterschiedliche Schwingungen für unterschiedliche Übungsintensitäten erreichbar sind.
- Wellnessgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewicht des Gerätes ≤ 1,0 kg, bevorzugt ca. 300 g bis 600 g beträgt.
- Wellnessgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das das Gebilde (1) umhüllende Material, gummiartig, gewebeartig, vorzugsweise aus textilem Gewebe ausgebildet ist.
- Wellnessgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gesamte Gebilde (1) von einer Schutzhülle umgeben ist.
- Wellnessgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wellnessgerät als Fitness-, Freizeitsport- oder Aerobicgerät einsetzbar ist.
- Verwendung eines Wellnessgerätes nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche als Sportgerät, insbesondere im Fitness-, Wellness-, Freizeitsportbereich.
- Verwendung eines Wellnessgerätes nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gebilde (1) vertikal oder horizontal gehalten wird, in Schwingung versetzt ist und aufgrund der periodischen Bewegung eine für Therapiezwecke auszunützende Beanspruchung der Muskulatur erlaubt.
- Verwendung eines Wellnessgerätes nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich zur Beanspruchung der Muskulatur zum Halten des Gebildes (1), Übungen für weitere Muskulaturgebiete des Körpers, insbesondere Lauf- und/oder Aerobicübungen vorgesehen sind.
