Claims (20)
- Appareil de remise en forme en matériau élastique, destiné en particulier à être excité par des vibrations, sensiblement constitué d'une structure (1) en forme de barre et/ou de tige, des dispositifs de protection (3), conçus comme un poids, étant disposés sur la structure (1) en forme de barre et/ou de tige au niveau de ses extrémités vues dans la direction longitudinale, un matériau enveloppant la structure (1) est disposé au centre de la structure (1), lequel est conçu comme une poignée (2),
caractérisé en ce que le matériau conçu comme une poignée (2) possède des forces de serrage propres, qui suffisent à maintenir en permanence le matériau conçu comme une poignée dans sa position choisie,
et en ce que le matériau élastique de la structure (1) en forme de barre ou respectivement de tige est réalisé au moins en composite de matière synthétique et de fibres,
et en ce que le matériau formant les dispositifs de protection (3) possède une force de serrage suffisante pour fixer les dispositifs de protection (3) dans le sens axial. - Appareil de remise en forme selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau composite de matière synthétique et de fibres comprend des fibres de verre ou des fibres de carbone.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale de la structure (1) est de forme circulaire.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale de la structure (1) est ovale, rectangulaire ou carrée.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de protection (3) sont remplaçables.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de protection (3) remplaçables présentent des poids différents.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en plus des dispositifs de protection (3) une pluralité de poids (4).
- Appareil de remise en forme selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les poids (4) sont conçus de telle sorte que d'une part, un réglage ou respectivement un déplacement sur la structure (1) en forme de barre ou respectivement soit possible, d'autre part, que le matériau formant les poids (4) possède une force de serrage suffisante pour fixer les poids (4) dans le sens axial.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les poids (4) peuvent être élevés et fixés.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des éléments d'amortissement (5) sont disposés entre les poids (4).
- Appareil de remise en forme selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de protection (3) et/ou les éléments d'amortissement (5) sont formés de préférence dans un matériau élastique, de préférence élastomère.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau élastique du dispositif de protection (3) ou respectivement de l'élément d'amortissement (5) est réalisé au moins en partie en matière synthétique ou en composite de fibres en matière synthétique ou comme un composite de fibres de carbone ou comme un composite d'élastomère de silicone et respectivement de fibres e d'élastomère de silicone ou est constitué de caoutchouc ou d'un matériau élastomère ou de bois ou d'un acier à ressort et/ou le matériau élastique est formé d'un matériau composite, constitué de plusieurs des matériaux précédemment cités ou le matériau élastique est un matériau stratifié à structure en sandwich, constitué d'un ou de plusieurs des matériaux précédemment cités.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale de la structure (1) comprend en largeur des dimensions d'approximativement 4,0 cm à 10,00 cm, de préférence de 6,0 cm, en hauteur d'approximativement 0,5 cm à 2,0 cm, de préférence de 1,0 cm ou un diamètre de 0,5 à 6,0 cm, de préférence de 2,5 cm, et en longueur d'approximativement 80,00 cm à 200,00 cm, de préférence de 150,00 cm.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dimensions de la structure (1) peuvent être modifiées de telle sorte qu'il est possible d'obtenir des vibrations différentes pour des intensités d'exercice différentes.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le poids de l'appareil s'élève à au plus 1,0 kg, de préférence à approximativement de 300 g à 600 g.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau enveloppant la structure (1) est conçu de façon caoutchouteuse, tissulaire, de préférence à partir d'un tissu textile.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de la structure (1) est entouré par une enveloppe de protection.
- Appareil de remise en forme selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de remise en forme peut être utilisé comme appareil de fitness ou de mise en forme, de sport de loisir ou d'aérobic.
- Utilisation d'un appareil de remise en forme selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes comme appareil de sport, en particulier dans le domaine du fitness, de la remise en forme, du sport de loisir.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que, en plus de la sollicitation de la musculature pour maintenir la structure (1), des exercices sont prévus pour d'autres zones de la musculature corporelle, en particulier des exercices de course et/ou d'aérobic.
