Claims (10)
- Druckwerk mit einem Plattenzylinder (10, 24), der einen axial verlaufenden Kanal (12) zur Aufnahme mindestens einer Hinterkante einer Druckplatte aufweist, und mit einer Einfügeleiste (16, 26), die eine Betriebsposition (38) aufweist, aus welcher sie die Hinterkante der Druckplatte in den axial verlaufenden Kanal (12) schiebt,

einen Einfügeleistenantrieb (36, 46) zum automatischen Bewegen der Einfügeleiste (16, 26) aus der Betriebsposition (38) heraus in eine Ruheposition (39, 40). - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen an den Plattenzylinder (10, 24) angrenzenden ersten Gummituchzylinder (20, 22), wobei sich die Einfügeleiste (16, 26) in ihrer Betriebsposition (136) nahe einem zwischen dem Plattenzylinder (10, 24) und dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (20, 22) gebildeten Spalt (18) befindet. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 2,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen an den ersten Gummituchzylinder (20) angrenzenden zweiten Gummituchzylinder (22), wobei sich die Einfügeleiste (16, 26) in ihrer Ruheposition (39, 40) nahe dem zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Gummituchzylinder (20, 22) gebildeten Spalt (23) befindet. - Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen Rahmen (100), in welchem der Plattenzylinder (10, 24) und die Einfügeleiste (16, 26) gelagert sind, wobei der Einfügeleistenantrieb (36, 46) am Rahmen (100) befestigt ist. - Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einfügeleistenantrieb (36, 46) eine Exzenterscheibe (138) umfasst. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einfügeleistenantrieb (36, 46) einen pneumatischen Motor zum Drehen der Exzenterscheibe (138) umfasst. - Verfahren zum Einfügen einer Hinterkante einer Druckplatte in einen axial verlaufenden Kanal (12) eines Plattenzylinders (10, 24), wobei eine Einfügeleiste (16, 26) vorgesehen ist, die aus einer Betriebsposition (38) die Hinterkante der Druckplatte in den axial verlaufenden Kanal (12) schiebt,
gekennzeichnet durch
den Verfahrensschritt:automatisches Bewegen der Einfügeleiste (16, 26) aus der Betriebsposition (38) in eine Ruheposition (39, 40). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
gekennzeichnet durch
Abdecken eines Spaltes (18) zwischen dem Plattenzylinder (10, 24) und einem angrenzenden Gummituchzylinder (20, 22) mittels der in ihrer Betriebsposition befindlichen Einfügeleiste (16, 26). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
gekennzeichnet durch
Abdecken eines Spaltes zwischen dem an den Plattenzylinder (10, 24) angrenzenden Gummituchzylinder (20) und einem weiteren Gummituchzylinder (22) mittels der in ihrer Ruheposition (39, 40) befindlichen Einfügeleiste (16, 26). - Druckmaschine, insbesondere Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine,
gekennzeichnet durch ein Druckwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6.
