Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Sanierung einer Schotterbettung (2) eines Gleises (3), wobei durch eine Räumkette (4) unter Bildung einer Umbaulücke (13) verunreinigtes Schüttgut (34) aufgenommen und abtransportiert wird, während parallel dazu neues Schüttgut (34) zur Schotterbettsanierung auf das Gleis abgeworfen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein auf Ladewaggons (6) bereitgestellter und mit neuem Schüttgut (34) gefüllter Container (17) zu einer Umbaulücke (13) transportiert und zur Sanierung der Schotterbettung (2) entleert wird, wonach der entleerte Container (17) mit durch die Räumkette (4) aufgenommenem, verunreinigtem Schüttgut (34) gefüllt, auf einem Ladewaggon (6) abgestellt und zur Einleitung eines neuen Arbeitszyklus wiederum ein mit neuem Schüttgut (34) gefüllter Container (17) zur Umbaulücke (13) transportiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einerseits mit Kiessand und andererseits mit neuem Schotter gefüllte Container (17) zur Herstellung einer Planumsschutzschichte (44) und einer neuen Schotterbettung (2) entleert werden und die Planumsschutzschichte (44) planiert und verdichtet wird.
- Maschine (1) zur Sanierung einer Schotterbettung (2) eines Gleises (3), bestehend aus einem eine Räumkette (4) zur Schotteraufnahme aufweisenden Räumfahrzeug (5), einer Anzahl von mit Containern (17) beladenen Ladewaggons (6) und einem auf Kranschienen (18) entlang der Ladewaggons (6) verfahrbaren Portalkran (24) zum Transport der Container (17), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Räumfahrzeug (5) Kranschienen (18) für eine Ver fahrbarkeit des Portalkranes (24) und eine Befüllungsöffnung (33) für einen Durchlaß von aus einem Container (17) auf das Gleis (3) entleerbarem Schüttgut (34) aufweist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Portalkran (24) mit einer Kippvorrichtung (27) für eine Entleerung eines Containers (17) ausgestattet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befüllungsöffnung (33) aus einem mit einem Maschinenrahmen (10) des Räumfahrzeuges (5) verbundenen Schütttrichter (35), einer Rahmenöffnung (36) für den Schüttgutdurchlaß und einem an der Unterseite des Maschinenrahmens (10) angeordneten, in Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Förderband (37) mit einem unterhalb der Rahmenöffnung (36) positionierten Aufnahmeende (38) gebildet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 3,4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Räumfahrzeug (5) eine Befüllstation (16) zur Containerbefüllung aufweist, die sich aus einem in Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufenden, zwischen den Kranschienen (18) angeordneten Bodenförderband (19) und einem über diesem positionierten Abwurfende (23) einer Fördereinrichtung (20) zusammensetzt, deren Aufnahmeende (22) unterhalb eines Abwurdendes (21) der Räumkette (4) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein in vertikaler Richtung verlaufender Abstand (a) zwischen einer durch die Kranschienen (18) gebildeten Schienenebene (29) einerseits und einem oberen Ende (30) der Räumkette (4) andererseits kleiner ausgebildet ist als eine vertikale Portalrahmenhöhe (b) zwischen der Schienenebene (29) und einer Querverbindung (32) des Portalkranes (24), die zur Verbindung von Spurkranzrollen (26) aufweisenden, in Maschinenquerrichtung voneinander distanzierten Portalstützen (31) vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine durch Schienenebene (29) und einem oberen Kabinenende einer Fahrkabine (14) des Räumfahrzeuges (5) begrenzte Kabinenhöhe (c) kleiner als die Portalrahmenhöhe (b) des Portalkranes (24) ausgebildet ist.
