Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Steuerung des Waschprogramms einer Waschmaschine mit einem in einem Spritzgussverfahren hergestellten Kunststoff-Laugenbehälter, mit einer darin drehbar gelagerten Trommel, die durch einen Motor mit verschiedenen Wasch- und Schleuderdrehzahlen angetrieben wird, und mit einer Steuereinrichtung zur Vorgabe der Motordrehzahlen und anderer Programmparameter,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtung für kritische Stellen des Laugenbehälters einen Temperaturbelastungswert durch direkte Temperaturmessung mittels an oder innerhalb der Laugenbehälterwandung angeordneter Sensoren ermittelt und bei Überschreiten eines vorgegeben Grenzwertes mindestens eine belastungsreduzierende Maßnahme wie eine Reduzierung der Schleuderdrehzahl, eine Verkürzung der Programmlaufzeit, eine Kühlung durch Frischwasserzufuhr, eine Laugentemperaturbegrenzung oder eine Herabsetzung der Unwuchtschwellen oder eine Wäscheneuverteilung im Schleuderprogrammabschnitt durchführt. - Verfahren zur Steuerung des Waschprogramms einer Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei im Laugenbehälter mindestens ein weiterer Temperatursensor zur Überwachung der im Laugenbehälter befindlichen Flüssigkeit (Laugentemperatur-Sensor) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtung zu Beginn eines Waschprogramms eine Kontrolle der Sensoren durch Vergleich ihrer Messwerte mit den Messwerten des weiteren Temperatursensors vornimmt. - Waschmaschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer kritischen Stelle des Laugenbehälters mindestens ein Sensor zur Überwachung seiner Temperatur angeordnet ist. - Verfahren zur Steuerung des Waschprogramms einer Waschmaschine mit einem in einem Spritzgussverfahren hergestellten Kunststoff-Laugenbehälter, mit einer darin drehbar gelagerten Trommel, die durch einen Motor mit verschiedenen Wasch- und Schleuderdrehzahlen angetrieben wird, und mit einer Steuereinrichtung zur Vorgabe der Motordrehzahlen und anderer Programmparameter,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtung für kritische Stellen des Laugenbehälters einen Temperaturbelastungswert durch Berechnung aus den Daten des Waschprozesses ermittelt und bei Überschreiten eines vorgegeben Grenzwertes mindestens eine belastungsreduzierende Maßnahme wie eine Reduzierung der Schleuderdrehzahl, eine Verkürzung der Programmlaufzeit, eine Kühlung durch Frischwasserzufuhr, eine Laugentemperaturbegrenzung oder eine Herabsetzung der Unwuchtschwellen oder eine Wäscheneuverteilung im Schleuderprogrammabschnitt durchführt.
