Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Anfahren einer Stranggießanlage insbesondere für Stahl, umfassend eine Kokille mit einem diese verschließbaren Anfahr-Kaltstrangkopf (3), mit einer Kaltstrangkette (1) in Verbindung mit einer Strangführung sowie Mittel zum Ausfördern eines Warmstranges (9) aus der Kokille und zum Trennen der Verbindung zwischen der Kaltstrangkette (1) und dem Warm-Strang (9), sowie zu dessen Förderung,
gekennzeichnet durch
die Arbeitsschritte:Verschließen des unteren Austritts der Kokille unter Verwendung von Formteilen (8) und einer Dichtscheibe (10), sowie einer Abstützung derselben durch einen damit verbindbaren Kaltstrangkopf (3),Umgießen der Formteile (8) und Dichtscheibe (10) unter Herstellung einer Verbindung zwischen Warmstrang (9) und Kaltstrangkopf (3),Kontinuierliches Fördern des Warmstranges (9) in Gießrichtung (X) mittels der Strangführung,nach Erreichen der Verbindungsstelle Warmstrang (9)/Kaltstrangkopf (3) am Ende der Strangführung wird die Kaltstrangkette (1) in Richtung (Y) nach oben gezogen und durch Schwenken eines Gelenkelements (6) am Kaltstrangkopf (3) die Kaltstrangkette (1) vom Warmstrang (9) gelöst, wobeiVerbindungsmittel (5 - 8) am Warmstrang (9) verbleiben und später von diesem abgetrennt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Verbinden der Kaltstrangkette (1) mit dem Warmstrang (9) beim Angießen und zum Ausfördern des Warmstranges (9) sowie zum Trennen des Warmstranges (9) vom Kaltstrang (1) der Kaltstrangkopf (3) um einen Drehpunkt (2) zur Ausförderrichtung (Y) verschwenkt wird. - Vorrichtung zum Anfahren einer Stranggießanlage, insbesondere für Stahl, umfassend eine Kokille mit einem diese verschließbaren Anfahr-Kaltstrangkopf (3) mit einer Kaltstrangkette (1) in Verbindung mit einer Strangführung, sowie Mittel zum Ausfördern eines Warmstranges (9) aus der Kokille und zum Trennen der Verbindung zwischen Kaltstrangkette (1) und Warmstrang (9), sowie zu dessen Förderung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kaltstrangkopf (3) zylinderförmige Ausnehmungen (4) aufweist, in welchen mit Ankerbolzen (5) versehene Gelenkbolzen (6) schwenkbar gelagert sind, an den in die Austrittsöffnung der Kokille hineinragenden Enden (7) der Ankerbolzen (5) Formteile (8) durch Schraubmuttern fixiert sind, wobei den Formteilen (8) wenigstens eine Dichtscheibe (10) unterlegt ist, derart, daß diese ein Auslaufen von Stahlschmelze verhindert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (4) eine seitliche Öffnung für die Ankerbolzen (6) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Trennung des Warmstranges (9) vom Kaltstrang (1) im letzten Kettenglied des Kaltstranges wenigstens ein Bolzen (2) angeordnet ist, um den der Kaltstrangkopf (3) aus der Gießrichtung (X) um wenigstens 90° in die Senkrechte Y schwenkbar ist, derart, dass der jeweilige Gelenkbolzen (6) aus der zugehörigen Ausnehmung (4) entfernbar ist.
