Claims (5)
- Kreislaufmahleinrichtung mit Hochdruck-Walzenmühle (10, 11) zur Druckzerkleinerung körnigen Gutmateriales und mit wenigstens einem integrierten Sichter (22, 31), wobei beide Aggregate innerhalb zweier feststehender Seitenwände (12, 13) und einem dazwischen liegenden und auf Rollen drehbar gelagerten in Drehung versetzbaren Materialförderring (18) für einen internen Gutmaterialkreislauf angeordnet sind, und wobei der Gutmaterialeinlauf durch eine oder mehrere Öffnungen (19, 20) in einer oder in beiden Gehäuse-Seitenwänden (12, 13) von der Seite und der Gutmaterialauslauf ebenfalls seitlich durch eine oder mehrere Öffnungen in der Gehäuse-Seitenwand erfolgen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass um den Umfangsbereich des Materialförderringes (18) verteilt mehr als zwei den Materialförderring von unten abstützende Rollen (14 bis 17) angeordnet sind, und dass zwei in Ring-Umfangsrichtung benachbarte Lagerrollen (14/15 bzw. 16/17) an den Enden wenigstens eines gemeinsamen Wippenhebels (33, 34) gelagert sind, der seinerseits über ein Kippgelenk (35, 36) am Maschinenrahmen abgestützt ist. - Kreislaufmahleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu beiden Seiten der durch die Drehachse des Materialförderringes (18) gelegten Vertikalebene je ein Wippenhebel (33, 34) angeordnet ist, an deren Enden die Lagerrollen (14, 15) bzw. (16, 17) achsparallel gelagert sind. - Kreislaufmahleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kippgelenk (35, 36) der Wippenhebel (33, 34) aus einem achsparallel zur Drehachse des Materialförderringes (18) liegenden Zylindergelenk besteht. - Kreislaufmahleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kippgelenk (35, 36) der Wippenhebel (33, 34) ein Kugelkalotten- bzw. Kugelgelenk ist. - Kreislaufmahleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf jeder der Achsen, die an den Enden der Wippenhebel (33, 34) angeordnet sind, je zwei mit Abstand voneinander befindliche Rollen als Radsatz (14, 15 bzw. 16, 17) gelagert sind.
