Claims (3)
- Ringwalzenmühle mit einem drehbar gelagerten Mahlring (10), an dessen zylindrische Innenwandung bzw. Mahlbahn (14) eine Walze (13) andrückbar ist, mit wenigstens einem Gutmaterialeinlauf und einem Gutmaterialaustrag und mit wenigstens einem Gaseintritt und einem Gasabzug,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale,a) innerhalb des Mahlrings (10) ist im Raum zwischen der Mahlbahn (14) und der Walze (13) der Stabkorb (29) eines Stabkorbsichters angeordnet;b) der drehbar gelagerte Mahlring (10) ist stirnseitig zwischen zwei feststehenden, den Mahlring zu einem Gehäuse ergänzenden Seiten-Stirnwänden (15, 16) angeordnet, wobei der Gutmaterialeinlauf (17) durch eine oder mehrere Öffnungen (18) in einer oder in beiden Gehäuse-Stirnwänden (15, 16) und der Gutmaterialaustrag (21) durch eine oder mehrere Öffnungen in der Gehäuse-Stirnwand und/oder über einen oder mehrere Austragskrümmer (19) seitlich oberhalb der Mahlwalze (13) erfolgen;c) die Lagerböcke (22, 23) der Walze (13) sind außerhalb der feststehenden Seiten-Stirnwände (15, 16) angeordnet. - Ringwalzenmühle nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerböcke der Rotorwelle des Stabkorbs (29) des Stabkorbsichters außerhalb der feststehenden Seiten-Stirnwände (15, 16) angeordnet sind. - Ringwalzenmühle nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass oberhalb oder seitlich des Stabkorbs (29) wenigstens ein feststehender Materialabstreifer (30, 31, 32) angeordnet ist, der an den feststehenden Seiten-Stirnwänden (15, 16) befestigt ist, wodurch Mahlgut von der rotierenden Mahlbahn (14) des Mahlrings (10) abgestreift und dem Stabkorb (29) zur Sichtung aufgegeben wird.
