Abstract
Description
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe dadurch, daß das Lineargetriebe für jedes Prallwerk in etwa parallel zur Deckplatte des Mühlengehäuses liegend angeordnet ist und an einem durch die Deckplatte des Mühlengehäuses geführten Hebel, der mit dem Prallwerk fest verbunden ist, angelenkt ist.

Claims (5)
- Prallmühle mit mindestens einem mit Schlagleisten (2) versehenen Rotor (3), der drehbar in einem Mühlengehäuse (1) gelagert ist und mit mindestens einem Prallwerk (4) zusammenwirkt, das verschwenkbar im Mühlerngehäuse (1) angeordnet und mittels eines Lineargetriebes (8), zum Beispiel eines hydraulischen Zylinderkolbenaggregates (9), stufenlos verstellbar ist, so daß das der Schwenkachse (5) gegenüberliegende Ende des Prallwerkes (4) auf den Rotor (3) zu einstellbar ist, und wobei das Lineargetriebe (8) auf einer Deckplatte (6) des Mühlengehäuses (1) angeordnet und in einem Abstand von der Schwenkachse (5) an dem Prallwerk (4) angelenkt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lineargetriebe (8) in etwa parallel zur Deckplatte (6) des Mühlengehäuses (1) liegend angeordnet ist und an einem durch die Deckplatte (6) des Mühlengehäuses geführten Hebel (11), der mit dem Prallwerk (4) fest verbunden ist, angelenkt ist.
- Prallmühle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (11) kreisringsegmentförmig ausgebildet ist und der Mittelpunkt des Kreises der Schwenkachse (5) entspricht.
- Prallmühle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (11) als Winkelhebel ausgebildet und als Schenkel durch die Deckplatte (6) des Mühlengehäuses geführt ist.
- Prallmühle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lineargetriebe (8) ein hydraulisches Zylinder-Kolben-Aggregat (9) ist.
- Prallmühle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lineargetriebe (8) eine mittels Federn (16) gegenüber der Deckplatte (6) des Mühlengehäuses (1) abgestützte Gewindespindel (14) ist, deren Spindelmutter (15) von Hand mittels Werkzeug oder motorisch drehbar ist.
