Claims (9)
- Wirbelstrommühle, mit einem Bodenteil (1a, 1b), welches einen in einem Lagergehäuse drehbar gelagerten Rotor (3) trägt und ein nach oben gerichtetes, zur Rotorachse koaxiales, zylindrisches Wandteil (5) aufweist, und mit einem Mahlgehäuse (9), welches mit einer konischen Mahlbahn (10) den Rotor (3) umschließt und einen nach unten gerichteten zylindrischen Kragen (11) aufweist, der in dem zylindrischen Wandteil (5) axial verschiebbar und zur Einstellung des zwischen Rotor (3) und Mahlbahn (10) vorhandenen Mahlspaltes (5) axial verstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bodenteil (1a, 1b) unterhalb des Verschiebebereiches, in welchem der zylindrische Kragen (11) in dem zylindrischen Wandteil (5) verschiebbar ist, entlang einer senkrecht zur Rotorachse (A) verlaufenden Trennebene (E) in einem oberen Bodenteilabschnitt (1a) und einem unteren Bodenteilabschnitt (1b) unterteilt ist, die beide lösbar miteinander verbunden sind, und von denen der obere Bodenteilabschnitt (1a) das zylindrische Wandteil (5) und der untere Bodenteilabschnitt (1b) das Rotorlagergehäuse (2) enthält.
- Mühle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Bodenteilabschnitte (1a, 1b) an ihren einander zugekehrten Enden mit zusammenpassenden Flanschen (6, 7) versehen sind.
- Mühle nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Flansche (6, 7) mittels Schrauben (8) miteinander lösbar verbunden sind.
- Mühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Bodenteilabschnitt (1b) in einem Traggestell (16) befestigt ist und daß mit dem oberen Bodenteilabschnitt (1a) eine Schwenkeinrichtung (19, 20), deren Schwenkachse (18) senkrecht zur Rotationsachse (A) verlaufend im Traggestell (16) mit seitlichem Abstand von den beiden Bodenteilabschnitten (1a, 1b) angeordnet ist.
- Mühle nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkeinrichtung mindestens einen um die Schwenkachse (18) drehbaren Schwenkarm (6a, 19) umfaßt.
- Mühle nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkarm (6a, 19) starr mit dem oberen Bodenteilabschnitt (1a) verbunden ist.
- Mühle nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkarm (19') über eine parallel zur Schwenkachse (18) verlaufende Achse (21) mit dem oberen Bodenteilabschnitt (1a) verbunden ist und an diesem und dem Traggestell (16) ein Parallelogrammlenker (22) angelenkt ist.
- Mühle nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkeinrichtung eine zwischen Schwenkarm (19, 19') und Traggestell (16) wirkende Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (20) umfaßt.
- Mühle nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (18) in der Trennebene (E) oder in der Nähe derselben angeordnet ist.
