Description
Der bekannte Prallbrecher weist den wesentlichen Nachteil auf, daß das hinter dem Maschineneinlauf angeordnete erste, obere Prallwerk unter Einwirkung nicht zerkleinerbarer Fremdkörper nach außen ausweicht, wodurch der Mahlspalt zwischen dem Rotor und dem zweiten, unteren Prallwerk verkleinert wird; dementsprechend besteht die Gefahr, daß die Fremdkörper hier eingeklemmt werden, wodurch am Rotor und/oder am zweiten, unteren Prallwerk Beschädigungen auftreten können und somit die Funktionsfähigkeit des Prallbrechers nicht mehr gewährleistet ist.
In dieser Arbeitsstellung wird das zweite, untere Prallwerk auf seiner von der zweiten Horizontalachse abgewandten Seite mittels einer Einstellvorrichtung mit dem Gehäuse des Prallbrechers verriegelt, wobei sich die Stellung des genannten Prallwerks bezüglich des Rotors durch Betätigung von Einstellschrauben manuell verändern läßt.
Unter Einwirkung des zumindest einen Zylinders kann das zweite, untere Prallwerk bezüglich des ersten, oberen Prallwerks zwar in der erwähnten Weise geschwenkt werden. Der Nachteil dieses bekannten Prallbrechers besteht jedoch insbesondere darin, daß das zweite, untere Prallwerk in der verriegelten Arbeitsstellung selbsttätig keine geeignete Ausweichbewegung bezüglich des Rotors ausführen kann. Dementsprechend sind Beschädigungen durch nicht zerkleinerbare Fremdkörper nicht auszuschließen.
Dies wird insbesondere auch dadurch ermöglichst, daß sich auch das zweite, untere Prallwerk über zumindest einen Antrieb in Form eines Zylinders an dem Gehäuse des Prallbrechers abstützt.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ergibt sich dabei nicht nur aus dem Gegenstand der einzelnen Ansprüche, sondern auch aus der Kombination der einzelnen Ansprüche untereinander.
Das oberhalb des zweiten, unteren Prallwerks 4 befindliche erste, obere Prallwerk 1 ist durch mindestens einen, in einem Anlenkpunkt 3a angreifenden Zylinder 3 oder ein anderweitiges Antriebselement um eine erste Horizontalachse 2 schwenkbar gelagert. Ober sein im Bereich des von der ersten Horizontalachse 2 abgewandtes Ende ist eine zweite Horizontalachse 6 mit dem zweiten, unteren Prallwerk 4 - welches auch als Mahlbahn bezeichnet wird - schwenkbeweglich angeordnet.
Das zweite, untere Prallwerk 4 weist zumindest einen Hebel 4a auf, an dem jeweils ein Zylinder 5 oder ein anderweitiges Antriebselement im jeweiligen Anlenkpunkt 5a angreift.
Durch das zweite, untere Prallwerk 4 und den Rotor 10 wird ein Mahlspalt 7 ausgebildet.
Claims (3)
- Prallbrecher mit einem Rotor (10) und zumindest zwei zu einem verstellbaren Prallwerksystem miteinander verbundenen Prallwerken (1, 4), wobei ein erstes, oberes Prallwerk (1) durch mindestens einen ersten Antrieb (3) um eine erste Horizontalachse (2) schwenkbar sowie an einer zweiten Horizontalachse (6) des ersten, oberen Prallwerks (1) ein weiteres, durch mindestens einen zweiten Antrieb (5) schwenkbares zweites, unteres Prallwerk (4) angeordnet ist und wobei der erste Antrieb (3) das erste, obere Prallwerk (1) sowie der zweite Antrieb (5) das zweite, untere Prallwerk (4) am Gehäuse des Prallbrechers abstützt, wobei ferner
die das zweite, untere Prallwerk (4) schwenkbar lagernde zweite Horizontalachse (6) des ersten, oberen Prallwerks (1) im Bereich des der ersten Horizontalachse (2) abgewandten Endes des ersten, oberen Prallwerks (1) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite, untere Prallwerk (4) zumindest einen Hebel (4a) aufweist;
daß jeder Hebel (4a) in der Verlängerung des zweiten, unteren Prallwerks (4) auf der diesem entgegengesetzten Seite der zweiten Horizontalachse (6) so angeordnet ist, daß er jeweils durch den in einem Anlenkpunkt (5a) angreifenden zweiten Antrieb (5) schwenkbar ist;
daß der Anlenkpunkt (5a) jedes Hebels (4a) und die zweite Horizontalachse (6) derart angeordnet sind, daß der Mahlspalt (7) zwischen dem zweiten, unteren Prallwerk (4) und dem Rotor (10) bei einer Ausweichbewegung des ersten, oberen Prallwerks (1) zwangsweise vergrößert wird;
und daß der erste und zweite Antrieb (3 bzw. 5) als Zylinder ausgebildet sind. - Prallbrecher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Öffnen des Prallbrechers ein Gehäuseteil (9) um eine Schwenkachse (8) schwenkbar angeordnet ist und das zweite, untere Prallwerk (4) mit dem Rotor (10) einen variablen Mahlspalt (7) ausbildet.
- Prallbrecher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anlenkpunkt (5a) jedes zweiten, als Zylinder ausgebildeten Antriebs (5) und die zweite Horizontalachse (6) in Relation zu einer Schwenkachse (8) eines Gehäuseteils (9) derart angeordnet sind, daß beim Öffnen dieses Gehäuseteils (9) eine Kollision des zweiten, unteren Prallwerks (4) mit dem Rotor (10) vermieden wird.
