Claims (15)
- Verfahren zur Umhüllung von stabförmigen Artikeln (2) mit Umhüllungsblättchen (18), mit den Schritten:die Artikel (2) werden zusammen mit den Umhüllungsblättchen (18) entlang eines bestimmten Weges einem Beginn (20, 120, 220, 320) einer Rollstrecke (22, 322) zum Umrollen der Artikel (2) mit den Umhüllungsblättchen (18) zugeführt,die Artikel (2) werden ab dem Beginn (20, 120, 220, 320) der Rollstrecke (22, 322) entlang der Rollstrecke (22, 322) mit den Umhüllungsblättchen (18) umrollt,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die Artikel (2) durch das Anpressen der Umhüllungsblättchen (18) entlang der Pressstrecke (50, 350) zunehmend zusammengepreßt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die Artikel (2) durch das Anpressen der Umhüllungsblättchen (18) im wesentlichen auf einen Durchmesser zusammengepreßt werden, der einem Eingangsdurchmesser der Artikel (2) am Beginn der Rollstrecke (22, 322) entspricht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördergeschwindigkeit der Umhüllungsblättchen 18 gleich der Geschwindigkeit der zweiten Pressoberfläche (34, 134, 234, 334) der Pressstrecke (50, 350) ist. - Vorrichtung zur Umhüllung von stabförmigen Artikeln (2) mit Umhüllungsblättchen (18),
mit Zuführmitteln (6, 106, 206, 306) zum Zuführen der Artikel (2) zusammen mit den Umhüllungsblättchen (18) entlang eines bestimmten Weges zu einem Beginn (20, 120, 220, 320) einer Rollstrecke (22, 322) zum Umrollen der Artikel (2) mit den Umhüllungsblättchen (18),
mit Rollmitteln (24, 28, 124, 128, 224, 228) zum Umrollen der Artikel (2) mit den Umhüllungsblättchen (18) ab dem Beginn (20, 120, 220, 320) der Rollstrecke (22, 322) entlang der Rollstrecke (22, 322),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel zum Anpressen der Umhüllungsblättchen (18) an die Artikel (2) vor Erreichen des Beginns (20, 120, 220, 320) der Rollstrecke (22, 322) entlang einer Pressstrecke (50, 350) bis zum Erreichen des Beginns (20, 120, 220, 320) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
wobei die Mittel eine erste Pressoberfläche (8, 108, 208, 308) auf einer Seite eines die Pressstrecke (50, 350) bildenden Abschnittes des bestimmten Weges und eine zweite Pressoberfläche (34, 134, 234, 334) auf einer zweiten Seite des Abschnittes umfassen,
und wobei der Abstand der ersten (8, 108, 208, 308) und der zweiten (34, 134, 234, 334) Pressoberfläche geringer ist als der Durchmesser (48) der Artikel (2) im nicht zusammengepressten Zustand. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
wobei der Abstand der ersten (8, 108, 208, 308) und der zweiten (34, 134, 234, 334) Pressoberfläche in Richtung auf den Beginn (20, 120, 220, 320) der Rollstrecke (22, 322) kontinuierlich abnimmt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
wobei die Rollmittel (24, 28, 124, 128, 224, 228) eine erste Rolloberfläche (22), (322) auf einer Seite der Rollstrecke (22, 322) und eine zweite Rolloberfläche (20, 120, 220, 320) auf einer anderen Seite der Rollstrecke (22, 322) umfassen,
und wobei der Abstand der ersten (8, 108, 208, 308) und der zweiten (34, 134, 234, 334) Pressoberfläche am Ende (20, 120, 220, 320) der Pressstrecke (50, 350) etwa dem Abstand der ersten (28, 128, 228) und der zweiten (24, 124, 224) Rolloberfläche am Beginn (20, 120, 220, 320) der Rollstrecke (22, 322) entspricht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
wobei ein Teil der Zuführmittel (6, 106, 206, 306) die erste Pressoberfläche (8, 108, 208, 308) bildet. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9,
wobei ein Teil der Rollmittel (34, 134, 234, 334) die zweite Pressoberfläche (34, 134, 234, 334) bildet. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10,
wobei die Zuführmittel (6, 106, 206, 306) eine die Artikel (2) queraxial auf ihrer Umfangsoberfläche fördernde Fördertrommel (6, 106, 206, 306) umfassen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11,
wobei die Rollmittel mindestens ein die Artikel (2) queraxial förderndes Rollband (34, 134, 234, 334) umfassen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 12,
wobei beide Rolloberflächen (24, 28, 124, 128, 224, 228) jeweils von einem Rollband (34, 134, 234, 334, 90) gebildet werden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 13,
wobei die Rollmittel mindestens einen Rollklotz (26, 126, 226) umfassen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 14,
