Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken einer Materialbahnrolle (2) mit einer Verpackungsbahn (3) mit einem Verpackungsbahnspender (5), der die Verpackungsbahn unter einem einstellbaren Winkel zur Radialrichtung der Materialbahnrolle ausgibt, der parallel zur Axialrichtung der Materialbahnrolle verfahrbar ist und auf dem eine Vorratsrolle (4) der Verpackungsbahn angeordnet ist, und mit einem Antrieb für die zu verpackende Materialbahnrolle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verpackungsbahn (3) aus Packpapier gebildet ist und daß die Vorratsrolle (4) einen steuerbaren Drehantrieb (19) aufweist, der die Vorratsrolle (4) zu Beginn eines Wickelvorgangs beschleunigt und am Ende abbremst, und eine Steuereinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Vorratsrolle (4) auf die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Materialbahnrolle (2) abstimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verpackungsbahnspender (5) eine Vorzugseinrichtung (22) mit mindestens einer angetriebenen Vorzugswalze (24) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Trenneinrichtung (9) vorgesehen ist, die zwischen der Materialbahnrolle (2) und der Vorzugseinrichtung (22) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Klebevermittlungseinrichtung (27) zwischen der Materialbahnrolle (2) und der Trenneinrichtung (9) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehantrieb (19) auf die Achse (17) der Vorratsrolle (4) wirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verpackungsbahnspender (5) eine Führungsfläche (29) aufweist, auf der die Verpackungsbahn (3) bis zu einer Tragwalze (7) gleitet, auf der die Materialbahnrolle (2) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsfläche (29) mehrteilig ausgebildet ist, wobei zumindest ein der Tragwalze (7) benachbartes Teil (31) die Führungsfläche (29) zurückziehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das der Tragwalze (7) benachbarte Ende (32) der Führungsfläche (29) einen bogenförmigen Verlauf aufweist.
