Claims (12)
- Spielzeug-Mülltransport-Fahrzeug umfassend einen Laderaum (3) für den zu entsorgenden Müll mit einer Öffnung (4) an seiner Rückseite, an welche sich ein Entleerungsgehäuse (5) für zu entleerende Mülltonnen anschließt, welches eine rückseitige Entladeöffnung (7) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Boden (9) unterhalb der Entladeöffnung annähernd kreisabschnittförmig gekrümmt ist,der Boden (9) in eine Beschickungsschrägfläche (10) übergeht, die sich bis unterhalb einer Beschickungsöffnung (6) erstreckt,oberhalb des Bodens (9) eine Förderschaufel (12) angeordnet ist,die Förderschaufel (12) längs des Bodens (9) oberhalb desselben verschwenkbar, parallel zur Beschickungsschrägfläche (16), bis wenigstens zur Unterkante der Beschickungsöffnung (6) anhebbar, und anschließend rückschwenkbar und absenkbar ist, um dann wieder das entladeöffnungsseitige Ende des Bodens (9) zu erreichen und die Förderbewegung zu wiederholen.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportbewegung der Förderschaufel (12) durch einen in einer Seitenwand (20) des Entleerungsgehäuses (5) gelagerten Betätigungs-Drehknopf (21) angetrieben ist.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungs-Drehknopf (21) mit einer Verzahnung (23) versehen ist, welche mit der Verzahnung (24) eines ebenfalls an der Seitenwand (20) gelagerten Übertragungsrades (25) in Eingriff steht.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übertragungsrad (25) einen sich radial erstreckenden Führungsschlitz (26) aufweist, in welchen ein Nockenzapfen (27) eingreift, der sich parallel zur Achse des Schwenklagers (17) der Förderschaufel (12) im Abstand zu dieser von einem Übertragungsglied (28) wegerstreckt, welches auf dem Schwenklager (17) sitzt, wobei das Schwenklager (17) der Förderschaufel (12) längs eines etwa parallel zur Beschickungsschrägfläche (10) verlaufenden an einer parallel zur Gehäuseseitenwand (20) ausgebildeten Zwischenwand (29) geführt ist.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkbewegung der Förderschaufel (12) am unteren bzw. oberen Ende des Hubweges dadurch bewerkstelligt wird, daß der um 360° mit dem Übertragungsrad (25) umlaufende erste Führungsschlitz (26) sich der oberen bzw. unteren radialen Überdeckungsposition mit dem zweiten Führungsschlitz (30) nähert und diese überstreicht.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwenklager (17) an einer ihrerseits schwenkbar gelagerten Teleskopführung (18) gelagert ist.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Teleskopführung (18) eine Abstreifschaufel (33) derart pendelnd gelagert ist, daß deren Unterkante (14) längs der Förderschaufel (12) schwenkt, wenn sich die Förderschaufel (12) in der Abgabeposition an der Oberkante (11) der Beschickungsschrägfläche (10) befindet.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerwelle (34) der Abstreifschaufel (33) drehfest mit einem Ansatz (35) verbunden ist, der mit einem Nockenansatz (36) in eine Nockenführungsbahn (37) eingreift, die an einer Zwischenwand (38) ausgebildet ist, die parallel zu einer der Seitenwände (39) verläuft.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Entleerungsgehäuse (5) an der rückseitigen Oberkante (11) des Laderaums (3) hochschwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Entleerungsgehäuse (5) in der hoch geschwenkten Position arretierbar ist.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Laderaum (3) ein diesen quer durchsetzender Entleerungsschieber angeordnet ist, der über einen von außen betätigbaren Betätigungs-Drehknopf mit innenliegender Verzahnung und eine Zahnstange längs verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Unterkante (14) der Entladeöffnung (6) für die Mülltonnen eine über einen seitlichen Schwenkhebel hochschwenkbare Aufnahmeeinrichtung für die Mülltonnen angeordnet ist.
