Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Auswechseln der eine Strangführung bildenden Stützrollen einer Stranggießvorrichtung für Metalle , insbesondere für Stahl, die in Segmenten zusammengefasst sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Ausbau eines Segmentes mehrere an einem Halterahmen drehgelagerte, zusammen eine Rollenkassette bildende Stützrollen, durch ein Hebezeug aus dem Segmentrahmen ausgebaut und eine instandgesetzte Rollenkassette wieder eingebaut und das Segment wieder in die Strangführungsposition zurückgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass pro Segment ein erster Halterahmen mit drehgelagerten Stützrollen und ein zweiter, gegenüberliegender Halterahmen mit drehgelagerten Gegen-Stützrollen zusammen als eine Wechselkassette aus- oder eingebaut werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine obere Rollenkassette und eine untere Rollenkassette durch Abstandsmittel aufeinander abgestützt zusammen als Wechselkassette ausgebaut und eine solche Einheit nach Wartung wieder eingebaut wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine oder beide Rollenkassetten erst in Strangaderrichtung verschoben und dann durch das Hebezeug ausgebaut werden oder umgekehrt beim Einbauen verfahren wird. - Vorrichtung zum Auswechseln der eine Strangführung bildenden Stützrollen einer Stranggießanlage für Metalle, insbesondere für Stahl, die in Segmenten zusammengefasst sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Festseite (8) und die Losseite (9) jeweils eine Rollenkassette (4), bestehend aus einer Anzahl von an einem Halterahmen (3) drehgelagerten Stützrollen (1) gebildet ist, wobei die Festseiten-Rollenkassette (10) und die Losseiten-Rollenkassette (11) jeweils mittels einer lösbaren Verbindung (12) an dem Segmentrahmen (2a) anschließbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollenkassette ( 4) mehrteilig ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Rollenkassetten (10, 11) mit Abstandsmitteln (6) zusammen als Wechselkassette (5) ausbaubar oder umgekehrt wieder einbaubar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungsrichtungen (13, 14) beim Ausbau oder Einbau der Rollenkassetten (4) oder der Wechselkassette (5) vom Typ der Stranggießanlage abhängig festlegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Segmentrahmen (2a) in seiner Grundform U-förmig ist und dass an der offenen Seite ein starrer, etwa balkenförmiger Segmentrahmenteil (2b) mittels beidseitig angeordneter hydraulischer Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten (17; 18) auf- oder zustellbar ist.
