Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Seitenfaltensäcken aus einem mit Seitenfalten versehenen flach liegenden Kunststoffschlauchfolienbahnabschnitt (1),
wobei ein Ende des Kunststoffschlauchfolienbahnabschnitts (1) in der Weise einen gestaffelten Schnitt oder einen gestaffelten Abriss längs einer Perforation ausweist, dass in Draufsicht auf die Staffelung die Rückwand (2) die Vorderwand (4) überragt und
wobei die Staffelung bis in den Bereich einer Faltlinie (5), die sich im Bereich der freigeschnittenen Kante der Vorderwand (4) befindet, mit einem Klebstoffauftrag versehen und die Staffelung um die Faltkante (5) auf die Vorderwand (4) umgelegt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Perforationslinien im Abstand der Längen der Kunststoffschlauchfolienbahnabschnitte (1) an eine flach liegende Kunststoffbahn angebracht werden, bevor diese durch überlappendes Einschlagen der Bahnseiten unter Einlegen der Seitenfalten (3) und Anbringen einer längsverlaufenden Mittelnaht zu einer Seitenfaltenschlauchbahn zugelegt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
in Draufsicht auf die Staffelung die Rückwand (2) die Seitenfalten (3) überragt und die Seitenfalten (3) die Vorderwand überragen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
in der Staffelung die unteren Lagen der Seitenfalten (3) die oberen Lagen der Seitenfalten (3) überragen. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüchen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Perforationslinien, ausgehend von dem die Rückwand (4) bildenden Teil, in Stufen über die die Seitenfalten (3) bildenden Teile zu den die Vorderwand (4) bildenden Teile verlaufen und die querverlaufenden Abschnitte der abgestuften Perforationslinie zueinander parallel sind.
