Claims (19)
- Motorisch betriebene oder betreibbare Scherenanordnung zur Betätigung von Oberlichtflügeln oder Klappen,(a) mit einem langgestreckten Gehäuse (1) zur Aufnahme eines Antriebs (2,3) und einer über den Antrieb betätigbaren Scherenanordnung (5,6,7);(b) mit einer Eingreifanordnung (40;40a,40b) zum beim Öffnen lösenden Eingriff in einen oder um einen - im montierten Zustand - in einem Falzraum (12) zwischen Flügel und Blendrahmen gelegenen Zapfen (Z) an einem den Flügel verriegelnden oder entriegelnden Verriegelungs- oder Verschlußgestänge (49) für den Flügel, wobei die Eingreifanordnung im Bereich des Gehäuses angeordnet ist und aus diesem herausragt.
- Beschlagschere mit einem Gehäuse (1), einem Motor, mindestens einer Ausstellschere und einer Spindelstange zwischen Motor (2) und Ausstellschere, zum Ausstellen der Schere bzw. ihrer Scherenglieder (5,6,7), wobei das Gehäuse (1) zwischen dem Motor und der Ausstellschere im Zuge der Spindelstange (3) im wesentlichen durchgehend verläuft.
- Scherenanordnung zur Betätigung von Oberlichtfiügeln oder Klappen, mit einem langgestreckten Gehäuse (1) zur Aufnahme eines Antriebs und einer über den Antrieb betätigbaren Scherenanordnung aus mehreren Scherengliedern;(a) wobei die Betätigung der Schereanordnung über eine Wandermutter (4) erfolgt, die auf einer Spindelstange (3) geführt ist;(b) wobei zwischen einem Schiebeglied (41) und der Wandermutter (4) eine Kopplung besteht und so gestaltet ist, eine Drehveränderung (R) der Wandermutter gegenüber dem Schiebeglied zuzulassen, insbesondere das Schiebeglied mit einem Arm (40) versehen ist, der zur Betätigung eines den Flügel (F) verriegelnden oder entriegelnden Verschlußgestänges am Flügel ausgebildet ist (40a).
- Beschlagschere nach Anspruch 2, wobei an den Endabschnitten des Gehäuses außerhalb des Motorbereichs und außerhalb des Scherenbereichs Montagestellen (70,71) zur Anbringung am Blendrahmen angeordnet sind.
- Beschlagschere oder Scherenanordnung nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei die Schere zum Ausstellen von Flügeln, insbesondere Oberlichten, geeignet ist; und/oder zumindest dreigliedrig ist, mit einem langen Scherenarm (7), einem Steuerlenker und einem Ausstellglied (5), die gelenkig an Stützböcken (4,8,9) angeordnet sind, wobei das Ausstellglied eine Gelenkstelle (31) aufweist, welche mit der bzw. einer Spindelstange synchron mit ihrer Drehung längsverschieblich ist.
- Scherenanordnung nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Schiebeglied (41) im Gehäuse geführt ist, insbesondere im wesentlichen unverschwenkbar an dessen Boden (1a,1b).
- Scherenanordnung nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Schiebeglied (41) mit einem winkligen Abschnitt (40;40b,40a) als Arm zum Eingriff in den Falzraum fest bzw. undrehbar gekoppelt ist.
- Scherenanordnung nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei das Schiebeglied (41) dachförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Scherenanordnung nach Anspruch 3 oder 8, wobei das Schiebeglied insbesondere mit seinem dachförmigen Abschnitt in eine insbesondere sehnenförmige Ausnehmung (4a) der Wandermutter ragt, wobei der Boden der Ausnehmung eben verläuft.
- Scherenanordnung nach Anspruch 7, wobei der winklige Abschnitt als Arm mit einer insbesondre winkligen Ausnehmung (40a) versehen ist.
- Beschlagschere oder Scherenanordnung nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei die Ausstellschere bzw. ihre Scherenglieder oder Arme (5,6,7) mit einer Öffnungsbewegung des von ihr betätigten Flügels eine der Absenkung des Flügels folgende Dreh- bzw. Neigungsbewegung (R) ausführen, insbesondere um die Achse (20) der Spindelstange (3).
- Beschlagschere oder Scherenanordnung nach Anspruch 11, wobei zumindest drei Anlenkstellen (30,31,32) der Scherenarme oder Glieder (5,6,7) um die Achse (20) schwenkbar sind, oder beim Ausstellen der Schere der am Blendrahmen montierten Scherenanordnung verschwenken.
- Beschlagschere oder Scherenanordnung für Oberlichtflügel, wobei zwischen Wandermutter (4) und ihrem Längsantrieb (2,3,41) eine umfänglich lose oder bewegliche Kopplung besteht (41,4a), die in Achsrichtung (20) im wesentlichen kein Spiel besitzt.
- Beschlagschere oder Scherenanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Stützböcke im wesentlichem im Gehäuse (1) gelegen sind und zumindest einer davon längsbeweglich ist entlang der Gehäuseachse (20), welcher beweglicher Stützbock als ein Wanderglied (4) auf einer Spindelstange (3) ausgebildet ist, welches Wanderglied die Gelenkstelle (31) des Ausstellglieds (5) trägt, insbesondere an einem aus dem Gehäuse ragenden Fortsatz (31a).
- Beschlagschere oder Scherenanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Wanderglied (4;4a,4b) eine Erhebung (4b) nahe des Fortsatzes (31a) zur Anlenkung eines Scherenarmes (5) aufweist, welche Erhebung bei einer umfänglichen Drehung der Wandermutter um die Achse (20) der Spindelstange an Innenflächen des Gehäuses zur Anlage kommt.
- Beschlagschere oder Scherenanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 14 oder 15, wobei die Erhebung umfänglich beabstandete Stufen (4b',4b") aufweist, zur Begrunzung der Drehbewegung um die Achse.
- Beschlagschere oder Scherenanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Spindelmutter mehrfach im Gehäuseprofil in Längsrichtung geführt gelagert ist (4c,4d), die Lagerstellen aber eine Schwenkbewegung der Wandermutter zulassen (R).
- Beschlagschere oder Scherenanordnung mit einem mit zumindest einer axialen Öffnung (4f) versehenen Wanderglied (4), das umfänglich verschwenkbar ist, um zur Steuerung der Scherenarme (5,6,7) ein langgestrecktes Kupplungsglied (K) in der axialen Öffnung aufzunehmen und fest zu verankern (50,50a).
- Beschlagschere oder Scherenanordnung nach Anspruch 18, wobei mehrere axiale Öffnungen vorgesehen sind, die eine jeweilige umfängliche Erstreckung haben.
