Claims (11)
- Karde mit einer Speisewalze (2), mittels welcher Fasermaterial als Watte einer Auflösewalze (3) zugeführt wird, im Bereich der Auflösewalze (3) eine Schmutzausscheideöffnung (5) vorgesehen ist zum Trennen von Fasern und Verunreinigungen an der Schmutzausscheideöffnung (5), an der Schmutzausscheideöffnung (5) ein Kanal (7) zum Abführen der Verunreinigungen angeordnet ist, und wobei der Kanal (7) eine Schmutzabgangszone (8) und eine Luftzuströmzone (9) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schmutzabgangszone (8) im Bereich der Schmutzausscheideöffnung (5) und die Luftzuströmzone (9) von der Schmutzabscheideöffnung (5) abgewandt angeordnet ist, und dass zwischen der Schmutzabgangszone (8) und der Luftzuströmzone (9) eine Trennwand (10) vorgesehen ist um eine Beeinflussung des Schmutzabganges durch die Zuluftströmung weitgehend zu verhindern.
- Karde nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schmutzausscheideöffnung (5) von einer Ausscheidekante, insbesondere von einem Ausscheidemesser (4) begrenzt ist.
- Karde nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausscheidemesser (4) den Kanal (7) begrenzt und insbesondere Teil der Wandung der Schmutzabgangszone (8) ist.
- Karde nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennwand (10) zwischen Ausscheidemesser (4) und der äusseren Wandung der Luftzuströmzone (9) angeordnet ist.
- Karde nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennwand (10) in ihrer Position zur Schmutzabgangszone (8) und/oder Luftzuströmzone (9) einstellbar ist.
- Karde nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennwand (10) um eine Achse (12) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Karde nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (12) an dem der Speisewalze (2) bzw. Auflösewalze (3) zugewandten Ende der Trennwand (10) angeordnet ist.
- Karde nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (7) mit einer Saugeinrichtung (11) verbunden ist.
- Karde nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Speisewalze (2) mit einer Speisemulde (1) zusammenwirkt, welche an der dem Kanal (7) abgewandten Seite der Speisewalze (2) angeordnet ist.
- Karde nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Schmutzabgangszone (8) bildende Kanal (7)teil im wesentlichen vertikal angeordnet ist.
- Karde nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Luftzuströmzone (9) in einem spitzen Winkel zu der Schmutzabgangszone (8) angeordnet ist.
