Abstract

Es wird ein Schuh, insbesondere ein Schuh für Reisezwecke vorgeschlagen, bei dem das Oberteil (2) und die Sohle (1) teilweise durch ein Verbindungmittel (4) verbunden sind. Bei geöffnetem Verbindungsmittel läßt sich der Schuh aufklappen und platzsparend beispielsweise in einem Koffer unterbringen.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schuh, bestehend aus einem Sohlenteil und damit entlang des Sohlenrandes verbundenem Oberteil. Bei bestimmten Schuharten, beispielsweise bei Hausschuhen, besteht das Bedürfnis, die Schuhe in einem Koffer oder dergleichen unterzubringen. Im verpackten Zustand sollen dabei die Schuhe einen möglichst geringen Platzbedarf aufweisen, dennoch soll der Gebrauchswert deshalb nicht vermindert werden.
Aus der DE 87 16 546.5 ist ein Straßenschuh bekannt, bei dem das Oberteil von der Sohle entfernt und auf einfache Weise durch ein anderes gewünschtes Oberteil ersetzt werden kann. Das Oberteil ist in üblicher Form gestaltet, ist jedoch an seinem der Sohle zugewandten Boden offen und ist mit einer lösbaren Verriegelungseinrichtung versehen, mit der es mit der Sohle verbindbar ist. Somit können unterschiedliche Oberteile entsprechend der jeweiligen Witterungslage oder entsprechend des jeweiligen Geschmacks des Benutzers verwendet werden.
Aus der US 4,214,383 ist ein Paar Schuhe bekannt, welche insbesondere in Form von Slippers ausgeführt sind, wobei beide Teile des Paares der Slippers mittels eines Reißverschlusses miteinander derart verbindbar sind, daß sie als eine Art Verpackung entweder für die Lagerung im Haushalt bzw. für einen platzsparenden Transport vom Hersteller zum Verkäufer oder ähnlichem geeignet sind.
Aus der US 5,822,888 ist ein auswechselbarer Schuh bekannt, der eine auswechselbare Mittelsohle aufweist und der inbesondere dazu geeignet ist, eine Reihe unterschiedlicher Schuhsorten in einem Paar zu vereinigen.
Aus der DE 724 13 39 ist ein klein aufzurollender Leichtgewichtsschuh oder Stiefel aus wasserdichten oder wasserabstoßenden Materialen bekannt. Dieser Schuh oder Stiefel soll den Weg von oder zum Skilift erleichtern dadurch, daß er klein aufzurollen ist, so daß er in Anoraks oder Skihüftentaschen usw. verstaut werden kann. Dieser Schuh ist lediglich aus einem Stück hergestellt und besitzt an seiner Sohlenseite eine Streifensohle, damit er aufrollbar ist.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Schuh der eingangs angegebenen Gattung derart auszugestalten, daß dieser im verpackten Zustand einen möglichst geringen Platzbedarf besitzt.
Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung besteht darin, daß, ausgehend von einem Schuh der eingangs angegebenen Gattung, die Verbindung zwischen dem Sohlenteil und dem Oberteil mittels eines Verbindungsmittels erfolgt, um bei geöffnetem Verbindungsmittel das Oberteil in die Sohlenebene umzuklappen.
Während ein Schuh im Normalfall eine räumliche Gestalt und einen entsprechenden Platzbedarf besitzt, erreicht die Erfindung, daß bei geöffnetem Verbindungsmittel der Schuh sich mit allen wesentlichen Teilen in einer Ebene befindet. Der Platzbedarf ist im wesentlichen nur bedingt durch die Dicke des Sohlenteils oder des Oberteils, die sehr gering gehalten werden können. Dennoch erreicht die Erfindung, daß der Schuh im Gebrauchszustand die übliche Gestalt besitzt, daß der Schuh leicht benützbar ist und auch den Fuß in gewünschter Weise umhüllt.
Der erfindungsgemäße Schuh kann in verschiedener Weise ausgestaltet sein. Es wird zwar in der Regel eine Pantoffelform bevorzugt, die Erfindung ist hierauf jedoch nicht beschränkt. Der Schuh kann auch halbschuhförmig, als Stiefel oder auch als Stiefelette ausgebildet sein.
Das Verbindungsmittel für den erfindungsgemäßen Schuh kann ein ein- oder zweiteiliger Reißverschluß sein. Es kann aber auch aus mehreren Reißverschlüssen bestehen. Möglich ist auch die Verwendung aushängbarer Reißverschlüsse, von Klettverschlüssen oder die Verbindung mittels Knopfverbindung bzw. Druckknopfverbindung. Dabei kann die Knopf- oder Druckknopfverbindung als Knopf- oder Druckknopfreihe ausgebildet sein. In einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist auch ein Verbindungsmittel als Schlaufverbindung vorgesehen.
Insbesondere schlägt die Erfindung vor, daß das Sohlenteil und das Oberteil im wesentlichen aus dem gleichen Werkstoff, vorzugsweise aus Filz bestehen. Es können aber auch andere Werkstoffe zur Anwendung kommen, beispielsweise Leder, Kunstleder, Stoff oder dergleichen.
Entgegen allen aus dem Stand der Technik bisher bekannten Schuhen besitzt die vorgestellte Erfindung den Vorteil, daß durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung eine möglichst flache Ausführung erreicht wird. Diese möglichst flache Ausführung soll insbesondere für die Unterbringung zum Beispiel im Reisegepäck bei Reisen oder die platzsparende Verstauung im Schuhregal bzw. Schuhschrank geeignet sein. Alle bisher bekannten Schuhe, deren Oberteil vom Unterteil abtrennbar ist, stellen darauf ab, bestimmte Einsparungsmöglichkeiten bei der Verwendung von Schuhen dadurch zu erreichen, daß man verschiedene Oberteile mit einem Unterteil kombinieren kann. Damit ist eine platzsparende Aufbewahrung im Reisegepäck bzw. in heimischen Schuhschränken oder Regalen nicht gegeben. Das Verbinden von zwei Teilen eines Schuhpaares, insbesondere sind dafür allerdings nur Slipper geeignet, bringt letztlich schon eine gewisse Platzeinsparung, letztlich ist bei dieser Ausführungsform das Oberteil vom Unterteil nicht getrennt, und der Platzbedarf ist gegenüber der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung erheblich höher. Die erfindungsgemäß vorgestellte Lösung bietet den Vorteil, daß zum einen im verpackten Zustand ein sehr geringer Platzbedarf zur Lagerung bzw. Aufbewahrung benötigt wird, zum anderen ist jedoch der Gebrauchswert insgesamt voll gegeben. Das heißt, man hat die Möglichkeit, sowohl Hausschuhe als auch alle anderen Schuhformen, ob Halbschuhe oder Stiefel oder Stiefeletten, herzustellen.
Diese und weitere Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung sowie auch aus den Unteransprüchen. In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung schematisch dargestellt. Es zeigen:

Die Fig. 1 zeigt einen einstückigen Zuschnitt 5 mit dem Sohlenteil 1 und dem Oberteil 2. Der Reißverschluß 4 ist durch eine Doppellinie angedeutet. Im geöffneten Zustand kann sich das Schloß des Reißverschlusses an der Stelle 7 befinden.
Mit der gestrichelten Linie 6 ist die vom Reißverschluß freie Verbindung zwischen dem Sohlenteil und dem Oberteil angedeutet. Der Reißverschluß erstreckt sich also nur über einen Teil des Sohlenrandes, während der Sohlenrand 3 vom Reißverschluß frei bleibt.
Die Fig. 2 zeigt den Schuh, der pantoffelartig gestaltet ist, in der Gebrauchsstellung. Das Schloß 7 ist auf der Außenseite angeordnet und befindet sich in der Gebrauchsstellung an der Stelle, die in der Fig. 1 mit 8 bezeichnet ist.
In der Fig. 3 ist ein Schuh dargestellt, der auch ein Fersenteil 9 besitzt. Es können zwei Reißverschlüsse 4 und 14 vorgesehen sein, deren Schlösser 7 in der Gebrauchsstellung zusammenstoßen.
Die Fig. 4 zeigt eine Stiefelette, die im Grunde ähnlich ausgebildet ist wie der Halbschuh nach der Fig. 3. Der Sohlenteil besitzt im rückwärtigen Bereich auf der Unterseite einen Absatz 10.
Das Ausführungsbeispiel nach der Fig. 1 kann beispielsweise derart abgewandelt sein, daß je ein Reißverschluß für das Sohlenteil 1 und das Oberteil 2 vorgesehen ist. Die Reißverschlüsse sind aushängbar und bei einem zusammengehörenden Paar ist das Schloß jeweils einmal dem Sohlenteil und einmal dem Oberteil zugeordnet. Auf diese Weise wird es möglich, die beiden Reißverschlüsse eines Paares im aufgeklappten Zustand der Schuhe miteinander zu verbinden, wobei dann die beiden Zuschnitte oder dergleichen aufeinanderliegen. Hierdurch wird eine Tasche erhalten, die eine Öffnung besitzt, wodurch eine weitere Gebrauchsmöglichkeit gewonnen wird.
Die jetzt mit der Anmeldung und später eingereichten Ansprüche sind Versuche zur Formulierung ohne Präjudiz für die Erzielung weitergehenden Schutzes.
Die in den abhängigen Ansprüchen angeführten Rückbeziehungen weisen auf die weitere Ausbildung des Gegenstandes des Hauptanspruches durch die Merkmale des jeweiligen Unteranspruches hin. Jedoch sind diese nicht als ein Verzicht auf die Erzielung eines selbständigen, gegenständlichen Schutzes für die Merkmale der rückbezogenen Unteransprüche zu verstehen.
Merkmale, die bislang nur in der Beschreibung offenbart wurden, können im Laufe des Verfahrens als von erfindungswesentlicher Bedeutung, zum Beispiel zur Abgrenzung vom Stand der Technik, beansprucht werden.

Claims (10)

  1. Schuh, bestehend aus Sohlenteil (1) und damit entlang des Sohlenrandes (3) verbundenem Oberteil (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung teilweise mittels eines Verbindungsmittels (4) erfolgt, um bei geöffnetem Verbindungsmittel (4) das Oberteil (2) in die Sohlenebene umzuklappen.
  2. Schuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sohlenteil (1) und das Oberteil (2) im Wesentlichen aus dem gleichen Werkstoff, vorzugsweise aus Filz bestehen.
  3. Schuh nach einem oder beiden der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen einstückigen Zuschnitt (5) für das Sohlenteil (1) und das Oberteil (2).
  4. Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Sohlenteil (1), insbesondere auf dessen Unterseite, eine zusätzliche Sohle angeordnet ist.
  5. Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsmittel (4) im vorderen und im äußeren Bereich des Schuhs angeordnet ist, wobei die von dem Verbindungsmittel (4) freibleibende Verbindung (6) des Sohlenteils (1) mit dem Oberteil (2) an der Innenkante des Sohlenteils (1) verläuft.
  6. Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Pantoffelform, wobei der hintere Bereich des Sohlenteils (1) vom Oberteil (2) frei ist.
  7. Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schuh halbschuhförmig ausgebildet ist.
  8. Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schuh stiefel - oder stiefelettenförmig ausgebildet ist.
  9. Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Verbindungsmittel ein, zwei oder mehrere Reißverschlüsse, aushängbare Reißverschlüsse, ein Klettverschluß, eine Knopfverbindung, eine Druckknopfverbindung, eine Knopf- oder Druckknopfreihe oder eine Schlaufenverbindung vorgesehen ist.
  10. Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reißverschlüsse (4) eines Paares miteinander verbindbar sind, um die aufgeklappten Zuschnitte oder dergleichen an Teilen des Randes miteinander zu verbinden.
