Description
Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer stabilisierten Trägerbahn für nachmaliges maschinelles Besticken, bei welchem die Trägerbahn mit einer chemisch lösbaren Stabilisierungssubstanz in einen engen Berührungsverbund gebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stabilisierungssubstanz durch Flüssigbeschichten der Trägerbahn und anschliessendes Trocknen in einer Durchlauf-Trocknungsstation vorgenommen wird und dann die stabilisierte Trägerbahn genschalt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 für die Herstellung von Stickereiprodukten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die stabilisierte Trägerbahn maschinell bestickt, dann die Beschichtung aus der bestickten Trägerbahn chemisch herausgelöst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beschichtete, Wickel-gelagerte Trägerbahn (1a) in einem vom maschinellen Bestickungsschritt (13) zeitlich und lokal getrennten Schritt gefertigt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beschichten mit einer wasserlöslichen Substanz erfolgt, welche bevorzugterweise einen wasserlöslichen Leim umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtungssubstanz Polyvinylalkohol umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtungssubstanz einen wasserlöslichen Leim umfasst, und dass die Löslichkeitstemperatur der Substanz durch Wahl dieses Leimes festgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtungssubstanz bei Wassertemperaturen von bzw. unterhalb 30°C, vorzugsweise von bzw. unterhalb 20°C, insbesondere bevorzugt bis genähert 0°C löslich ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung durch Rakel-Bestreichen der Trägerbahn mit der Beschichtungssubstanz oder in einem Tauchbad erfolgt.
