Claims (4)
- Obere Verschlußstellenvorrichtung für Schlösser von Nottüren nach Art von Vorrichtungen, die einen Verschlußriegel (5), der sich verbunden mit einer Schubstange (6) bewegt, Einrichtungen, die in der Lage sind, den Verschlußriegel (5) in einer zurückgezogenen Stellung zu halten, in der der Türflügel (1) von dem Türrahmen (2) getrennt werden kann, und ein Gleitstück umfassen, das beim erneuten Anlegen des Türflügels (1) an den Rahmen (2) zurückgedrückt wird und die Wirkung der Rückhalteeinrichtungen des Verschlußriegels (5) verhindert, wodurch dieser freigegeben wird und sich auf seine ausgefahrene Stellung bewegen kann, in der er in dem Schließblech (3) des Türrahmens (2) eingesteckt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung eine kompakte modulare Konstruktion aufweist, die folgendes umfaßt: einen Rahmen (4), einen Verschlußriegel (5), der von der Schubstange (6) unabhängig ist und einen vollständig glatten Umfang aufweist, ein Führungsgehäuse (7), durch das hindurch der Verschlußriegel (5) mit Spiel hindurchläuft, einen Riegelträgerschlitten (8), der zwischen einer unteren zurückgezogenen Stellung des Verschiußriegels (5) und einer oberen Stellung des Verschlußriegels (5) beweglich ist, in der der Schlitten (8) von unten gegen das Führungsgehäuse (7) zur Anlage kommt, eine Zugfeder (9), die zwischen dem Schlitten (8) und dem Führungsgehäuse eingebaut ist, Rückhalteeinrichtungen für den Verschlußriegel (5), die aus einem Schwenkflügel (10) bestehen, der drehfest mit einem Gleitstück verbunden ist und der elastisch ausgehend von einer Position am Umfang der Bewegungsbahn des Schlittens (8) in Richtung auf eine Betriebsstellung vorgespannt ist, in der ein unterer Abschnitt des Schwenkflügels stirnseitig gegen den Riegelträgerschlitten (8) zur Anlage kommen kann, wenn sich dieser in seiner unteren Stellung befindet, Befestigungseinrichtungen für die Schubstange (6) an dem Schlitten (8), und ein Bauteil (11), das mit dem Rahmen (4) verbunden ist und sich quer hierzu erstreckt und das einen Anschlag für den nach unten gerichteten Hub des Schlittens (8) entsprechend seiner genannten unteren Position bildet. - Obere Verschlußstellenvorrichtung für Schlösser von Nottüren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkflügel (10) eben ist, sich im wesentlichen radial zu seiner Drehschwenkverbindung erstreckt und eine radiale Breite aufweist, die in geeigneter Weise mit Spiel an den vertikalen Abstand angepaßt ist, der sich zwischen der unteren Stellung des Riegelträgerschlittens (8) und dem stationären Führungsgehäuse (7) des Verschlußriegels (5) ergibt. - Obere Verschlußstellenvorrichtung für Schlösser von Nottüren nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkflügel (10) durch eine Abbiegung an dem unteren Ende eines plattenförmigen Schwinghebels (12) gebildet ist, der in der Mitte verschwenkbar ist und an seinem oberen Ende eine Abschrägung (13) mit der Funktion eines Gleitstückes derart bildet, daß, wenn der Verschlußriegel (5) zurückgezogen ist und der Türflügel (1) von dem Türrahmen (2) getrennt ist, diese Abschrägung (13) durch Drehung der Unterkante des Türrahmens (2) gegenüberliegt und gegenüber dieser vorspringt. - Obere Verschlußvorrichtung für Schlösser von Nottüren nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen zur Befestigung der Schubstange (6) an dem Riegelträgerschlitten (8) aus einer beweglichen Klemmbacke (14) bestehen, die mit Befestigungsschrauben (15) zur Befestigung an dem Riegelträgerschlitten (8) versehen ist.
